I did not like the fact that we were unable to get our own breakfast. There was a breakfast attendant who by the way was nice but the whole thing I felt was very uncalled for. The pool was even a bigger joke. Each family had only 45 minutes to swim and you had to schedule a time slot. Very disappointed in the hotel chain on these decisions.

Amazing staff. Front desk staff Hal and Aaron were so gracious to our softball girls who played at least 100 scavenger hunts. They let the girls get photos with them so they could win the scavenger hunts and helped them go in the right directions. They did this EXTRA line of work all while still handling their desk duties. They were so amazing. They also put up with quite a bit of loud parents and girls and music playing and still handled all of their work and were excited and happy for our excited kiddos. Truly amazing people and they should be rewarded!

Enjoy the hotel. Enough room for everyone to sleep. The pool was enjoyable. The grandchildren loved it. The breakfast was good too. Checking in and out was very easy.

We just spent 3 nights at this hotel with a group of 60! Hotel and staff are wonderful! Rooms are spacious and clean. It was was a great experience. Highly recommend.

We just did an old fashioned road trip from North Carolina to go to Gettysburg, Hershey and Amish country. So glad we picked this hotel, it was centrally located from all. Only 20 minutes to Hershey and even less to Amish country. In fact we saw several Amish buggies go by while eating our wonderful breakfast.
We stayed a total of 4 nights.
I can honestly say this is one of the best if not the best hotel stays we have been to. The room was perfect. Beds and pillows were heavenly. The hot water in the shower was unbelievable. The breakfast was fantastic, blueberry pancakes, waffles, breakfast burritos, pastries etc… it was fantastic. Staff was so friendly and accommodating too. We also loved sitting outside watching sheep in pasture behind hotel and millions of fireflies at dusk!

They got me a room quickly and sent me all the personal toiletries I didn't have on hand even though they were terribly busy with all the other stranded people. And, when I was able to get home that night after all, they charged me a very discounted rate. Thank you so much!

The staff was really nice and welcoming. The room was comfortable. I pulled the ship spare blanket out of the closet and found a lot of long hair in it. The toilet paper in the bathroom was single ply cheap bargain brand stuff, which was surprising considering the price point of the room. The room itself was spacious and beautiful.

Front desk greeted us warmly and even asked us if our room was ok. Breakfast had a little bit of everything. Nicely stocked, tables cleaned right away. Pool area has towels & is clean. Plenty of parking. Will stay here again.

This hotel is really nice, the rooms are really nice and the personnel does an excellent job with the complimentary breakfast! We stayed 2 nights, we left for the day and when we returned, our beds were made, the room (and bathroom) was neat and clean and our things that we left laying around were organized and placed where we could see them. The personnel that works the complimentary breakfast are really nice, always making sure there is plenty of food/etc…

I highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful staff. They are always willing to assist with anything. Clean beautiful room, and an extremely comfortable bed. In a great location, not too far from any attraction. All four a very reasonable price.

I am totally impressed! This place is great! The staff here really cares about you and your family! They take the time to make sure you have everything you need and want! I used to only stay at the M place (I wont use the word here lol) this is be my first choice from now on! Thank you for the great trip!

Extremely nice staff. Beautiful, clean, modern room. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast (although it can get pretty crowded at breakfast time). One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a really long time. Room had a fridge, microwave, and Keurig machine.

This Comfort Suites facility is clean with extraordinary staff. EVERY team member is exceptional professional and friendly. Kudos to the managment team for creating a wonderful environment for every guest. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here during the Blue Chip Tournament and it was just minutes walking distance from Spooky Nook. Probably faster on foot than by car! The staff was AMAZING so attentive, polite, considerate, and friendly! Tons of outlets in each room… enough to charge every electronic you own and no need to move furniture to locate them, as they are readily accessible by tables and lamps. Beds and pillows were comfy. The back patio was lovely to sit at and watch the sheep graze in the expansive meadow. Clean hotel lobby, rooms, and laundry area. Warm delish chocolate chip cookies served in the afternoon and the breakfast was a well-balanced assortment of food (hot and cold items), & a nice refreshment area available 24/7 with coffee, hot chocolate, teas, & so forth. Observations: the TP and tissues were inadequate — worse than scratchy tissue paper, there is a very large food truck hogging the entry way making it difficult to load and unload when more than one car needs to get through (not sure why he was perpetually there when there are lots of restaurants etc nearby? ), and the pull-out bed mattress was awful (would be great if they offered a memory foam topper), other than that, all good!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was very good. Kids loved the pool. Internet was fast. Can't wait until our next stay.

Room was very nice, breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. My complaint is that they charged my debit card twice. Once for the room and once for what should have been a preauthorization but was actually ran as a pending charge that did not clear out of my bank so I got charged twice. It took calling the hotel and asking for a manager to speak to in order for the issue to start to get resolved. Which the assistant manager did help to resolve. But with financial damage that I was left to cover. If you stay there, don't use a debit card for payment. And make sure you check your accounts after to ensure you are not in the same position of not being aware till it is too late.

Great place. The rooms are very nice with a sitting area which seems to make it a "suite". Compfortable beds, nice towels, microwave, fridge, etc. Everything is clean and new and well cared for. The lighting is dark for my taste, but its not dingy its meant to be elegant. There are reading lites on "stalks" by the bed so reading is no problem. Great staff. Free cookies at night. Free breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage and a few types of bread/toast and cereals.

