Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was as expected-pre packaged and microwaved.

It's an older property, so expect the things that go along with that. It's very clean and smells clean. Bathrooms are a bit dated and gross. Staff are great. Breakfast is good and what you would typically expect at a Hampton Inn. I travel for work and work in Lebanon. Have stayed at the holiday Inn express in Lebanon which was disgusting. Days inn doesn't look good, but haven't stayed there. There's a new Hampton Inn opening up in Lebanon in October 2018. Would recommend that Hampton if you're going to be in the Lebanon area. I travel regularly and generally stay at Hampton Inns. The experience is generally above and beyond at the Hampton Inns.

Nice clean accommodations. Just what we needed for an end of summer getaway! The staff was very nice and attentive to any need.

Quiet. They offer a Continental Breakfast in the morning. Would stay there if I was in the area again. Also, the Renaissance Festival grounds are right across the road from the hotel.

Made a reservation and we arrived late and tired after a long day at Hershey. The first room they put us in had a sopping, squishy wet carpet from the front door to about 1/3 of the way into the room. Jessica was able to put us into another room, 428, however the mold smell hit us like a ton of bricks before we even got the light on. Black mold ran across the ceiling and down the walls. The carpet had been cut out and replaced in sections and some areas of carpet still had what appeared to be moldy spots. The spray on stucco was wet and peeling off, and there was water damage all the way around the room. It was evident they tried to caulk and paint over it, but obviously that won’t fix it. On our way out of there, we noticed probably 50% of the 4th floor hall ceiling tiles were stained and had been or were wet. The entire building has water issues and likely, major mold issues if room 428 is any indication. It’s definitely not confined to one room and not a healthy place to breathe in. We had to go across the street and pay for another night at the Comfort Inn, which was much much nicer.

Reliable place to stay with a delicious breakfast buffet that is efficient and tastey! Only complaint is that the bottled water machines on each floor never work… but the ice machines do?!? The cleaning staff is great, friendly and so helpful. The exercise room is way too small though…

Heidi Weaver and her staff run an excellent property. Seven years ago, we were forced from our home by a flood. The Hampton staff helped us by providing a room for a week at a reduced rate while we looked for temp housing. The kindnesses and assistance they provided during that time are not forgotten. I always make it a point to stay here when I am in the area. Terrific hotel. A real credit to the chain.

Very Clean and pristine. I was shocked to find the hotel was over 10 years old. It looked brand new! Staff was very courteous and helpful.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities anybody would need on an overnight visit or even a prolonged stay for business. The only complaint I had was the TV was relatively small and not very HD but that isn't enough to consider it any less of a nice hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Super nice people but too much parking lot light get into the rooms. Rooms could also use redecorating.

We got a complimentary upgrade to the whirlpool suite because I am a gold member with Hilton Honors. Our stay was fabulous had the longest most comfortable bath ive had in a longtime. (I'm 6'5 some it doesn't happen that often) Would definitely return. Its only 15 minutes from Spooky Nook and hundreds cheaper.

Oh my gosh! I love this Hotel and it was ran so we'll by all staff. Breakfast has such a variety. Rooms very, very clean. Beds you melt into like a cloud. Rooms where well insulted to not hear the other rooms or people walking in hallway. Common area very inviting and so was back patio.

The staff is so friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and very spacious. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a hotel in that area to stay there. You will not regret it.

Overall everything you expect from Hampton and good front desk service. It is an older one so the room is showing its age on the walls and climate unit. Good Wi-Fi. Top floor rooms in the fall appear to have ladybug issues so pick a lower floor in the late fall.

Spacious rooms, friendly service, full breakfast bar, great room temperature control, hot coffee, and a lot of thoughtful touches. The couch in our room had a musky smell (mildew? ), some water stains on the ceiling, patchwork on the walls, highway traffic/hallway noise, and a buzzing flickering bathroom light. Overall a decent place to crash for easy-going travellers.

After a long day out and about, the room was more than welcoming. Everything was nicely made up, and super comfy. There were no room service but there were two places to order out from. Although both were pizza, the one we ordered from was amazing. They came right to our door after we ordered for delivery. The hotels complementary breakfast was good as well. Fresh fruit, fluffy scrambled eggs and you can make your own fresh waffles.

Clean rooms. Easy access off turnpike. Larger rooms than most we've stayed at before. Accommodated our large family quite well.

Great location, very laid back and relaxing environment. Love the small pond and fountain out back. The staff are very helpful and friendly as well. They must have fixed the hot water issue, because it's nice as well. Great location of the highway, and right across from the PA Renaissance Faire. Only in town for one night, wish I could stay longer. Will definitely make it a future stop.

Easy check in. Spacious meeting rooms. Pleasant breakfast. Nothing was spectacular, but nothing would keep me from staying here again.

Employees outstanding, breakfast good and pillows great. We stayed 2 years ago and just recently this past Friday. The towels were gray, thin and rough and seemed old. Experienced this with both visits.

We have had both good and not so good experiences. Updates have been made but updating the rooms should be more of a priority. We have been staying at this hotel atleast 3 — 4 times or more per year for the last 8 — 10 years and it's always been the best option in the immediate area but they have been inconsistent over that timeframe. I could be more specific if needed.

