Horrible! We stayed there on January 12, 2020 for a soccer tournament at spookynook. We were checking in and the girl at the counter said they had a “water issue” and failed their test that morning. She said her manager was out buying water bottles so we could brush our teeth. Several hours later another parent said the hotel had ECOLI! We had to have the girls shower at spookynook because no one was risking getting the eColi water in our eyes, mouth, or open cuts. Tried to get a refund from the hotel and they said everyone who checked in was offered a full refund. Completely false! Myself and several other parents were not made aware there was eColi in the water nor were we offered compensation of ANY kind. Never returning to this hotel. Gave a bad rating on Expedia website as well. At least Expedia gave me a $50 coupon.

Our first time ever staying here and will definitely come back again. The hotel and rooms were spotless. The rocking chairs on the front porch was a nice touch. The only draw back was our room door was difficult to open and took 4-5 attempts with card key. We notified the front desk. Also, upon checking in at about 8 pm we had to wait for front desk to return 7-8 min and they were in side room on phone with wedding party. Place caller on hold and check party in. 3.5 ⭐️

Clean, friendly staff and the perfect location. Stay here every year for the PARENN Faire and don’t see that changing.

Staff was super friendly, helpful, and nice. Room was amazing and so comfortable! Breakfast that was complimentary was so delicious, with many choices. It was like a buffet. Had vending machines, pool, exercise room also. Best part was the cheap price. It looked and felt like a 5 star hotel! :)

Excellent place, they upgraded us to a jacuzzi room as it was our 1 year anniversary and we stayed there the year before. Excellent place. Will gladly go back again.

Good place to lay down our heads on the first day of our vacation. Breakfast foods are sparse, but if you need breakfast on the go, there is a great selection. If you like a room with a view of some of the best of Lancaster County, this is a good place to consider when you need a getaway.

Would recommend to anyone who is staying in the area! Wonderful, hospitable service. Wonderful beds! A Microwave and refrigerator was in the room which was very nice. The vending machines for late night snacks and drinks are plentiful and have great variety. Would definitely stay again.

Customer service was great! Nice sized clean bathroom. Very inexpensive for the location and size of room. Nice accommodations.

UPDATE! Clean. Friendly. Hospitable. Cozy. Now. Stayed the weekend of 5/20. Rooms were fine. But, I've noticed a bit of a downhill slide. beware! check your credit card for double hit! and be sure you use the same credit card when booking! check your card statements! asap.

Such a nice stay. Only wish the pool was indoor. Great, clean room.

Staff was polite and accommodating. Rooms were dirtier than expected. Fingerprints on the wall, mildew in the bathroom, grease-stained notepad on the desk. The bathtub was VERY slippery! Almost lost my balance stepping out of the shower. We found several hairs in our “clean” towels and the beds. Extremely slow elevator, and the Third Floor button has a loose connection, so sometimes the doors would close, and we wouldn’t go anywhere. Not horrible, but we hoped for a cleaner facility for $100+ per night.

I usually do my best to stay away from issues that don't personally effect me, but I can't help but comment on the complete nonsense Charles Champion had posted. I have stayed at the Lancaster Inn & Suites for almost 3 months due to a unforeseeable housing issues that occurred back in February. Due to the industry I work in, I have spent the better part of 28 years living out of a suitcase, and in hotels, so I do know this industry as well as anyone. For anyone to throw out the race card at a hotel where the staff is as racially diverse as it is here, is total nonsense! As far as Mrs. Elghoneimy, she is as professional and caring as they come in this industry! It has been a total pleasure to have stayed at the Lancaster Inn & Suites, and to have met and become friendly with Mrs. Koprowicz, Mrs. Elghoneimy, Pam, and the entire staff there! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone! The Lancaster Inn & Suites and staff ROCK!

Stayed at the Lancaster inn and suites for basketball tournaments at spooky nook for the last 5 years. Obviously they have new management. Booked hotel on Priceline. Thought it was booked for fri and sat but was only booked for Friday. Was awakened by the operations manager Shaimaa Elghoneimy with 5 phonecalls expressing that I must leave. Explained to her that I was booked for 2 nights. She requested that I visit her in the lobby immediately. Went to the lobby were I received a ridiculous response. She felt threatened by my annoyance and was calling the police. I suggested to her that a conversation does not require the police but she incisted that she was feeling threatened. I had my son join to record the burgeoning incident. This is an outrage in America that a disagreement and attempt to remedy is met with this contempt. The police are not negotiators of a room. This must stop people! Black and Brown people are not the problem your contempt and fear are! Needless to say I will never recommend or stay at the Lancaster Inn and suites again.

The location of Lancaster Inn and Suites was very convenient to where we we're headed. It was a very clean room, breakfast was great. The price for a one night stand was a little high. Overall it was a really good experience.

Wonderful staff, very clean. My husband and l only stay here when we visit Pennsylvania. Excellent and comfortable.

Off the beaten path, but well worth the visit. The rates are reasonable and the rooms are nkre than adequate. They are adjacent to a large soccer field.

The continental breakfast offered was the first time I have ever been genuinely pleased by a hotel's continental breakfast. Fresh fruit, Belgian waffle makers, etc. Rooms were clean and bedding was comfortable.

