DO NOT STAY HERE! If you do, take pictures of your whole room when you arrive. They will give you bogus charges of room damage you have no way to defend yourself. Bring you own AC as theirs will turn off in the middle of the night. Think it’ll be a peaceful rest? Think again as the walls and floors are made of paper and you will be able to hear everyone around you. Had nothing but issues since the stay. Avoid the headache and overpriced rooms.

Beautiful hotel next to a great sports complex. The hotel is simple but tastefully designed, the same goes to the restaurant right next door. You can use the facilities next door and arcade. The rock climbing is discounted for hotel guests. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because when you come at night, following navigation, it's hard to find the right entrance. They could improve that.

If you miss your college dorm, then this place should bring back nostalgic memories of your college days. This warehouse turned hotel has small rooms and cramped hallways. When we checked in, the lady at the front was so confused about how to check us in that the line next to us had five customers check-in while we waited for this lady to figure things out. Thankfully when she DID figure out how to check us in she upgraded our room for the long wait. The hotel restaurant serves mediocre food and the slowest service I’ve had in awhile.

I like everything about the Warehouse Hotel, except the bathroom set up. Could be a little bigger. That is the only reason I gave a 4. The food in the restaurant was great, the kids loved climbing the walls. I am not sure if I should talk about anything other than the hotel. I know all activities were connected to hotel. The entire venue is a great idea and investment.

Rooms and amenities are pretty neat. Food next door is affordable and tasty and the facility that is the main draw is really fun.

The beds are the hardest I have ever slept on, so caution if you like anything softer than the floor. Request a room facing outward (the rooms that face inside have residual light from the warehouse and the curtains don't shut it out) and a room NOT above the bar. Because it's a warehouse, the metal beams go up through each floor, carrying the sound vibrations with them. They desperately need to soundproof the rooms from the bar, add blackout curtains to all windows, and buy good mattresses. The positive things about this place are that it's very clean, everyone is super nice, and it's very convenient for conferences/sports. Please purchase better mattresses and soundproof the rooms above the bar/restaurant!

Great place to stay if you just need it for the night or you have a tournament at the Spooky Nook Sports Complex. These rooms are really nice and the beds are comfortable. There isn't a tub and the room isn't the biggest so I wouldn't suggest staying more than a couple of days here. Other than that, the staff is really nice and the hotel is quiet for the most part.

Looks like an updated warehouse from the outside. In a good way. It is beautiful inside. The resturant food was delicious. But keep in mind they stop serving food at 9 pm. We got a $10. Arcade card and a free climb on the wall too. Good games in the arcade. A full sports complex is connected. The room we had was a Queen size with 2 queen size beds. Modern, clean and the toiletries are from Bath and Body works. Not to far from highway.

Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Hotel is attached to the most incredible sports facilities I have ever seen.

Interesting hotel not really for a couple So first of all the staff at the desk are really helpful. The room is ok. The closet has no door and is very small. Our room had a window overlooking part of a restaurant? It overlooks an interior warehouse area. It was noisy until about 10 pm. The lights stayed on all night and even though we had a blackout shade the room was not dark. The bed was a rock… literally. The sheets were nice. The shower was fantastic. The toilet has no lid so don't drop a towel by accident since they hang right by it. The room is a little rundown. The desk had scratches all along the front of it. The edge basically. The headboard behind one of the two queen beds was chipped/cracking at the bottom. The room has excellent lighting. And the hotel is green so you have to put a key in the slot by the door to have power. I thought that was a great idea. The room has no microwave, but does have a fridge. We didn't try the attached fitness area or the arcade so I can't speak of those things. I do think that if we had active children with us this would a good choice.

Really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are comfortable and very nice. The workout facilities are out of this world.

The hotel decor was really nice, the staff was helpful and the room was as advertised. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the local area.

We stayed at the Warehouse Hotel for two nights. When we checked in they gave us two $10 passes for the game room for my children to use. We had dinner the first night in the hotel restaurant. They atmosphere was very pleasant and the food was great! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The second night we went to the game room and the kids had a blast playing the games and earning tickets. This hotel is a great place to stay with children!

Had no idea what to expect, but was VERY PLEASANTLY surprised! Clean, spacious, awesome friendly service. So much for the kids to do, too! Will definitely come back!