This place as wonderful. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, incredibly clean rooms and common areas, did not check out the pool, polite and friendly staff, and good breakfast. Would most definately come back.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. We stayed there while my daughter was at a tournament at Spooky Nook. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. It isn't the Ritz but as a spot to hang in between games it was perfect.

Nice hotel. Our double queen room was comfortable, clean & quiet. The Keurig was a nice touch. Although, it is crowded with sports families due to the proximity of the sports complex, they have quiet hours from 10-6, and we never heard anything. Hot breakfast was fine, and the staff were pleasant. We would return.

The hotel was very clean the rooms were spacious and the front desk was exceptionally courteous to us. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you're you're playing in a tournament at Spooky Nook.

This was an excellent choice in hotels. For someone coming from out of state and knowing nothing about the area, the choice could not have been better. I highly recommend this Comfort Suites.

Our family regularly stays in a hotel and this hotel was one of our favorites. The hotel felt very new, clean, and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Our first floor room felt very spacious. We wouldn't hesitate to return!

The staff members at this hotel are great! I have stayed at different hotels while traveling and this one employs one of the most attentive staff members. Keep up the good work! Whenever I am in the area, I will definitely stay here.

Stayed at this hotel for the week for training with my new job. Front desk was very helpful and answered all my questions. Cleaning staff also did a great job with my room every night! For some reason, the internet would be iffy depending on what device I used (not a make or break for a hotel). Would recommend to anyone for personal and business use.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel to celebrate a friend's wedding. We checked out, and about 5 minutes after we left the hotel, were involved in a fairly serious car accident. The car was inoperable, which created a problem as we live in the D. C. Area, so we didn't know what to do. The responding officer offered to drive us back to the hotel, which sounded like our only option. We arrived at the hotel and briefly described our situation. The concierge was extremely sympathetic and understanding and offered our room back to us at no charge if we wanted to wait there while we figured things out. The room had already been cleaned and we had obviously already checked out. She also offered a cold pack for my wife's bruised arm. I attempted to buy some waters from the store but she wouldn't hear it and gave them to us for free. Another employee actually hugged my wife, who was visibly shaken, and said a quick prayer with her. She asked beforehand if that was ok with her and it was a welcomed and very comforting act. We were able to calm down and make a plan while sitting in our hotel room. I can't say enough complimentary things about the staff. They went above and beyond the required level of service and could have simply let us wait in the lobby while we figured out our next move. We are very thankful and appreciative for their incredible complimentary service. Thank you very much Comfort Suites, Manheim.

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now… coming up on stay number 5 this weekend. Our daughter plays in basketball tournaments at Spooky Nook, which is right across the street from this hotel. The staff are awesome! All of them! All of our experiences have been positive. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere other than here while in Lancaster!

Excellent accommodations. Staff couldn't have been any friendly or helpful. Hotel was not far from the Renaissance Faire. There were several restaurants within driving distance to the hotel. Beds were oh so comfortable, especially after being at the Faire all day. Would go back again in a heartbeat.

We came to the Comfort Suites on our family vacation to Amish Country! The hotel added to the great time we had. The hotel was clean and the staff was over the top with the help. We were stopped in the halls many times just to say hi. I was happy to see so many large families. It was very family friendly! I highly recommend!

Many family members, bride, groom wedding party in reserved block of rooms made for fun weekend! Bus took all to wedding and back… met after in conf. Room and breakfast together… Very memorable!

This is the nicest Choice Hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is very spacious, there is plenty of desk space, the room is tastefully decorated, and the staff is very friendly and offered a great pizza place to eat dinner at. Not to mention the place is very clean. The hotel is about 15 minutes from downtown Lancaster. One morsel of advice: entering the property I found to be a little tricky. Pay attention to the turn that you need to make. Google Maps appears to be slightly off with regards to the location, so when you get close pay attention and you will see the property.

I will definitely be checking here first on return trips to the Lancaster area. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast variety. Staff was especially understanding of food allergies in our group and was able to make an accommodation for us.

Extremely unaccommodating and the employees will hang up on you if they cannot answer your question. Blocks do not exist at this hotel. This hotel claims they can block and hold rooms for large events, but they cannot. It is a first come first serve basis. I understand this, completely, but if you think of blocking a series of rooms and you are given until a specific date to book or lose, you'd except to have all those room until that given date. They give those rooms away, prior to the date you were told to book by. Especially if there is a large sporting event. So if you are planning a wedding and book a block of rooms 6 months in advance, do not do it! Do not waste money to print this hotel on your accommodation card. They will not accommodate your guests. My invitations were sent three months in advance of the wedding. Two and a half months in advance, when my guests started to call, only ten rooms were available for my guests. I told this hotel I needed at least 20. So disappointed, but don't you worry they "accommodate the world's largest sporting complex. " Just not your wedding. =)

Amazing staff the manager Corinne and her staff have been so welcoming. We came for work and are staying the weekend. They make u fell at home here there always smiling and asking do we need anything. Corrine and her staff we would like to thank u and we will be back! Thanks for making our stay amazing! We went to the hotel to check it out and consider future bookings. The guy at the front desk was very accommodating, and friendly, and answered all of our questions immediately.

The facility was nice and clean. Breakfast was great too. Only issue was the farm smell. Otherwise it was great!

Definitely a hidden gem. The suites are very spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Very friendly staff and attentive to detail. Will be returning again soon. PS — Great recommendation on Mick's Pub!
