More Than Awesome! its woooooow!

I stayed here for the night before my wedding. It’s a clean and quaint hotel. The room met my expectations and was nice. Definitely a great hotel for an affordable price.

Clean rooms, staff was so nice and kind and helpful. They only served waffles on Saturday though, for you with children! They only had 1 washing machine and dryer which was on the 2nd floor. Very safe location although driving to the location didn’t seem so.

Pleaseantly surprising. Donovan was very pleasant and efficient at check in, rooms were very clean and comfy. Easy to find off the highway and in a pocket with a lot of other hotels. No complaints.

Second year in a row staying here for work, and still very pleased with this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds and pillows are comfy, and their free breakfast is absolutely delicious with a very wide variety (including vegetarian sausage patties! ). The only thing that would take it over the top for me was if there was a hot tub. All in all, a fantastic hotel.

This was a very nice place to stay! Friendly staff greets you every time you enter and the rooms are well kept and cozy! They have a decent breakfast buffet included as well.

Nice comfy beds. Curtains don't close completely, so light comes in. No liners in the trash cans in the room. Nice breakfast. Nice staff. Pool has too much chlorine. No hot tub.

The room was spacious for my family of five. The only issue we had was the hotel cards not working the first time we tried to enter the room. The front desk was able to mitigate that easily.

Excellent stay. We were there for the car show July 20 to 22 2018. We did book ahead so got a great room for a great price. Comfortable bed. Clean. Amazing hot breakfast: scrambled eggs. Ham. Veggie patties. Make your own waffles. English muffins bagels cereal oatmeal. I could go on. And constantly refilled. Love the patio to sit out at in evening and the pool was put to use after a day of walking at the the car show. Excellent location. Just went out and walked around the other hotels in the area to get a preshow of the car show. Close to restaurants and high way. Staff very friendly. Would definitely return.

Best Fairfield I've ever been to. New is new. Who doesn't love new?

Friendly service & a clean, convenient room. Breakfast was as expected for a Fairfield Inn. The updated decor is great. My only complaint is that the bell tone in the elevator makes my skin crawl.

Excellent hotel for Syracuse University visits or business downtown. Save a buck on this updated and accomodating Marriott extension.

Rooms are nice. Comfortable bed, good shower, refrigerator, and microwave. There is a hair drier. Small pool and fitness center to use as well.

Booked a King room and was told they were oversold upon checkin, so now in a worse room. No apologies from front desk, they just seemed annoyed that I asked for what I paid for. Beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. Usually Marriott Spring Hills are very nice, but won’t be staying here again unless GM makes it right.

Modern, new, clean hotel. Only stayed one night while we were doing a bathroom remodel, so I didn't get to use many of the amenities.

Nice clean hotel and the staff is very friendly. They make sure that all accommodations are met and they make sure your satisfied with all services.

It was great, I found the best price when I've booked thru Marriott website and also showed my CAA/AAA membership card to get an extra discount. The hotel was super clean, service super friendly and good location. Highly recommended!

The hotel needs maintenance work and possibly a renovation (which may not be forthcoming because of the brand new Fairfield Inn Marriott built across the street). We stayed on the fourth floor for 2 nights and didn’t get much sleep because of loud creaking noises all night long which seemed like someone creeping about the room. The front desk knew of the issue because other guests have complained. The cause: styrofoam sheets on the roof rubbing together when it’s windy. So, why not fix it?! Also, the bathtub was severely clogged and the sink faucet does not mix the hot/cold water properly (but since we forgot to tell them, that’s our fault for these items not being fixed the next day). We’ve been staying here since the hotel first opened (about 10+ years). They’ll give me a few points on my rewards account for the inconvenience but I doubt we’ll return.

Great desk attendant at check-in! He was very thorough and helpful. Beds were great, pillows soft. Wish sleeper sofa mattress could have been better but was only one night. Overall great experience!

Short overnight stay on our way to Easton PA. Newer hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast layout is a bit disorganized but has all the usual stuff.

Clean and wonderful stuff! The breakfast should have little bit more choices of fruit, cheese, greens; and it should end at least at 10:30am not 10am. People sometimes are tired from activities from a day before. They can't wake up for an early breakfast but a brunch. Overall a good place to stay.

This is a nice hotel and for good price. It was an unplanned stop and I am happy that we stopped here. The rooms where nice and also clean. The check in staff where nice and helpful. The morning breakfast was typical for a middle of the road hotel. So nothing spectacular. It’s family friendly and spacious.

Room was not what we had reserved. We had asked for a larger suite and got a studio. It took 20 minutes to get hot water. Asked front desk to have room cleaned as we were leaving the hotel for a while. Our room was not cleaned and I had to find maid to get fresh towels. Breakfast was fine, however, we probably won't stay here again.

We stayed one night, on the first floor. We weren't in the room much because we were staying there for a wedding near by but it was very nice, and clean. Also the staff, especially at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

I was expecting a lot based on good reviews but was shocked at breakfast to find a hair embedded in my whole wheat toast. It wasn't on it or near it but baked into a slice. Eggs were dryer than airline eggs. After a long drive it was a nice place for a one night stay. Was disappointed the air was cool all night on a cold night despite setting thermostat at highest temp.

