The Staff was friendly and accommodating! We were here for our 34th Wedding Anniversary and the staff was amazing and gave us a bottle of champagne! The next morning we had breakfast in our room. My husband said that the French toast was incredible and I thought the same of my Eggs Benedict! Our room was beautiful, comfortable and clean! The only downfall was that we booked a suite that was supposed to have a skyline view but the view we got was of a construction site of the city. Other than that we had a wonderful stay!

Of all my trips to NYC, this was the best. I absolutely loved everything about my accommodations from check in to check out! Everyone was prompt, professional and kind. Thank you guys so much for such a welcoming embrace. The room was magnificent. The food was exceptional. The view was to die for! I will be returning so please have 3703 on standby!

Had two nights here for our two night, three days in NYC for Christmas. Kudo’s to Domenic our server in the lobby. Courteous and friendly. Great staff at hotel desk. Room as clean, large with fantastic views (thanks for the upgrade). Need a better bar (we heard it is coming). Also to the terrific doorman who helped us more than once find a cab or get our car. We will be back.

Spent an amazing two nights here to celebrate my 40th Birthday. Wonderful room — we have Manhattan views on the 41st Floor. Spacious and wonderful bathroom. We spent some chilled time at the pool too — which was refreshing in the summer city heat. All in all excellent service, location and feel to this hotel, great for families and couples alike and we would love to return.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Impeccable service, friendly staff and an unbeatable location. I was fortunate enough to be granted early check in (which I didn't even ask for) and the room was beautifully laid out with an impressive view of Manhattan (see below pic). The bathroom is also immaculate. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. I will definitely stay here again if I return to NY.

Great Hotel. Great location. Gabrielle at the front desk was so nice and she was so accommodating. Doormen were amazing. They really went above and beyond to make sure your every need was looked after. Merrick was wonderful! Rooms were excellent and clean. Turn down service was great they gave water bottles and fancy chocolates every night. Staff made you feel like you were a VIP. Highly recommend this hotel. Much love and gratitude the Holland family.

I attend a business meeting. The staff was extremely helpful in setting up my laptop for my presentation. They had a very nice breakfast laid out for us and the meeting room was very nice. The hotel is very nice and I would like to go back to stay as a guest.

One of the best hotels I have visited in NY. Room service is 24hrs. Has a pool to help you cool down after a long day. Has a great view of Manhattan.

Beautiful hotel. Got list roaming around. Unfortunately Donald Trump was not available to guide us. But had some drinks inside the grand lobby. Very classy Would love to stay here one time!

We stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic stay. It was truly luxury and all of the staff were fantastic and the room had a sick view. Got good prices due to its history. If you're willing to overlook the previous owner (or love the previous owner), it's a great hotel. Area gets a little quiet on weekends/nights, though, but you're a quick walk to Tribeca, SoHo or the Village.

This place is my favorite hotel in NY. Located in SoHo. Everyone wants to visit Soho, even local residents of Manhattan. Easy walking distance to the water, restaurants and stores… But the staff stands out as wonderful and practically unequaled in my extensive travel experience. They remember my name, my room preferences and even my favorite restaurants. The housekeeping staff even says "see you again" when they see me leave with my luggage. Can't say enough about this place!

The Dominick — Review We stayed at the Dominick in late April, we had no real idea of its history or location as we’d never stayed in NYC before. So we had very little expectation and with that in mind we were completely blown away with the service, location, quality, professionalism and how friendly and helpful the staff were! Special mention must go out to Andrew the best bar man in NYC, he also doubled as a concierge and overall trip maker for us. His advice and cocktails were all ‘on the mark’. Another highlight was Chris, one of the doormen, his friendly attitude and offers of help were much appreciated. Admittedly he had my wife won over when we first arrived and greeted her by name and told her they’d been waiting for us. Always a win when you’re made to feel this special. The location also was second to none, with TriBeCa, Soho, little Italy and east Village all within easy walking distance and surrounded by some of the most amazing restaurants we’ve ever had the chance to experience. To all the staff at The Dominick and to those we met at the bar staying at the hotel, thanks for a great trip and we look forward to staying again on our next trip and to those considering staying here please take our sincere referral.

