The worst hotel l have ever been to in my entire life, very dirty with bed bugs all over the rooms, my whole body was itchy and red due to bed bugs bites, l have to go to the emergency room due to itching and not able to sleep, please and please stay away from this hotel. Bed bugs alert please stay away from the hotel.

They have so much bed bugs that we left in discomfort. My sister had to go to an urgent care the next day we got back home. The linen was very dirty, the minute we got in we were hit with stench of cigarette. I wouldn’t put my worst enemy were.

Bed was uncomfortable service was horrible just a bad experience all around.

Thank you for your hospitality and accommodations for my little family. It was a very cool room! A full, twin bed and a window cushion for sleeping. My son thoroughly enjoyed it and wants me to bring him back to stay for a longer period of time. Very kind staff especially the night staff. I highly recommend this place especially if you are not looking for a pool. There's a continental breakfast unfortunately we all slept in so we missed it. Will definitely be back next time I stay in Syracuse!

Booked online. Not kept up and loud neighbors. Smelled bad. Would have left but it was late. Did not shower. The floor around the toilet was coming up. Etc…

This is a great place to stay. Friendly staff and very quiet. Doors are secure. Prices are great. Rooms are clean also pet friendly. Vending and coffee and breakfast in the mornings. They also allowed me to check in early. I reserve the room with credit card and paid cash on site.

The price was fair. Although I'd rather pay a little more. The rooms were bearable. They have a somewhat rough enterance ramp from the parking lot. No elevator. Rooms on the main floor are someway accessible, but the carpeting is rippled and could trip a person without a disability. I did not care for the way they handled requests for rooms. It was indicated that they did not take reservations from phone call, yet when you go there someone called and got the room that was available. I felt that some people were discriminated against. Just my opinion. I'll pay more thanks.

Not a palace but it's good for a short stay.

Service has been great, check in lady was very helpful and friendly. Room was definitely less than I expected, even for a lower cost. Had a dead bug on my pillow case, room has no refrigerator, and the bed and TV both seem about 20 years old. A again, low cost, but still a little less than I would have thought.

Great place for a great price. Rooms super clean. Maid service everyday. Needs update on t. V. But all in all a great place and staff was incredible!

Staff is outstanding… very accommodating with me and especially with my dogs. Very simply done, room was clean and neat, free Wi-Fi, air worked great, I am very happy with my stay there! I ended up extending it last minute because everything went so well. Big kudos to the front desk staff especially, would definitely recommend them highly! Thank you all for making a difficult time so much easier for me!

Affordable and clean. The lobby could be a little bigger for the morning breakfast muffins/bagels/coffee. Only seats 12?

By far the WORST customer service! I wouldn't go there even for the price offered! Very bad hotel! 1 star because there was no other choice.

Absolutely no complaints and you couldn't find a nicer room for the price. Amenities also include complimentary breakfast and noon check out. Hope to stay again soon.

It is the third time I've been to this hotel. Lovely as always. Very clean, well-staffed, plenty of room. Perfect service all around.

Economical hotel in a very convenient location. Service is impeccable. Staff is well trained and very professional. Rooms are small but very clean and well presented.

It's hard to beat the price. And the staff are friendly they become like family good hard-working people.

The hotel did not smell very good. The amenities were out of the 1970's. The breakfast provided could barely be considered edible. Consider paying extra to stay at one of the many hotels in the same area.

Absolutely discusting. Room was horrendous. If it wasn't for being so tired we would have left. Burns in the comforter, something on the wall in the bathroom. Will never, ever stay or recommend them.

This is my go to motel whenever I come to the Syracuse area. The prices are great, and the rooms are always clean and stocked with. The staff is always polite and attentive. I have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff even went out of their to locate me extra pillows when my leg was injured and I needed to keep it elevated. And they gladly got me ice as the ice machine is on the second floor and I cannot take the stairs… I highly recommend this motel for those who are simply traveling and need a good night's sleep in a clean right priced motel which offers free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast.

For $48.00/night why would anyone expect anything but a place to shower AND sleep period BUT REGARDLESS OF HOW CHEAP STILL SHOULD HAVE BASIC CLEANLINESS! It saved me when I was in between apartments! I do HAVE to add! I feel management doesn't reward loyal customers paying over thousands of dollars when all was said and done. You would think that a little bit of a discount would be honored! Not just saying"already getting a discount" because I guess. Charging $48. Is already being considered a discount. That's WHAT EVERY ONE is charged that shouldn't be considered the discount! And giving a few dollars off of the normally charged weekend rates is NOT what one would consider a discount! There were other long term customers I spoke with while I was there and there sentiments were the same! One other thing… The 2nd floor cleaning couple need a little lesson in cleaning and learning NOT to cross contaminate i. E. Using the SAME dirty rag to wipe the toilet seat and then wiping the sink then a few wipes on the floor and then the bathtub. Ewww and the rag was completely DRY SO BASICALLY JUST TRANSFERRED GERMS FROM ONE AREA TO ANOTHER! That's NOT cleaning! And if that's how ALL the rooms are being"cleaned" then there's going to be some sick guest's exposing themselves to ALL kind of bacteria, fungus, viruses! NOT worth ANY amount of money if you catch something you can't get rid of!