Reserved two double beds with a pull out. Nice, clean, and roomy for two adults and two kids. Nice having a for between the toilet and the sink. Usual breakfast fair. Staff was friendly and professional. My only knock is the size of the fitness center and pool. Pool was about 20' x 12' and had a maximum capacity of 7. It was only 3 feet deep. More like a large tub really. Fitness center has some free weights, 2 treadmills, and 1 elliptical which is fine, but it was all pretty cramped. I'd stay there again.

Very clean and very spacious rooms! Staff are super friendly just like at any Marriott hotel. Beds are comfortable and the complimentary breakfast/Wi-Fi/parking are a nice addition.

Not the nicest Springhill suites location I've stayed. Seems dated compared with most. Staff was friendly and helpful however.

Loved it every thing in my room was clean it smelt nice and it was very cozy! Will definitely recommend to everyone going that way and will stay again in future.

Our room was upgraded free of charge, which was great! Breakfast was good, as was the coffee. The service was perfect. The Wi-Fi however was atrocious, and designed to get you to pay an extra fee. Since we were only there for one night, it was not a real concern for us, but the price add you fast for multiple nights.

Super clean place, perfect for a weekend getaway, newly built. It exemplifies the direction of Marriott with their brands. The breakfast is stellar and the selections are outstanding. The staff is very accommodating and quite friendly.

This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at! The only thing missing is hot tub. Every staff we encountered on person and on the phone was very pleasant and welcoming. Pool was small but served the purpose. Free breakfast was great!

Location in East Syracuse was most convenient with plenty of parking. Hotel was full but staff, facility and breakfast was handled without a problem. Nice variety for breakfast, coffee was good and pool even though was small was enjoyable. Will most certainly be back.

I was disappointed that the pool and room was so small and only had 3 feet. Also I was unaware that when using a debit card b you needed to leave a $250 deposit. They were flexible and very professional.

I will start off with this: the staff was extremely polite and courteous. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However the reason for the 5 stars is that my wife left her wedding ring on the desk in the room as we hurriedly left. She did not realize and when she did we had been gone for over an hour. My wife called the manager Mary who was extremely helpful and jumped right on it. Tonya in housekeeping had found the ring and had put it in an envelope ready for us to pick up. Thank you Tonya and Mary! Honesty is one of the best qualities to have.

This hotel was newly built and beautifully decorated. The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and luxurious. The complementary breakfast was typical for Marriott, and was kept full and fresh. I didn't have any complaints at all.

Has everything free breakfast, internet and use of their computers. Indoor swimming pool. Exercise room. Free coffee 24/7 the clerk even goes out of their way to get you regular milk for your coffee.

Price was good. Hotel is new, so everything was clean. Breakfast was fairly limited. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Pool is tiny. Curtains block out light very well.

Room was clean and over all hotel was well kept. The breakfast was well done and managed. Breakfast included yogurt, Greek yogurt, cereal, breads, waffles and hot items like eggs and sausage. Neighborhood seemed to be very quiet and more of a corporate area. The only thing that surprised me was that the pool was quite small (max 7 people at a time) and only 3ft deep. Excercise room had the normal hotel equipment and weights.

The room and service was great and what we have come to expect after years of finding out that we prefer SpringHill Suites on our yearly family vacations.

The room was nice and the kids loved the pool. We left our keys in the room after we checked out they let us in without any hassle. Great service from the front desk.

Cons: Calling to check on the reservation was a little bit of a mess. Hence 4 stars and the pool is tiny. Occasionally the key didn't work for a few minutes. Pros: The room we had was nice. High ceilings keep it from feeling like a hotel. It had a small little living room/office/mini fridge and counter area then a small wall with a large walkthrough separated the bedroom which was nice my daughter could watch TV if I was asleep and turn the TV to the living room and I could barely hear it. King size bed was decent for comfort. Small closet is also in the bedroom. The bathroom has a sink/vanity with full mirrors and the shower and toilet are part of a separate room behind another door. I thought that was nice as one person could shower while the other did makeup and got ready. Shower had a decent showerhead, water pressure was great, and they had Paul Mitchell products. The continental breakfast goes until 930am which is one of the latest I've seen! Didn't miss breakfast either day we were there. And there is a lot of variety including some hot items like eggs, sausage, and oatmeal along with the usual bagel, muffin, etc. Assortment of nice fresh fruit available as well. Check out was at 12 which also gave a little extra time than the usual. All in all. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for the first time 1 night. Nothing was exceptional, but nothing was bad either. The high point for me was that they had greek yogurt for breakfast :) The room was clean, there was hot water, the hall noise didn't bother us. All what is expected from hotels.

Amy the front desk lady was extremely rude! They double charged me an my wedding party double what we were told when we booked, an charged my friends for an extra night! Me along with 20 of my friends an family will NEVER stay at this place again!
