Th staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are very spacious. Their breakfast price was very reasonable and the food choice good it covered all ages.

Was treated very nasty by night staff was told they were going to call cops on me and guests and they canceled my room with no notice.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. This hotel is in a nice, quiet area of Syracuse.

I stay here quite often and all the employees are super helpful and welcoming.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The water in the shower was nice and hot as well. Our breakfast server, Karin, was super nice to us and our young boys.

Horrible, needed a late arrival quick overnight stop. Found them online and to there guaranteed promise — I can guarantee and promise to NEVER return and tell everyone I know. Booked with no payment till arrival and breakfast, only to be called during our travel so that room is paid now or we cannot have. Then when arrived breakfast was to be included again it was NOT, lights in bathroom didn’t stay on so took shower half in dark. Phone charger did not work, room smelled horrible. Got me once never will again.

Awesome stay. One of the best hospitality experiences ever. The entire staff is great. DaQuann deserves a special mention. The breakfast buffet is worth a try.

Nice place with friendly honest staff and clean updated rooms! I liked the breakfast buffet options which is not free however a decent price especially for one or a couple. The king room with spa tub is decent sized and the space is great for the room not being a suite! I would recommend and use this establishment again. Definitely worth it!

Booked a room here last minute on our way home from Albany. Staff were very friendly, rooms were very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Only complaint was the pillows could have been better. Other than that, a great stay.

Great location just 17 minutes from Syracuse Airport. The staff and property was extremely pleasant and accommodating. My only suggested improvement would be to have the rooms slightly more updated but I did enjoy the digital key where I used my smartphone to open my room door! I'd definitely recommend this location.

Not all staff are friendly! Rooms are not spacious and do not look luxurious like other hotels’ rooms. Even most of other Hiltons are better than this one.

Solid for the tier of hotel, this Hilton Garden Inn provides a surprisingly-comprehensive list of amenities for those staying either overnight or for a few days. Aside from a business center, gym, and meeting rooms, you'll also find a pool and whirlpool as well. Staff was still friendly and courteous when I checked in after a 10 PM flight.

I went on a 3 day business conference and had a great stay. Food and drinks where great, room was clean and bed was comfy. The staff was nice. On a negative, pillows where pretty bad and 2 days in a row I received a dirty glass with lipstick stains. Over all not bad.

Great hotel extremely clean, nice pool, great food in the restaurant, nice exercise room, very friendly and professional staff.

When I arrived here. I was charged considerably more then my reservation stated. Hotel was nice enough but woman at check in desk was rude. With the cost of the room there was no complicate breakfast. I was shocked. Always had breakfast provided. I will not stay here again and will spread the word for everyone I know to choose better hotel!

Checked in at 5:30pm and had reservations at Funny Bone for 7:00pm. Receptionist made several racist assumptions and comments upon check-in; “We have a pool, but I know you won’t be interested in that” There were actually a number of other rude comments made during our initial interaction but they were really more attitude than anything worth repeating. Room and “hot tub” were ridiculous. Returned the keys after Funny Bone (which was awesome) and went home from room 204 at the Syracuse Shitlon. Keep ur lil $160.00, worste Hilton in the country and I will scream it from the mountain tops!

The rooms are clean and comfy, the big bonus is the staff. Always friendly!

Was a nice stay, wish for the price they were more like other hotels and gave a little more back to the customer (breakfast, something). The attached bar and restaurant found was a little pricey and the pool and spa was closed the next morning. Daughter was bummed, then again so we're we.

Loved the staff. They were all very helpful and could make you laugh. Loved the breakfast as well. The beds were very comfortable.

There for New Years Eve event. Live band in the ballroom was awesome. Even had a DJ playimg at the hotel bar. I'll probably go again next year.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. The staff were fantastic. Went well above and beyond to make my stay a great one. I know this sounds like a payed off review but it's not. I flew in from Charlotte 8 hours early on NYE and they took care of me. If I have anything to add that I would suggest they work on is the elevator. It is slower than my late wife getting ready for a night out. But the room, bathroom, water pressure, bed all better than any hotel I have been to, and I travel for a living. Thanks for making my NYE a great one…

Absolutely loved it. Great location. Far enough away from the highway that nose was never an issue. Close to SU/ESF, but far enough that they didn't gauge us with astronomical rates on graduation weekend. The lobby is beautiful. Outdoor seating has a nice feel. Breakfast was great and lemon water and cookies available on the lobby is a really nice touch.

Hotel was very nice rooms are big the breakfast was amazing pool is decent and hot tub is great! The only thing I have negative to say is the ad for online booking showed a big bath tub included in my room and one of the reasons I booked this hotel and it wasn’t but it was an overall nice stay.

The staff was excellent at this Hilton Garden Inn location! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered great food options and our room was very spacious and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Each staff person we encountered were so happy and helpful, making it a great stay! The room & hotel were very clean. Food was GREAT & they were able to accommodate all my food allergies without any issues. Would definitely recommend!