Ick ick ick. The first thing I noticed is that there was urine on the toilet seat. Strike one! Second was the incredibly scraggly super thin 2 pillows on the bed. Strike 2. Upon sitting on the edge of the bed all you hear is springs crunching as you stink to the bottom of the bed. Strike 3. And lastly the very discolored and stained sheets. I don't recommend this place unless you are desperate for a secret tryst and want just to rent by the hour. Lol I chalk it up as an adventure, but definitely one I never want to repeat.

It was the nastiest hotel ever stayed in or motel whatever you want to call it the rooms are dirty it was just disgusting I wouldn't advise nobody to stay there cuz it just ain't worth it.

We arrived for check-in at 3:42 pm only to be met by the disinterested front desk worker who glanced up from her YouTube video & looked at us as if she was confused as to why we were here. I handed her my license & advised her I had paid in full on Priceline to which she replied quite sarcastically "I KNOW! " She handed us a key with the room # on it & went back to her videos until another guest walked up to ask about the remotes for his t. V. As he was having issues. Obviously annoyed, she began a snarky tutorial at the desk for him while he watched her with a frustrated look upon his face. Now most hotel desk clerks will usually instruct you which direction the elevator is or suggest to park by a door closer to your room but it was painfully obvious she had no intention of offering the slightest bit of assistance so we tried to go it alone. Our key was marked 236 so we deduced by logic our room was on the second floor. There was no indication that an elevator existed at all & a sign stated room 213-228 that way. Since we were in 236 we were naturally confused so we dared to ask the ever so pleasant desk clerk who informed us "down there, up the stairs until you come to the T in the hall". So off we went to find our room. And we did… Now, let me be fair, for the price we paid we were not expecting anything special.

The room was clean. It served our purpose fine for just a place to stay the night after the Paul McCartney concert. Customer service was there but not too friendly. My Hubby's back hurt from the bed… mine is fine.

If your looking for a cheap/ no frills hotel (and I mean no frills! ) then this would fit the bill! Please don't expect a restful sleep beds are very uncomfortable, but the rates are cheap. Did mention that it was cheap? But if you need a quick stay then this place is for you!

Mattress was thin and uncomfortable. Felt and heard mattress springs everytime anyone moved. Room was small. Listed on website to have cribs available since we were travelling with an infant. After reserving room found out they had no cribs. The entrance with stairs closest to our room was only accessible to first floor guests which meant we had to walk around to another entrance to carry our belongings into hotel and then up steps and down longer halls to our room, very inconvenient. On the positive side thermostat worked well, room was clean, and desk attendant was friendly and helpful.

Shite show. Don't stay here… If u do, keep your socks on at all times.

The closet door was broke and I told two employees but they didn't care! The one even said, that's okay. And it smelled like roach spray in the entrance and day old cigarettes and alcohol. Never again will I stay at such a disgusting place!

Bed sucked. TV didn't work. Breakfast sucked. Wi-Fi worked.

Clean room. Didn't smell. I received Good service. Fresh Coffee at 6am. Could be updated a little. Bed comfort was ok. Scratchy sheets. Overall a good experience.

Good stay for the price. The room was clean, the staff reasonably friendly, and the bed was decent. Not the Marriott Syracuse by any means, but also a fraction of the price.

Pretty much what you would expect from a low budget motel. Pretty clean for the most part. The floor in our room could definitely have used a deep cleaning. The bed was really comfortable, my husband and I slept well. I wish our room had had a fridge. The staff was I guess pleasant enough, but they only spoke/interacted with us when we initiated pleasantries. Breakfast is just bagels and juice, but they do have many different types of bagels.

Carpet floor was sticky, no microwave or fridge. Small room. Full length mirror made it… Interesting… No coffee maker. Cheap price, probably for a reason.

This place is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at : (booked a room with a queen bed and get a double bed made of cement, old box TV and can't explain the smell…

Absolute dump arrived at 3 am and was told to sleep in my car until 10 am to check in then at 10 am was told that they had just been booked up for the next night. Wouldn't stay here if they paid me not only that be careful of the owner raul he is a very sour troll.

