My husband got a accident here because of the chair in the room. He sat on the chair then he hold the arm of the chair to stand up. Suddenly the chair broken so my husband fall down, his head hit the floor and the chair also hit his belly really hard. There was no blood or something but I really scare that something will happen later so I call the front desk for some support but they just say sorry for the chair and they will fix the chair (for what? ) And that's all they do. I already booked the next hotel, the car we rented was expensive and if I delayed because of the accident we stilled have to pay for all of it. But the hotel just acted like they have no responsibility. The front desk guy asked us to go to urgen care ourself and give them all the paper needed if we need something. But we still have to pay for everything if the urgen care said my husband was ok. But what I really worry about is what happen 1 or 2 days later, not now because I saw how hard his head hit the floor. I had a relative who had passed away just 2 days after his head hit the floor in the same way. I asked the front desk guy that I want to talk with the manager but he said the manager was on vacation so no one here to take responsibility of the accident? So, I asked him to write a paper to confirm the accident happened at the hotel on that day just in case something happen in the future. I hope I don't need to see them again. I will not recommend and never come back to this place.

This hotel was a last minute decision. After an intense search, I'm so Happy we decided on Stonebrook Lodge of Murphy. The front desk staff was very friendly. They were also very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I really appreciated how the front desk clerk automatically put us in a room on the 2nd floor and right across from the elevator. Only hotel in the area that doesn't allow pets and that's was major concern of mine. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a terrible experience here. The casino was full so they put me here. I watched through the peep hole as the manager crawled on her hands and knees. She said she was smelling under my door and could she come in. I let her look around and immediatly packed my bags. I felt very uncomfortable. I would never stay there again.

Stayed one night to visit casino. $164 for weekend night. Pros: beds were comfortable and room was clean. Microwave and fridge in room. Cons: room was small, strict 3 PM check in, continental breakfast was a little lacking (no fresh fruit).

I love this place. It's a beautiful lodge that has only been open for twelve weeks. And the rooms are very clean and beautiful. We will cost again.

This is my first time here. It’s a great place to visit. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend to stop and visit here if you plan on going to the casino. Prices are fair and very clean.

Beautiful setting, very clean and comfortable rooms and very spacious. I would totally recommend stonebrook lodge to anyone staying in Murphy.

This was for a work trip, so I had no clue what kind of hotel I would be going to, as I was not the one to book it. I was happy with my experience. It had a really nice, but cozy feel to it, and all of the employees I encountered were very sweet.

Heather that took our reservation and also checked us in and out is a great asset to the hotel. Very friendly and welcoming!

I stayed here 2 nights and the building is brand new. Free Self-Serve Continental Breakfast (Cereal (Hot & Cold), Grits, Bagels, Toast, Muffins, Coffee, Tea, Orange & Apple Juice). Large flatscreen TV's but lacking clear HD channels (see included picture) and the King Room I was in did not come with a microwave (as advertised on the official website). Rooms face either East or West, so you can enjoy the sun rise or set over the mountains.