The two stars is completely on the room and hot tub. The staff here was outstanding. My wife and I were looking for a one night getaway from the kids and wanted a hot tub. There were no rooms with a hot tub so we got the Jr Suite with a King bed (Rm 114). The room was comical. The couch and chair looked like they were picked up at the Salvation Army; (including stains). It looked shabby which was unlike any Hilton Garden I've ever been in. The bed was clean and comfortable, at least. For Pete's sake, upgrade this room. If any other rooms look like it, they need updating as well. The "hot" tub gave you about 5 minutes of heat before the jets started throwing out cool water. Please fix that as well.

The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. However only one of our keys worked including after we went to get a new key, it still did not work. The walls were good stuff keeping the rooms quiet and you couldn't hear your neighbours. However the doors were paper thin, so when children and other guests were running and talking in the hallway, you could hear it very clearly in the night. Front desk was kind, hospitable and helpful. However there was no continental breakfast included.

My husband and I stayed here on the way home from Ohio. We had some issues with a group of boys in the room next door, but the front desk took care of it promptly and politely. The room was very spacious and the jetted tub in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever find ourselves needing overnight accommodations in Syracuse in the future.

Loved our amazing room. Perfect for our weekend getaway. A short drive to Destiny Mall and plenty of food and entertainment choices! Nice sized 2 room suite with a hot tub in the generous sized bath. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax in this nicely decorated room. Clean, spacious and affordable, we would gladly come back!

This place is a wonderful, family friendly hotel to stay at. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds are amazing. Special shout out to Ashley H. Who works there! I called because we left my daughter's binkie (small stuffed animal) in the bed and when they found it she contacted me via email and mailed it home so it was there when we returned home. Amazing customer service. We will stay here again for sure!

This place is amazing! My daughter just had her wedding there and the staff was spectacular! Eva and Amanda are the best they pay attention to everything down to the most tiniest of details… The wait staff and the food were great as well. If you are looking for a place to have an event this is the place… Thanks again for making this special day for our families the best it could have possibly have been…

Great hotel because I didn't really notice it. Everything was on point. The breakfast wasn't free, but it was a lot better than the free ones. The room was fine. All in the right places. The shower worked well. The service was very friendly. The hotel itself was much nicer than average. Overall, better than most.

I went here for a friend's wedding reception. The food was just OK. The reception hall and bar seemed OK as well. Nothing spectacular, but nothing terrible either.

My neice was having her 13th birthday party there, and the room was nice, clean and the pool was nice for the kids.

Decent for a quick trip, not a nice area at all. The in house restaurant is alright but overpriced. The hotel is on a lot of space which lets it be spread out. Staff was very friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Queen mattresses were uncomfortable and lumpy. The bathroom had no vent so after 4 people showering there was water dripping from the ceiling.

The staff was extremely pleasant, kind, and helpful. The small restaurant and bar were great for watching basketball, and grabbing a burger and beer. Breakfast was delicious, and convenient with many options. The rooms were very clean and the beds and pillows were clean and comfortable.

I have stayed at this HGI twice now on business. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. If the weather is decent, there are some safe road running spots as well. I will continue to book a room here on my business trips.

High-end example of the HGI brand; low-cost property that is attractive, comfortable, spacious, modern and well-run. Bug-free, good beds, full sized bathrooms, and real eggs cooked to order for breakfast. IMO no reason to stay anywhere else in Carrier Circle.

My husband and I held our wedding at the Hilton Garden Inn Syracuse, and overall it was a huge success! We received high quality service and professionalism, and Eva, Director of Sales, was accessible and helpful every step of the way. Their wedding packages are very reasonable, and I liked that they offered all wedding services and amenities under one roof. We held our ceremony, dinner and reception there. The hotel is located in a business park that was great for taking photos outside. Many of our guests were from out of town and stayed in the hotel. They all expressed how friendly and welcoming there HGI staff were during their stay. I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding.

This hotel is great. Immaculate, affordable, and the restaurant is terrific! The staff and management are extremely helpful and cooperative. Have never had any issues with any part of my stay. Will DEFINITELY be returning.

Exceptional! We have stsyed at this hotel numerous times. The customer service is excellent. We enjoyed this hotel so much we booked our sons wedding reception there. It did not disappoint. Everything was done to our liking. They went to great lengths to make sure we were happy. EVA could not have been more helpful. And the food was sensational! Customer satisfaction is what these people are all about.

I've stayed in many hotels in Syracuse, Ny and the Hilton Garden Inn in Carrier Circle by far was one of the best experiences I have had. I have always been fond of the Hilton brand. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile and the room was just as I asked for.

If anyone is thinking about booking a wedding/event at this venue I am warning you NOT to! The hotel manager Eva is a very nasty and rude person and you DON'T want to deal with her. She was extremely rude to not only me, but my mother and others that work for our company. She claimed that my mother was a drunk and she knows one when she sees one, but little does she know my mother has MS, a disease, and does not drink ever. And she runs a very sucessful business, but you just don't say that to someone! She hung up the phone on me twice and laughed in my face when I asked to speak to another manager and repeatedly told me that I was being unprofessional and would not talk to me because I was wasting her time. Although she has wasted our time more than once and has not returned the stuff that was used for a wedding at her hotel, even though we have showed up and attempted twice and now she says she is not responsible. So whose wasting whose time and whose unprofessional? This lady and unless you want to deal with a nightmare I don't recommend this place.