Great place to stay if your a dealer going to Manheim PA they provide a shuttle over to the auction and a decent breakfast. They also offer a discount to those attending.

Our family decided to stay here for the weekend. Everyone was so kind… except a employee named Brittany. She was going to kick our family out on the streets at 9pm because of a noise complaint from a neighbor below because my 4 year old nephew was playing with his truck on the floor at 7:45pm. Which wasn't even considered quiet time. My brother and I went to the front desk just to tell her that we weren't having a party or being noisy… just to explain he was just playing with his new truck. She immediately became belligerent and extremely defensive and told us she was going to evict us and call the cops. No one but her raised her voice. Thankfully a assistant manager was called and told us the room with the children had to move down the hall away from people. The main manager in the morning was very kind and made things right from the previous night. I'd stay here again… just get a 1st floor room.

This place is spectacular. Great hospitality. It has a welcoming feeling. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My mother and I stayed here for opening weekend of the ren faire. The staff was phenomenal! The room was a great size and very clean! Will definitely stay here again on future visits.

I stayed overnight and the room was good. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only problem was the smell coming from the chicken farm next door. I wanted to sit on the front porch but the smell was very nauseating.

The room was nice, roomy, and comfortable for two people, especially when one is pregnant. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the breakfast only has one low carb option and there is only so many hard-boiled eggs a person can eat.

Its a 3 star hotel. Basic place. In and out with no problems. Had the whirlpool room, very spacious. Package deal for Sight & Sound. Well pleased.

Went to see the Pennsylvania Renaissance Fair and stayed at this hotel. It was very clean and quiet. We requested a top-floor room and it was provided. The continental breakfast was good. I would stay here again if I am in Lancaster again.

This is our second stay at the Inn. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and eager to help. My only compline is that the workout room is to hot to be on the machines. I recommended they add a fan last time we stayed but it didn't happen. Breakfast is good with plants of choices and they have excellent coffees.

First time at the inn for my wife and I. We stayed Wed & Thurs night in the king whirlpool suite on the 3rd floor. Very clean hotel through and through. Bed was comfortable enough. We liked that the water was softened as it is in our home. Up to date for the most part but not modern. Friendly, helpful staff. Continental breakfast was as expected but the coffee was unexpectedly excellent! Overall we felt it was a nice value for the area. It's about 20 minute drive to the main Lancaster attractions but we liked that it was quiet and without the hustle/bustle found there. Only complaint, which is no fault of the hotel, was the odors coming from the farm next door. It was horrid if the wind was blowing in the right direction which was about 25% of our time there. HVAC units in the room looked like they could have had the filters/coils cleaned too but they worked fine. Overall we recommend it and will consider staying here again in the future.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of towels. One suggestion maybe a few more toiletries would be appreciated. Overall was a great stay, and the staff was friendly. Would stay again.

The idiots who run this place forgot to stop taking reservations for this weekend. They overbooked the hotel by literally 40 rooms. Even though we called the hotel directly to make our reservation, and did it months in advance, they sent us to a hotel 10 minutes down the road and instead gave our room to a tour bus group. They think giving me one night free is enough to cover their inept hotel management. The hotel they put us at was 40 bucks more a night, so their comp room was more like comp-$40. Incompetent, unprofessional… do not ever trust your business to this hotel.

We had a sporting event to attend in the area and after researching a bunch of other hotels, we decided to go with this one. Great decision! The lady at the front desk (Amanda) was very friendly and courteous. Our room (king bed suite) was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Our daughter enjoyed the cookies and the pool. We were on the 3rd floor and had a beautiful view It was quiet and peaceful. Being able to use the laundry room before checking out was a plus, too. We will definitely stay again if we're in the area!

I was there for professional reasons for a very brief time, but the inn itself and the customer service was excellent while I was there!

Absolutely a great place to stay. The staff was very accommodating, letting us eat breakfast early, making changes to our reservations that they were not obligated to make, and helping out many other ways during a chaotic weekend. Clean, friendly, safe location (next to a farm. Yes, it smells like a farm too, only when outside) phenomenal staff, fantastic hotel. We would definitely highly recommend this hotel. We will stay there again.

We had a great experience here! Great price compared to other hotels in the area. Suite was large and spacious, clean and fresh. Room service daily restocked towels and soaps. Late checkout gives you time to pack up. Friendly and helpful staff. We needed an extra sheet for a child, they gladly gave us one at no extra charge. We needed a crib in the room, and the pack'n'play was there upon arrival. We had the jacuzzi suite and used the jacuzzi well! It worked great and was super clean and enjoyable!

Stayed here for the PA Renaissance Faire. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff was nice and helpful, free breakfast was free (and pretty good). Prices were comparable (or lower) to the Hampton Inn nearby, and their rooms have microwaves and mini fridges, which is a plus. Hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the grounds at Mt. Hope Winery, otherwise we would always stay here when attending the Faire. If you don't mind the little drive, don't pass it up.

The hallway smelled like body odour and the room smelled a little like dairy barn. The room was damp, sheets, towels, toilet paper etc. Not sure why. The bed was comfortable along with pillows. I had a good sleep, other than the people above us banging around.
