Pool closed and website stated open would not of stayed here if we knew it was closed on vacation with 3 kids that were looking forward to pool time

There was no Wi-Fi service, which is very important for us to have. They knew about it at check in and said nothing. Also they said there is breakfast, which we went to get and there were a few yogurts in a fridge and a breakfast sandwich. These are the 2 things we like with our hotel stay. Also the advertised pool and gym room were both closed.
Top this with a car alarm going off in the parking lot EVERY HALF HOUR through the night. Needless to say we didn't sleep and will not go there again.

Idk what's up with this place. Outside smells like human feces. Likely some sort of septic leak on property or near by. Paid full price for a room, but was then told when I arrived both facilities that made me book the room (gym and pool) were closed due to COVID. Seems like pure laziness considering gyms and pools are open with precautions everywhere else. Extremely poor communication, this should be told BEFORE booking the room, not when you arrived. Front desk worker was rude. Avoid this place.

The beds are hard as a rock. Felt like I I layed on the floor all night.

I was billed for 2 days and only stayed one. They did not tell me when I checked out that I was going to be billed for another day. When I called they told me they were not going to do anything to help. They said I was given a special rate and that's why I was charged for 2 days. I asked if they could just charge me the regular rate for the 1 night I stayed so I wasn't paying for a night I wasn't there. Especially since I was NOT told when I checked out or checked in. When I told the man who answered the phone what happened he just said for me to stop yelling at him (I was not yelling) and said he would not help. I am very upset and will dispute this with my credit card company.

Very friendly staff They made you feel right at home.

Water didnt get hot enough for my pleasure and toilet flushes like a airplane toilet.

Excellent service and very polite. Traveling with children and they were very attentive to be sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend this property.

So I came to Manaheim for the Spooky Nook basketball tournament. We checked in around 9pm and immediately took showers after traveling all day. Once we pulled the sheets back we literally saw pop on the sheets. But that's not the worst part. Once we called the front desk the attendant said he was sorry but there was no housekeeping and if we wanted the poop off the sheets we had to come get sheets and change it ourselves. Once I expressed my disappointment I was told I could come get a refund and find a new hotel. At this point it was already past 11pm. The attendant gave us a smaller room after telling us we were bothering him. I have the interaction on video. So as I write this I am laying in the second room that has makeup on the pillow cases. Never again!

Location near the turnpike restaurants hard to fine room over all it was comfortable check in was a 10 minute wait and tell Kurt came to the door from Aaron couple bug bites on one bed which the white sheets had an old blood stain and food stains other bed was fine on a scale of 1 to 5 it should be graded as of 3 1/2 bathroom was clean and spacious over the showerhead was very slow.

Good breakfast, room were pretty clean, other than the PA Renn Faire there is nothing else in the area.

The rooms are clean and pretty new, staff is very polite and professional. Location wasn't the best for my situation.

In town to see the local sights in Hershey and Lancaster. Pleasantly surprised at the newer construction of the hotel and nice accommodations. Close to the Pennsylvania Turnpike by easy on and off ramps in the middle of both of our destinations. They offered a great breakfast each morning and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again in the future.

In my room the lights shutt off and so did the air conditioner their was ants and spiders the Wi-Fi didnt work and nether did the TV.

And the Breakfast Attended Jose was Excellent, very attentive to our needs & keep the Breakfast area neat & tidy.

Very impressed with how clean and new everything looked. Room was a very comfortable size. Breakfast was great, especially the waffles. The staff was very polite and helpful.

I stayed here a total of 9 days, it was a wonderful stay! I actually hate to leave! The staff were super friendly, my room was so nice & clean! The breakfast was decent! I felt comfortable, the area was quite and just an overall great stay! Big shout of to Les he always made sure the pool was nice & warm for me! I'll definitely be back, if I come back through this area!

This place was brand new very comfortable very quiet I have no complaints whatsoever Prices are reasonable for the type of accommodation this is. I have stayed and other motels and hotels in this area that I was attacked by bed bugs. This place was clean new and no bed bug problems so far. Highly recommended by this reviewer.

This hotel was very nice. It up to date and clean. The staff was extremely friendly especially Les, I believe he's the manager. He was very accommodating, pleasant, great with our kids and you could tell he took pride in his work and hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

The toliet is not attached to the floor, the TV sucks on channels but overall it's a decent hotel I'm to stay in, it's not dirty the people are nice it's just not fancy.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable on a difficult night for us. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and continental breakfast was wonderful. My compliments to the manager for a well run hotel!

Good Points: 1. Price was within our budget. 2. Hotel sat back off any main roads. Nice setting. 3. Fridge, coffee maker, tv, ac — all good. 4. Offered continental — style breakfast. 5. Clean bathroom. Negative Points: 1. Room smelled of moth balls. 2. Carpeting in hallways, elevator need steam cleaning. 3. Breakfast — no bacon 4. Hotel housekeeping didn't understand English.

Hotel was clean, crisp and great location for our stay. Les was absolutely amazing! From arrival to departure he was always there with a smile on his face willing to lend a helping hand.

My overall impression of the hotel was good. However, there were a few things during my stay that I thought should be obvious improvements. No. 1. My room was on the 1st floor, near both the elevator and pool access: there was 3/4 inch gap under my door. In order to muffle the sound of the hallway, I had to cover the gap with a towel. No. 2. Again, since I was on the 1st floor, my room's window looked out onto the parking lot. This would not have been an issue, if there had been some sort of privacy blind or curtain. There was only a sheer white curtain (very see-through) and some not-very-closeable edge curtains. I resolved this issue by draping a spare blanket over the window. No. 3. The toilet was very difficult to flush and get anything to go down. It took nearly 3 flushes each time. There was no lack of water pressure, just a poor design, and very loud. No. 4. The continental breakfast was very lacking in variety and quality. These were the obvious flaws I noticed and for which I gave only 3 stars. All of the above set aside, my interactions with the staff were pleasant and they were most helpful and accommodating. The sheets and pillows were comfortable and clean. The Wi-Fi was also of good quality and fast.

Place lacks upkeep, stained carpets, dirty elevator floor and walls, dirty stairwells. The older Hampton Inn down the road looks more kept and has been there for many years prior. The place has "newness" still going for it but as this place ages, i'd imagine it gets worse. Beds were very comfortable but the lack of insulation or building materials between floors, seem to offer no bufering of sounds from above room. You could hear people as they simply walked. Check-in experience consisted of me standing there for over 15 minutes before someone appeared at front desk and that was only after I called the hotel from my cell in their lobby telling them I had been waiting.

I was very pleased by my recent stay here. I had booked a room at another motel for a conference I was attending, only to be told upon arrival that I had "canceled" my reservation. After watching the desk clerk fumble through some scraps of paper, it was obvious that this was not a professional operation. She told me that there was a Comfort Inn about two miles down the road. I booked a room there without incident. The desk clerk was courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. After breakfast in the morning, I checked out very quickly — — the desk clerk already had printed out my receipt — — and I was on my way to my conference. Next time I am in the area I will book directly at Comfort Inn. It's not as cheap as the motel that I had originally booked, but it's a lot nicer and I will have the assurance that my room will be waiting for me when I arrive.
