Had a wonderful stay. Best customer service, clean rooms, wonderful breakfast and kid friendly.
Would highly recommend CrestHill Suites to everyone and will always plan my stay there whenever I am in that area.

Having amazing time. Beautiful rooms, great patio & pool with grill. Breakfast staff is attentive & keeps everything well supplied & clean. The rest of the staff us very friendly & attentive too.

Very clean and accommodating of our pups. Shower head was nice and high which is appreciated as a relatively tall person. Woman at front desk was very welcoming and helpful, and I feel bad for forgetting her name!

Clean, comfortable, cozy. Like a small apartment! Pool, exercise room, free breakfast. Staff efficient and friendly. Looking forward to my next stop in Syracuse!

CrestHill is awesome! We have a close friend in Syracuse from out of state adopting one of our rescue puppies. Had a pre booked room at Super 8 hotel. Our friend arrived at 11 pm after driving all day & night. Super 8 advertises they are pet friendly. At check in last night the rude woman at the front desk said they were not pet friendly then waved us away. The absolute worst customer service & filthy hotel at that. We called CrestHill & Noah had us come right over and took care of everything. Our friend and her adopted puppy were taken care of & even stayed an additional night. This is a hotel to book a room with. Totally the best customer service ever.

Rooms need some updating but everything worked and appeared clean. Nice pool and patio. Breakfast wasn't being replenished enough. For the money overall we we're satisfied.

Really great staff here. I'm here with spectrum for my last 2 weeks training total of 6 weeks spent here they treat you really well.

Cresthill Suites suits our needs and is very fairly priced. My family will stay here anywhere from 2-5 nights when visiting. The suites are compact for sure, but include all you need and you don’t feel crowded (and we have a family of 4). The people who work there and run the establish are very friendly. The location is a bit further away from some of the the other suite hotels, but it’s not a big deal for us since it’s just an extra few minutes drive. The rooms and all amenities could use an update, but everything works and is clean—and again, for the price it’s hard to beat.

Awesome suite, loved that the kids have their own sleeping space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we need. Also loved having two bathroom! I would encourage everyone to stay here. Very helpful staff!

Pleasant, clean hotel conveniently near I-90. Breakfast is decent, as are evening receptions (think light dinner, as long as the food lasts). Spacious rooms with full stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. Free laundry facilities, exercise room.

This hotel is disgusting filthy and definitely no place for anyone with any class to stay. Upon arrival used Q tips were found on the hideabed. There were other things of filth found in the room it had not been cleaned the bathroom had residuals from previous guests the bedding was clearly dirty. Be most disgusting part was the used condom that my Service dog found wonder like the bed the general manager felt that take I in $25 off our bill was a significant discount. We had hoped to change hotels However since there was a convention in town there was no place else to go. I Feel like I need to have everything that we had in that room fumigated it was the most disgusting property ever and the staff needed to wake up to the fact that they were not a classy hotel. We know of several rooms that toilets overflowed in for no reason. We also now that the manager on duty the 1st night was the only person who cared and he journals all the problems in the room the general manager basically tried to excuse the problem When we were in the room and had house keeping calm we asked that they clean the bathroom and the bedroom and we would sit in the living area she never brought any cleaning materials in she made the bed and left towels that is how housekeeping cleans those rooms this is definitely stay at your own risk.

Amazing staff the weekend of my niece graduating we had no place to stay. This place was super helpful. Staff always friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed in one of the suites which with the large open rooms and windows felt very nice. The kitchenette was old, but still functioned fine. Plenty of space to bring small groups of people in to work on projects or engage in entertainement together.

Excellent, friendly customer service. Great breakfast buffet. Clean and well maintained rooms.

Room was acceptable and comfortable. The cable offered free on demand which was nice. My only real complaint was the breakfast which we were relying on before competition, offered spam they called ham, powdered egg rounds, and floppy small hashbrowns. The waffle maker worked fine. All in all acceptable and sufficient.

Cute place. Spacious. Could use a little updating in the rooms but the lobby area has just been renovated. Breakfast choices great and they have a social hour each weekday evening with some snack, beer and wine.