I only stayed one night… the place is so hard to find from the road… the room was basic which when looking at the pics online I saw more unique ones… the bed was like sleeping on a rock. VERY firm! They did have bath and body soaps which was nice… there is nothing around the area to do but the sports center… the restaurant was OK but the staff seemed annoyed that I wanted to order out and sent me to the bar… probably won't be back : (

This. Place. Is. The greatest. If you are an adventurer at heart, the Warehouse Hotel is the best place to stay in Lancaster, PA. Attached to Spooky Nook Sports facility, the hotel gives you deals if you had over there to do any of the activities, which included rock climbing, basketball courts, and a fitness center. Honestly I've come here twice and I haven't even seen the whole place. It's enormous. The hotel is inside the same building as the sports facility, so it's just a quick walk over. There is a huge arcade. If you are staying at the hotel, they give you a complimentary gaming card. Needless to say, my kids look forward to coming here every year.

Stayed here for the Renaissance Faire. Hotel was unusual but very nice. The staff was very friendly. Friday we played arcade games and hung out at the bar. Saturday morning we woke up did some rock climbing and went to the Faire. Wish we had more time to explore the hotel and all the various attached facilities. Would definitely recommend.

Love this place! Great food in the restaurant ~ everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The decor is amazing! So clean and I love that they care about being eco-friendly!

This place was amazing. Our family and I decided to stay here after spending our day at Hershey Park. If you're looking for a affordable place that's brand new and clean just outside of Hershey well look no further than The Warehouse Hotel!

If you plan to stay in the Nook complex, this is the best option. It has everything you need like any major top level hotel. Far away from Downtown Lancaster though.

Nice restaurant, clean rooms. Quiet location. Had to pay extra parking for our second car.

Fresh and clean. Friendly staff and excellent restaurant and bar attached. The sports center next door is a good way to unwind after a long day.

Ok… here we go… I wanted a place to stay near Lancaster that is hip and trendy, this place appeared on my internet search as the closest option. The lobby is contemporary and minimalistic which I like but the room left a lot to be desired. The queen double room I got was clean and spacious but not much to it — basic furnishings. Someone else complained about the hard bed, but I found it comfortable. The view from my room was to the inside of the brick wall in the sporting facility so that wasn't cool. The restaurant has a cool vibe and is convenient, right by the lobby of the hotel. Skip the fish tacos. The entrance to the property is not easy to get to from the highway on your first visit. This is a fine place for families with kids active in sports, definitely not for business travelers.

Rooms are clean, beds are nice, fridge in the room. Staff is very accommodating and quick. Restaurant has great food. Sports center is enormous! Security makes you feel very safe. Beautiful path in front of hotel for walks. Food court, arcade, shopping and did say sports facility is enormous?! Football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, tennis, climbing walls, lacrosse, track, fitness center, weight rooms, they have everything.

I travel to this area frequently to teach at an area university. I make it a point to book here whenever possible. Great eco-friendly rooms. Staff is friendly. Great for families as it is connected to Nook sports next door. Avoid the restaurant.

My husband and I loved staying at the Warehouse and can honestly say it's one of our favorite hotels. The Nook (the sports area/ fitness center) was awesome. They had basketball courts, soccer, pickleball, an amazing fitness center, indoor rock climbing, etc… Basically if working out and sports is something you like this place is great for you. It was fun. In addition, the hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the outlets. We will definitely come back.

Modern, clean, gorgeous sitting area with fireplace and computers available to guest. Excellent restaurant, food and service! Front desk made experience positive an memorable very helpful. Gym is incredible! Love this place :D.

Stayed here because our daughter was playing in the Hempfield Fall Classic. Positives: nice layout of the second floor king suite we stayed in. Facility was nice as well with its proximity to the sports areas. The staff was really nice from my brief interaction. Opportunities for improvement: getting to the parking was a bit cumbersome. Ceilings and walls are thin! I could hear every step the occupant above me took. I could also hear a neighbor snoring through the night. Also, the sheets were rough. Used to hotels having high thread count sheets. Not something rough and grainy. Would I stay again? Maybe. But first I would look to see if a comparable hotel is available.