Great proximity to PA renaissance faire. Literally you walk right across the street. Comfortable, clean room. Very good breakfast with waffle maker!

Everything was great. Only complaint is that everything is super sugary at breakfast. Even the almonds for the oatmeal were covered in sugar. Otherwise great though.

Beautiful hotel. No matter what state or city we visit we always stay at Hampton Inn. Their beds are so comfortable but those pillows. Those pillows are to die for!

Mix reviews I would say some staff seemed caring others not ao much. The bathroom within are room have exposed rubber on the shower head hose with rough metal. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable.

Room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is clean and relatively spacious. Water pressure in the shower is good. Breakfast is included and relatively good — pretty much as expected for an inclusive breakfast. Waffles, some hot food, cereal, and basic pastries. Have stayed here before and would do so again.

I have spent quite a few nights here and every one was very pleasant. It's always clean and the staff is always available, friendly and helpful. Especially Kaitlyn on 3rd shift. She always has fresh coffee on at night which is great since I am a night owl. I will be staying there a few days with my girlfriend at the end of the month and am looking forward to our trip.

We almost suffocated. No fresh air. Windows don't open. Nice place and staff but we will search next time for a hotel with proper ventilation. When I complained to the lovely staff, she agreed with me citing her own preference for fresh air. She reported that all Hampton Inns have the same problem. Thank God not all hotels do. Next time: Hampton Inn no more.

It's an ok hotel. Not as nice as other Hamptons I've stayed in.

For two weeks for a group of us attending a training, this place was a home away from home! The staff and employees were wonderful and friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean and comfy. The breakfast every morning was delicious and all the variety you could want. I'll definately stay here again!

The room was large and clean. At Check in, the front end clerk seemed overwhelmed when we asked for extra towels. The continental breakfast was great, though space was a bit cramped.

Very nice staff and clean throughout. A/C in our room was noisy and bothersome for sleep, outside has a nice seating area and pond/ gazebo with a paved trail, but it's right on the freeway and very noisy as well. If your looking for a peaceful and quiet hotel you may be disappointed. Aside from the aforementioned noise factors this is a nice, clean hotel.

My best friend and I went to this hotel over the weekend, and it was GREAT! The staff was wonderful, the room was very clean, with the most incredible bedding ever. The breakfast was very impressive, and it was Easter weekend, so I didn't expect it to be a full fledged breakfast, but it was! The fitness center is simple, but adequate. Certainly a place I would stay again.

Comfortable quarters with a nice continental breakfast. The lady who runs the breakfast is a real gem.

My family and I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast had a very large selection. The room was nice and well kept. I have no complaints at all about this hotel.

We were there a month ago to be woke up around 4:00am and again at 7:00am for a fire alarm that turned out to be a faulty alarm (which they said had happened before) after a hour of standing outside in the chilly night air we were told we could go back to our rooms only to be woke up again at 7:00am — didn't complete the total alarm but who can get back to sleep after the 4:00am one to just finally get to sleep and be alarmed again at 7:00! We left an article in the room and upon calling they said they found the article and to send a pre addressed container and they would send it to us. I promptly did this and haven't received it back yet. We have called and they keep giving us excuses that the postal service won't picked up, nobody can take it to the PO and etc. All in all the room was clean and the service was okay but the management won't help or do any thing to help.

Excellent hotel, super clean rooms, and love the new lobby! They must have worked on upgrades because the lobby looked new, modern, very nice! Wi-fi was fast and staff was super nice. I stayed here because I was going to Harrisburg and Hershey, which is very close. The hotel is right off the highway. Since this is in central PA, make sure you ask for restaurant recommendations, they gave us a really nice place just down the road.

Was going to book a room in Harrisburg until I read a lot of reviews must of which really sucked unless you wanted to spend $160, so I decided to give this Hampton Inn a try . Room/bedding was very clean and actually pretty comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free Breakfast included eggs, sausage, home fries, fruit, oatmeal and cereals, yogurt, couple of fruits, and an assortment of breads/bagels/pastries. Local tavern had excellent Kobe beef burgers.

This Hampton Inn was wonderful. I stayed for 13 nights in mid-October, 2013, to attend a training seminar in Mt. Gretna, PA. Every member of staff I encountered was highly courteous and professional. My room was clean and comfortable. There is a sign in the bathroom that says you can hang your towels up to use again or leave them on the floor to be changed, for environmental-friendliness. Even when I did hang them up, they were often changed. The thermostat was easy to control for comfort, the bed and pillows were comfortable, as was the recliner. There wasn't a handy table next to the recliner, but the night stand was easy to move over next to it, and the phone reached easily. There was also a handy lap desk provided in the room. Plenty of light in the room. There is a regular table/desk with a nice rolling desk chair, but I didn't find that it adjusted higher; I'm short, so this made using the table a little uncomfortable. The traffic noise from the nearby PA turnpike was audible when the air/fan wasn't running, but it didn't bother me. My room was on 4th floor in the front center. If you fear traffic noise bothersome, ask for room availability on the left side from the elevator. The breakfast selection was great. (FYI: Prepare for a crowded breakfast experience on the weekends.