Great room. Clean and really spacious. Got a great price on priceline for it. Quick access to the thruway. Breakfast was a standard buffet but got our bellies full for the day. Can't complain at all.

The people here make you feel like faimly. The rooms are super clean. The people running this dont care about money, they care more about their customers. Also pet friendlyness is always a plus.

Place is nicely done for a suites hotel… When I arrived they all of sudden decided to upgrade my room to 2 room deluxe for no extra charge. Breakfast was pleasant and was worth the stay…

The hotel was very nice. The room was a great size, had a separate bedroom, kitchen and little living room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good and the continental breakfast was good!

Hard to find without a GPS, Staff treats us like family, rooms are functional in layout, clean, things work! Very quiet, much better than most, parking is plentiful and convenient to enter. Breakfast is average in selection, well prepared and plentuful.

Rooms are great. Materials about the room are out dated. It says freezer gas ice machine. They do not. You have to find the ice machine in the hotel and then fill the ice machine. Breakfast is a little more than eggs and meat. Yes they have cereal + make your own waffles, but same yogurt each day, pre-made eggs, and no tea or hot chocolate offered.

This room was super comfortable and worked great for us. All the staff was really kind and considerate. Very affordable too!

I literally looked for something that was wrong with this hotel, and could not find a thing. From making my reservation by phone (when they honored a major price difference shown on another website) to check in to check out, everything was perfect. My only complaint is that we were only staying one night, I could have stayed here much longer! We had a king suite which included a full fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, and large sink. The bathroom was bigger than our bathroom at home! Everything was set up just right to make the best use of the space without making me feel cramped. The breakfast in the morning was exactly what we see at most hotels we stay at, including a waffle station, fruit, boiled eggs, sausage, and bagels/muffins with toaster. If we ever go through Syracuse again I will definitely be staying here!

Clean, spacious, nicely furnished; very courteous and helpful staff. The well equipped kitchen makes an extended stay quite comfortable. Good location. Well worth the very reasonable price.

Great people. Pet friendly, great prices. Strange chemical smell and a 2:00 am fire alarm was no fun.

Suite was nice and clean. Main bed was nice Only complaint is foldout sofa bed was bottom of the line quality. Oh, and no ice machines. Freeze it yourself or Grace front desk get you ice.

Quiet, plenty of parking, hot breakfast was very good, rooms are spacious and air conditioners work well. One of my favorite hotel stays in over 3 decades.

This is the 2nd time staying at this hotel. The room was spotless, the front desk personnel is awesome and the complementary breakfast was really good. We will stay there again for sure. The price per night and for what u get there is no comparison.

They have complimentary breakfast with not many options. They have social hour only from Monday to Thursday. It is a good deal overall with two "meals" included. The room was good with a kitchenette. The pool is only outdoors.

Decent and clean budget hotel. Suites fit a family of 5 comfortably. Rooms could use a little repair / updating, but they are completely servicable. Dogs allowed for a very reasonable fee. Salt water pool. Typical budget hotel breakfast and happy hour included. Business Park next door is great for dog walks. Good restaurants nearby and pizza delivery is available. Great stop while passing through on I-90!

My stay was great here. The rooms were a good size and all the amenities were good. The breakfast was actually delicious and didn't taste like the chain hotels usually do. They were very accommodating when I had to cancel one of the rooms in my reservation despite it not meeting the cancellation requirements. Great business to work with!

Clean room with a kitchenette, simple breakfast from 6 to 9AM and a meet and greet happy hour from 5 to 7PM. Five minutes away from the Thruway and other accessible roadways. Great place to stay for an extended stay traveller.

I stayed here overnight on a weekend visit to Syracuse. It was evident that this hotel was aimed more at extended-stay guests than tourists — — the rooms were equipped with a calendar of events for residents, while the lobby lacked the customary rack of promotional brochures, and the location was in an industrial-park area, close to nothing much. Because of this, however, the rooms were impressively, even astonishingly luxurious and well-equipped for the rate. This kind of value-for-money is worth driving a bit out of the way.
