I cannot say enough how friendly and kind the employees are here! We drove through the night and arrived a day early. The lovely woman at the front desk and the housekeeping staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. There was enough a dog dish for our pet. The room smelled fantastic and was immaculate.

Great place to stay. Not sure if I ever come back to this small town, but I'd defently stay here again. 3 big truck parking spots Good breakfast Comfy beds.

Pool was very clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the TV and the staff allowed us to move rooms. Make sure you eat breakfast early. We went at 7:30 and they were out of sausage, biscuits were cold but everything else was delicious. Rooms were clean but beds are a little hard. Found a couple of German cockroaches in the first room we were in but none in the second. Overall, we would stay again!

Great staff at this location. Barbara, Tammy and Marissa was very kind and polite. Love the hospitality and southern charm from these ladies. This Best Western is pet-friendly, very clean and the breakfast is delicious. Will be back!

Budget motel with very nice staff. This is a pretty standard, inexpensive motel. Clientele appeared to be truck drivers and construction workers with a couple families. Area was quiet. No unsafe or sketchy vibes. I stayed a night here just passing through on my way to visit family. I chose a pet friendly room because I was traveling with my dog. Amenities were what you'd expect for the price. My room was clean with no detectable odors from previous pets. Everything was in working order. THE front desk staff was super nice and helpful upon check in and check out.

The overall experience was great. Bathroom on check-in was not especially clean. Took pictures and showed the desk clerk. She seemed dis-interested so the next morning I showed them to the assistant manager. She took care of it right away. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Hot foods and cold. The only complaint was the smell of the room and the feel of the carpet. We wore socks the entire time. We do not smoke but we have a small dog. The smell was overwhelming and we had to go get air fresheners. The hotel should have them in the smoking / pet rooms.

The friendly staff you could ever meet. The room was clean and free from odor. No noise during the night. The breakfast was hot and each shift was just as friendly and helpful to us.

We were greeted by a staff member giving us towels when we arrived soaking wet on motor cycles. They dried our clothes in their dryer. The rooms are all recently renovated and comfortable. New larger breakfast room. It was a comfortable stay.

Just like coming home. We arrived in a rain storm and the reception staff greeted us with dry towels. We experienced a warm and friendly check in.

This was a wonderful experience. People are extraordinarily friendly and personable. Very clean and most of all quiet. Excellent!

Rooms were clean and cool, staff were friendly, continental breakfast was standard. The expanded breakfast started the day we checked out and it was really good. Pretty much what I expect from a Best Western, would stay there again and recommend it.

The lady who checked me in and the lady that checked me out were super friendly and very polite. The breakfast was small and simple but very good as the breakfast area was under construction… my only draw back was being a tad pricey just for one night! This was our second visit here the first was let down by the lady who refused a discount offered on line. And then no discount for anything. We are senors. The next visit was fine. We knew what to expect.

We had a very good stay. The room was very nice, the service was helpful and friendly even when I had a pretty stupid favor to ask of them.

My wife & I stayed at the Best Western of Murphy for two nights while checking out the area for possible retirement. We had a wonderful time. The hotel room was perfect and the staff was very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Very clean well kept place nice staff. Enjoyed the stay Walmart is across the street if you need anything. Starbucks is up one block inside the grocery store.

Good service and clean rooms. The outside area is also clean and quite safe. Close to many convenient places. Return.

The hotel was neat, clean and coveniently located near many pharmacies and eateries. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast covered all basis. My family and I would definitely stay there again.

I travel a lot and the hotel and staff are the best here! Very impressed with the clean rooms. Great staff, they go out of their way to accomadate you.

Boyfriend & I took our dog with us for the night which happens to be a Great Dane, (they accommodated & let us bring him even though he was over 80lbs) When we checked in the woman we spoke with directed us to put a “do not disturb” sign up at all times due to having a dog so that way there would be no issue with any person or maid coming to the door knocking as well as letting us check out one hour later than normal since we arrived so late.
We get everything settled in …our room, and I start inspecting the room because people at hotels tend to be crummy & of course I find black hairs in the “clean” bathroom and clothes from the previous guests in the dresser drawers … However, the king size bed was super comfy! But the bathroom sink hardly drained at all, that was a little annoying. A tad before 11am the next morning we have a house keeper banging on our door meanwhile we have a “do not disturb sign” on the door, an of course the dog starts barking loudly while we’re trying to sleep! so now he and I are both awake laying in bed & we receive a phone call from the front desk asking if we were staying another night because check out time is 11. I replied, “No ma’am. We were told our check out time was 12 not 11. ” She answered with, “well there is no note anywhere here stating there is another check out time other than 11 on your reservation.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless and comfortable. The lady at the desk in the afternoon when we arrived was very sweet and helpful.

Our room was exceptionally clean, spotless! The staff was very friendly and kind to us. They made sure we had everything that we may need. We stayed 5 nights and have nothing what so ever to complain about. Great price and we will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area! We also took our weimeraner puppy with us, they have a great pet area! As Well As they had a water bowl in the room for the puppy. Very pet friendly!

