Review of Rodeway Inn Syracuse 2*

Avoid this hotel at all cost. The cheap rate is a lure to bring you in. They will also tell you they only have a few rooms left not true another lure to get you to stay at this shitty hotel. I got in around midnight checked in hoping to get a good nights rest however that wasnt the case. So I had the keycard in hand no need to use it because you could open the door without (I tried 4 to 5 times no key card needed) wow great start no security in the door. Anyway im inside figured maybe I could take a leak in a nice toilet… lol… the toilet was crooked no back to it just a silver handle ready to flush… kinda like you would see in a stall. There was no garbage can anywhere in the room or ashtray. Heres where it gets good in the midst of searching for something that was not there I decided to call the front desk… no phone only wires sticking out of the wall, wtf! So I proceeded to call the front desk on my cell with an answer of we dont keep them in the room because people steal them… huh? An ashtray maybe a garbage can bullshit. Anyway the neighbors were having a party next door, door slamming all night, yelling, banging on the walls, music pumping hell it was like I put my bed on in a mosh pit. Rooms smelled like a stale mold. After about zero sleep, I get up, shower running, at 945 am I hear someone outside my door… the door flings open like a raid is about to happen but instead its housekeeping just waltzing in my room no knock nothing… wow! Anyway I get ready to leave cases upon cases of corona piled up outside from there nightly party… managment did nothing no refund… new managment did nothing no refund … DONT GO THERE ITS A DEATH TRAP.