My time at The Dominick was wonderful! Everyone was extremely hospitable and polite. I was treated exceptionally my entire stay. The room had a beautiful view and the bathroom was spacious. I really enjoyed the breakfast I ordered as room service, it was delectable. I will deffinetly be going back in the future!

Last time we were here was under Trump management. It was 5 stars hands down. Now under the new Dominick name as soon as you walk in you don’t get that special feel. It’s just a normal style hotel with some nice features left behind from before the buyout. Not too happy. Staff is still nice though. Fairly clean rooms. Just no ziff to anything. Like walking into an unbranded courtyard. Not that happy. My wife is disappointed too. The level of class is down at least 30%.

I stayed here a few months before Trump was elected president and it was still called the Trump Soho. We we loved it and would return. The service was great and they we're very accommodating 4 my family and small baby at the time. I wish he didn't change the name.

This hotel is certainly not a 5 star hotel by service and cleanliness standards. I would say it should realistically fall in the 3 star range for this location, and 2 for a less convenient location. The rooms are large enough however they STINK! Apparently the changed the carpet a month or so ago and now all the rooms stink and there is no resolve for this. If you have a reservation coming up I would cancel until this toxic glue smell has dissipated or they bother to do something about it. The room is very loud and you can hear the elevator going up and down and shaking the walls all night. When we asked for ear plugs they didn't have any. (Even 2 star hotels can provide this?!. ) The bathrooms have black grunge all around the taps and the wall paper has stains everywhere. On top of this the staff are always grouped together and chatting while ignoring guest. Do not recommend.

Good rooms, nice marble bathroom and comfortable bed. The interior looks nice, but the full size mirror is placed high on the wall, so there is no way to see your pants or shoes. The TV is placed on the side of the room, so I have to turn my head 90 degrees to watch it from bed. The cupboard in the room is nice, but a bit weird, since it's so big and only contains two glasses. There's a pretty copper sink, which is great for the nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast is so-so. The bread and pastries (croissant etc. ) tastes like yesterday's. Only bacon and no ham and cheese. Only scrambled eggs and no fried eggs. I would like more vegetables. The staff was very friendly and service minded.

Great location in the Soho area. Service was great, and the room was much bigger than expected considering it was a NYC hotel room. I would definitely stay there again.

I've never stayed here but Mr. Jones' bar is wonderful. I love the cocktail selection. There are some interesting options to pick from or they will custom make a drink just for you.

Not good compare to the other 5* hotels in other countries. Front desk staff excellent. Please get away from 11th floor as it is right above the kitchen and also double check your bills.

Now this place was amazing the service and the rooms set up great. Beds are super comfortable. THE doormen are extremely helpful. One almost broke a ankle assisting us. Lol. Location is Great soho gem.

I have been staying at Trump Soho on and off since July for business travel. Everyone I have encountered at the hotel from the doorman to Rakel at the front desk have always been helpful and very accommodating. I certainly have my choices of hotels to stay but boy these folks certainly know how to make guests feel welcome! After a long day at work, I have had the honor and pleasure to be greeted by a true gem, Jen Delgado who is Food & Beverage Manager at Trumps new restaurant Spring and Varick. I have sat on the sidelines and sipped some fabulous wine and have watch Jen make every guest feel at home. To be honest this week I ate a late night dinner at the bar to enjoy the superb hospitality of Jen and her team. Axel and Drew are amazing bartenders and are very cheery and friendly. If you are traveling to NYC this holiday season or anytime, I high recommend Trump Soho.

Outrageously overpriced. Mediocre. Don't eat there either — practically any other hotel/restaurant in the neighborhood will have better food.

Very nice Lobby and entryway. Very excellent staff… finest around believe me… the concierge very helpful guy. However, very very small room for the $$money$$. Highly recommend renting one of the Suites or at least one of the larger rooms soho sohi rooms. As the regular room is awfully small. While you're here make sure to engage in a game of hide-and-seek with Donnie if he is here when you visit … he is completely awesome at it. Best ever.

