Review of The Dominick Hotel 5*

If any of you are looking for really good hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. what horrible service and yet they charge you outrageous prices for the hotel rooms and there services. I would give them a 0 Stars! Got a suite at the hotel for about $1, 200 or more. Front desk manager was rude and unapologetic. I spent $$$$ at hotel and I felt like I was at a high class Motel 6. When I Booked my Room at the Trump Tower, I was hoping to receive the best in luxury, comfort, and service. The messages are nice, but the service in general here is atrocious! I would think twice before staying here again. It's not worth the cost and definitely not welcoming. I was here for a convention for my work and so to make things easier I decided to stay here during the convention/conference. After a long drive because of traffic and accidents along the way I finally got to the hotel and went to check in and the people at the front desks said sorry "WE ARE SOLD OUT" I told them I had booked a room here and they still said sorry "WE ARE SOLD OUT! " then I explain that I called them and told them I was stuck in the traffic and I was running late. Whoever I spoke to at the front desk at the time made told me he would make sure that I would not lose my room and not be charge for a No show! I Told them that and they still gave me the "WE ARE SOLD OUT" crap! then I ask for the Hotel Manger. So when the hotel manger came I told her what was going on and he said you must be mr ______ _____ and I said yes I am he said ok one sec and then finally he comes back five mins later and said I am terribly sorry but I can't help you "WE ARE SOLD OUT! " so he help me find a another hotel to stay at which was nice of him to do and then I ask him if I would be charge for this hotel and he said no I would not be charge anything! HA lie! when I got back home and my next credit card bill came in I Got Slammed with 2 Hotel bills plus a No show fee and cancellation fee. For this hotel so I called them and talked to the hotel manger and he dident give a crap about it all he said was to pay up!