My wife and I booked this room from across the us. We stayed here for 9 nights and the staff here was very professional. They go out of there way to make you as comfortable as possible. If you have any issues they are more then willing to go the extra mile to take care of it. Keep in mind this is not a 5 star hotel we booked. But for the money its was well worth the stay. Room was comfortable, ac will freeze you out when you are not used to the humid climate. Continental breakfast was more the adequate. Coffee is always on. They even gave us a complimentary microwave and fridge in our room as we where staying for an extended period of time. You can not ask for a better place to stay close to the airport and yet within travel distance of anything you need. The owner Rahul Shah was personally involved in the setup of our room and was here to great us most every day. Great Job. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks David and Blinda.

VERY good… Cheap and clean. We ordered two days. This House travel store quite like, geographic location very handy, 往西 2 small time was Hani Hotel sjara Osso-GOL added falls, often North leaving St endurance observation Cummins River. Midway rest house hotel in good area, great value recommendation. I think cheap and clean. Enjoy peace of mind.

Flat pillows, worn out mattress, absolutely no amenities in room. Had to ask for bath towels off the maid cart. Only one ice machine which was broken. The smell in the entire place was horrible.

Nastiest hotel you will ever stay in, you will see spots on the floor, you will smell all kinds of nastiness in your room, the bathrooms are dirty, the sheets look untrustworthy, and we found bugs in the bathroom. Only stay here if you're either a drug addicted lowlife or an all around trashy person, then and only then will you feel right at home. Bottom Line: Do not be tempted by the price per night, pay 10 dollars extra and go somewhere else.

We stopped here for two nights on the way to Niagara falls and while coming back. Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, big rooms with a very comfy bed and basic amenities. Price was okay too. Location was good too. Overall we had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

The room was dirty, hair all over the bathroom, pillow cases were stained. Worst of all there was dead cock roaches throughout the room. The people would only give us half of a refund, but it was enough to get the hell out. We had a great experience at a different location in a run down city. I'm very disappointed.

Great location, right off the Thruway. Room was exactly what I expected for aprox. $50/night, simple but clean. Only disappointment was the breakfast, they had plain bagles and oatmeal and nothing else. Overall I'd reccoment it if you need a place to crash for cheap.

The Wi-Fi is fast but really unstable, almost will certainly disappear every 20 minutes. Checking out is instant, which is nice. Room is judst fine.

This property needs to be removed from your chain if you want to keep loyal clients. This was my third stay over 3 years and the last two were horrible. The second time it seems as if it was an out of order room. The curtains were so old and worn. The cushion below the window was so worn and coming from the seams. But, the third and last time I will stay there was the last straw. The mattress felt like a box spring. When you sat on the bed, it made noise. The room didn't even have a door to the bathroom and to top it all, when I went to get the complimentary breakfast, I was told in front of other guests that I was taking too many chocolate chip muffin cookies. I was told to take only 2 to 3 and I had 5 for me and my husband. I felt like a kid getting their hand caught in the cookie jar. I can go on and on. Once you step inside, you want to literally run. I only stayed each time because it was late night when I checked in. The next night I stayed across the street at the Quality Inn and for $25.00 more it was worth it. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. I like to save money but don't try to save it here.

Well, if it's Halloween and you want to be scared for your life, then this is the place. Light fixtures hanging from wiring, outlet covers falling off, stains on the sheets, floors, bugs, pubic hair on the bathroom walls, pillow stuffing coming out, wall mounted night stands broken off wall. I wish these reviews had an option to post pictures. The ones I took on my cell look like a crime scene took place. Please avoid this hotel.

This is an absolute hell hole! Rooms are decked out in pink laminate furniture from the 70s that is falling apart, beds are horrible, pillows cannot even be considered pillows but rather pancakes. Place smells like a mix of pot and cigarettes. It is stuffy and as an asthmatic I couldn't breathe. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is by far the absolute worst I have ever seen. Disgusting. We stayed barely 2 hrs and demanded a refund.

This is a repurposed Microtel. If you like that style, functional and efficient but small rooms you'll like this. Room was clean and staff friendly. Great rate for a one night stop over on our trip west. Clean, with a bed and a bathroom! (and more of course but…) Don't need much more for a quick overnight stop while traveling.

Any positive reviews of this dive have been written by ownership. If you're into lots of mirrors, stains, cigarette burns, and a generally smelly experience you should definitely stay here.

Room was filthy so was the bed hotel in bad shape.

The staff was amazing and the room clean and perfect condition. My father passed away and I needed to stay for one, possibly two nights depending on timing. When I checked in I told the manager about my situation and to top it off I had my identity stolen a few months back and have not signed up for a new credit card yet. The manager had absolutely no problem and told me if I need anything to please let him or the staff know so they could "give you support and not add any stress or worry". The manager was serious, not just saying it. If you're trying to decided whether or not to stay here, dont think twice, stay here.