This place isn't very nice. Seems like it was built by someone with small taste, small hands, small… Hmm. I don't know. I'm not sure why anyone would stay here really when there are so many other nice hotels that have much more class than this pretentious place. Sad!

It's interesting how the negative comments for this fabulous hotel have dramatically increased since the elections and all the 1 comments are from people with anti-Trump profile pics… It's not fair on the amazing staff that works at the hotel — they do a great job! Plus Trump is no longer associated with the hotel. I had a corner suite with a view that was second to none, very clean and well kept. Reception and door staff were helpful and courteous. Just not sure about the location. Someone told me Chelsea and Soho in NY ware just as Chelsea in London… Not!

Trump Soho never fails to deliver the best hotel experience in NYC! The rooms are the most comfortable and the city views can't be beat. My favorite part however, is the impeccable customer service. No other hotel we have stayed in the city has come close to the care the trump team offers its guests. Very happy to recommend this hotel to shine looking for a luxurious stay!

Good size of parts, good attention. No breakfast nor Wi-Fi not acceptable for the price.

I have booked this hotel for two weeks. Positives: Great location. Room was nice and clean and the bathroom was pretty big. Negatives: Front desk (reception) staff were not polite. Every time I approached them, they would not acknowledge me, being busy with their phones/computer, unless you call them out. My room was on the 11th floor, and pretty much had no view, as my window was blocked by another tall building. Although I had booked a long term stay, and I asked for my room to be changed, the front desk staff refused to do so. No shower facilities at the pool, which is pretty unhygienic. Overall, this is a good hotel, but at this price, I would take my money elsewhere. *incoming soon: a generic response from the hotel manager.

TRUMP SoHo was an amazing experience! The building was beautiful, the staff was helpful and courteous, and it's location makes it perfect for NYC shopping! I recommend that you visit Trump SoHo on your next trip to SoHo, NYC.

Only up to four devices for complimentary Wi-Fi. How to drain the water in the bath tub is also confusing.

Great location, clean and VERY affordable. The Inn serves an awesome continental breakfast in a beautiful room with a panoramic city view. The staff was also very kind and hospitable. I met Dennis the menace and Conor (He is the man! ). They were both really wonderful. We will be back!

Wonderful experience. Corner room with floor to ceiling windows. Only complaint would be waiting more than 10 minutes and standing in line for the elevators.

Room service was quick and efficient. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful — we were in a standard king room, 12th floor. Bathroom was large, strangely small sink though for the size of the room. All furnishings were comfortable.

Excellent hotel, rooms spacious, located a few blocks from shops and restaurants and subway yards.

If any of you are looking for really good hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. what horrible service and yet they charge you outrageous prices for the hotel rooms and there services. I would give them a 0 Stars! Got a suite at the hotel for about $1, 200 or more. Front desk manager was rude and unapologetic. I spent $$$$ at hotel and I felt like I was at a high class Motel 6. When I Booked my Room at the Trump Tower, I was hoping to receive the best in luxury, comfort, and service. The messages are nice, but the service in general here is atrocious! I would think twice before staying here again. It's not worth the cost and definitely not welcoming. I was here for a convention for my work and so to make things easier I decided to stay here during the convention/conference. After a long drive because of traffic and accidents along the way I finally got to the hotel and went to check in and the people at the front desks said sorry "WE ARE SOLD OUT" I told them I had booked a room here and they still said sorry "WE ARE SOLD OUT! " then I explain that I called them and told them I was stuck in the traffic and I was running late. Whoever I spoke to at the front desk at the time made told me he would make sure that I would not lose my room and not be charge for a No show! I Told them that and they still gave me the "WE ARE SOLD OUT" crap! then I ask for the Hotel Manger.

I would give it a 4.5 star. Our room is very nice and comfortable, the business centre is great, the concierge guy was very helpful, but the room has no kettle, I end up having to use the microwave to make my tea.
Also they do not provide spoons but plastic stirrers. (Never seen a 5 star does that)
I ordered a soup, and it was incredibly salty. (I find it unacceptable for chefs in such a hotel with insensitive taste bud).
