We had a good stay here. It was quiet and we loved the large rooms. The breakfast had a lot of options including the make your own waffles. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

This place is wonderful. The staff are so friendly. The breakfast was outstanding. Will definitely be a monthly customer. If I could give them more stars than 5 I certainly would give the a score of 10. They deserve it.

Very clean! Employees were amazing and would help with anything you needed. It was also very roomy plenty of space for a family of 5.

Never had a better customer service experience! Is this a "5 Star luxury property" no, but it is clean, and well run. I have been to so so many hotels and the thing that I noticed from the moment that I walked in was how friendly and kind and above and beyond the staff here was. We were here for a soccer tournament and a bunch of 13 year old boys in a hotel could try anyone's patience. The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful.

Nice and clean hotel in Cortland. Stayed for NYW State Cup. Walking distance to the college. Staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Hotel style is a little long in the tooth and can use a small refesh. Internet is slow at peak times so don't expect much bandwidth and you'll be fine. Breakfast is great with lots of options. 24/7 coffee/tea and cookies.

We have stayed here many times within the last 12 months — thus was the worst room we have stayed in. Very dingy, outdated, reserved a king bed — got 2 queens?!?

The parking was very good and the service was great. The pool was the perfect temperature and the staff was very helpful.

Hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Only issue was water pressure at the showerhead. Pressure was extremely low leaving for an unsatisfying shower after a long day.

Hotel was clean and fairly close to a few shopping stores and restaurants. The room was a good size and so was the bathroom.

Worst hotel you will find. Paper thin walls. Employees don’t care what the disrespectful guests do. If you want sleep don’t even bother going here. Also gave us the worst room because we had a discount.

This place was fantastic! Amazing customer service from the minute we walked in the door. We were traveling with 2 young kids, and the staff was kind and accommodating and called our room after checking in to see if we were satisfied. The room was clean and the pool area was great! They have a DVD player in every room and a selection list of over 300 movies that you can borrow FOR FREE at the front desk! Breakfast was good and the woman running the breakfast area was very sweet and attentive. We had a great experience!

Great customer service. Everyone is so friendly. Breakfast is great with a wide variety of hot food. Always some fruit and coffee in lobby regardless of time. I've stayed here several times. Get a room on the second or third floor. The pool is on first floor and can get noisy. You can definitely hear it while waiting for the elevator about 30 feet away. If you have kids that love swimming, stay on the first floor to keep an eye/ear on them. Last time I was next to the elevator, I would recommend being a couple rooms away from it (heard a faint buzzing noise all night).

The hotel is very convenient – affordable prices, superior double rooms, very large, fully equipped with whirlpool bathtubs and other gadgets. The hotel offers free internet, without the need for passwords, small swimming pool and a gym. The lobby is always served hot and cold drinks and biscuits freely. Staff welcoming. And nearby there are various attractions like the Finger Lakes and an amusement park for children and more. Recommended.

The hospitality in this hotel is better than any other hotel I have been in. We were traveling during Christmas and we stayed here for four days and from the time we stepped foot in the door we had smiles and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. We are going to stay here when we visit from now on.

Last year, my husband collapsed in the lobby while we were checking out. Thanks to the quick response by the staff at the Country Inn and Suites, who are trained annually in CPR, he is alive and healthy today. Now we stay here every time we come to Cortland. Oh, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and the Continental breakfast is great.