This property is exceptionally pet friendly. We think the biggest plus is the very large grassy area between the property and the highway… our 10 month old Black Lab thought running off leash under voice command was just fine, thank you very much. This is the first property to ask for detailed facts about Sugar, our Lab, and ask for our acknowledgment of the rules and limits of hotel patience and tolerance. Room was clean, neat, and tidy with good TV and Wi-Fi. Our pet friendly room came with dog dish and suggestion. Staff suggested the Murphy Chop House as a nice place to eat… nice turned out to be a significant understatement — prime rib was superb, she-crab chowder was superb, chocolate cake was decadent. We're willing to drive all day from Tampa for a great meal here.

Well maintained, very efficient staff and maintenance, EXCELLENT FIBER OPTIC INTERNET, 20 megabits up down during day, 60 to 80 megabits up down during early AM, rooms are clean, nice amenities, would stay again. Was there for solar eclipse and every room was occupied.

This inn appeared to be relatively new or else recently remodeled, but I was told it was built in 1988. It's very clean, no room smells, bathroom was clean and spotless. Very convenient location North of the Murphy business district, close to US 74. Nice pool, small of course, but CLEAN. Price is higher than one would expect for an out of the way BW, but then WE definitely got what we paid for. Managed by owner, on site, who said all her cleaning and maintenance staff were long term employees, which is why it's so clean and well maintained. Did not try the free breakfast, sadly (very quiet, slept late).

Very clean comfortable rooms. Both folks that checked me in and out are awesomely friendly. Housekeeping is super nice and accommodating. Definitely the place to stay… but you better get downstairs for breakfast by 9 they're taking things up. I think on the weekends breakfast should stay until 10

Great new renovated Motel nice and clean breakfast was awesome although I couldn't eat much of it but Sherry did also the staff was awesome treated us like they known as for years will definitely go back there to stay.

What we want in a nice motel is a clean neat well maintained room with good convenient lighting esp bathroom. Comfy sitting and bed, good range and quality of amenities and fair price near $ 100/nt. This Best Western met all of our requirements we could not have been more pleased. Thank you.

Clean rooms. Very nice staff. Just need seats outside so when u go smoke u dont have to take the chairs out of your room. Would stay there again.

This Best Western was a clean and neat hotel. We love the fact we could back up to our room and unload our bags. All the staff that we came in contact with were extremely friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. L The rooms were clean and comfortable and the beds were also comfortable much more than mine at home. Lol. Also the breakfast was good and the coffee was great. Enjoyed our stay and will return.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and I liked the pancake maker, as well as the egg and cheese omelette. I would stay there again.

Awesome staff! Aging, but well kept and updated property with the only exception being the beds. Update the sheets at least and make for much more comfortable stay.

I booked through hotwire for a stay on 5/18-5/19 for my father, 1 year old son and myself to attend my sisters wedding. The room itself was decent, however they charged me $200 for 'pet damages' after we checked out. When I called and asked what the charge was for, they TOLD me I had a pet in the room… which was not true. The room next to us did have dogs, about 4 of them, whom barked ALL night and kept waking my son… and one tried to run after my father who is on oxygen as we were leaving. Thankfully my husband has bank notifications for charges like this and it could have and would have just went unnoticed. I'm positive they knew we had no pets and were just trying to charge it (upon checking in, I parked right by the door and the lady at the front desk clearly looked out at my car and could see there were no animals in my car and verified that there was 2 adults and 1 child. Also, my father and I spoke to the maids & they watched us pack up and leave… WITHOUT A PET). My money was refunded immediately after speaking with them, but it still left a foul taste in my mouth and I will not be returning.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is quite clean. Room was rather plain, but very well maintained. I was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel inside and out. The room was very comfortable.

Very nice rooms. Was in a non smoking area that was very well kept. Had a few parking spaces big enough to fit a 28 ft trailer. Overall a nice hotel visit.

Nasty dyke gave our room away, we had to drive 3 hours back home on Memorial Day weekend. Thanks best western. Reserved our room 3 weeks in advance, bad business.

This would make the Second review that I have ever posted for a room that we have stayed in. And that would be because it is definitely the cleanest, best room, esp for the price, that we have had in several years. We travel quit often, so we have experienced the prices & ammediaties and cleanliness of the different rooms. This room was under $100 and it included a hair dryer, ironing esentials, microwave, refrigerator, coffee and (free) Wi-Fi. We were only staying for a few hours before traveling again, so for the price we we're quite surprised that it included those items. The staff member was very friendly and helpful also. We will definitely will be staying here again as we travel back in town.

Price was cheap, rooms were clean and comfortable. What more can you ask from a one night stay? I would go back.

The rooms were nice, clean comfortable, and the staff were friendly. After we checked out of the hotel someone called me and told me that I had left something in the room and needed to know what I wanted done with it. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the breakfast was bad. I would stay there again if I was in town.

Stayed at this location last night. Very impressed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Most likely the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was very clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, it even had a great shower which is one thing I always have an issue with. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if in this area.

Room was very clean when we entered, and the clerk called to make sure everything was up to par. Other than the TV Guide listing channels that the hotel didn't have, everything went smoothly.
