Clean room. Great staff. Pleased to stay over night :)

Room was clean, pool was nice, and the complimentary breakfast was what I expected. Furthermore, the morning breakfast crew was polite and kept the area stocked and clean. Obliged.

All staffs are nice and friendly.

Quick and easy check in/out, fresh fruit with breakfast, small gym and pool and clean rooms. Overall a great place to stay in my opinion.

Short overnight stay. Used digital key this time & what a great idea. Didn't even have to stop at front desk. Staff very pleasant. Would stay again.

The hotel itself looks very nice. The room I was in was spacious and very clean. One downside was the parking, I got there a little later and had to park a ways away. Even the lobby is spacious and nice though!

Solid hotel, tasty breakfast (banana bread was bomb) however, our room was apparently over the transformer and no joke our room vibrated which meant the bed vibrated while I was trying to sleep. Pretty interesting feeling.

Clean and neat accommodation with adequate hot breakfast included. Good coffee seems to be available all day at reception. Room was comfortable and well proportioned. The receptionist is friendly, but you should plan a little extra time for checking in/out. Freshly baked cookies available for free in the evening. Location is close to several restaurant options (walking distance depending on weather).

Good cookies every evening, clean rooms, standard Hampton in gym. Nice CNY staff. Right off I81 and a great place to stay while in cortland.

Good hotel. In line with what you expect from a Hampton inn. No poke stop or gym. Spawns ane better in the rest of cortland.

If I come to Cortland again I would pick this hotel first. Very nice.

Room was very clean. Staff was pleasant. Coffee available throughout the day. Easy to park. Breakfast was good. Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to. Bed was comforted.

Best hotel staff I've ever seen! They made sure we had everything we needed and were so pleasant and friendly! My husband travels for a living and my 8 month old son and I tag along often so we've had our fair share of stay in hotels. I can't say enough good things about Hampton Inn @ Hilton. The hotel is clean and extremely easy to travel with an infant. The rooms have microwaves and fridges and the pool is heated and so clean. Mikayla Chuck and Connie and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need during your stay! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area!

A very comfortable, friendly and well maintained hotel. Much more reasonably priced than hotels in Ithaca during move in week at Cornell. The only thing which could be improved is the coffee and hot breakfast items. Overall an excellent value and I would stay there again.

King suite was huge! The room came with a chair and soda. The fridge was a large microfridge. Hotel was clean and very quiet. The front desk could be a tad more available but were very kind.

Spending a week at Cortland Hampton Inn. After 4 days it seems fine. Friendly staff, good breakfasts and the room is comfortable. Would stay again.

Great. Our room was clean. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good but not great. I would rather have fresh eggs. Customer service was excellent.

We were able to negotiate the price of the room and got it for fairly cheap, $120. The rooms clean and the showers ran smoothly. There were no problems with the service or the cleanliness of the room or bed. I recommend this hotel.

Very clean, very quiet, I can have a confotable sleep. And the staff are very friendly.

Two day stay. Checked in on a Sunday night. Quick and friendly check-in. Started snowing on arrival and hotel had all cars scraped and snow removed in the morning. Never experienced this! Way to go above and beyond. Full breakfast although barely any guests on a Monday morning. Everything was neat and clean throughout.

Staff is helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean, although various repairs could be attended to better. The hot breakfast available in the morning is decent. Free basic Wi-Fi and Internet available but if you want to do anything requiring higher speeds you will have to pay. Overall it is a stay worth the money.

We were on the second day floor. Right above the pool so it got pretty loud. A few things weren't working correctly but we're fixed promptly by staff. Beds were too soft. They also have complimentary body pillows but only a couple so I was unable to get one as they were being used. But staff were wonderful and room was clean.

Breakfast was good, staff was courteous, could do without the construction on the 3rd floor but overall alright.

I left a message but have not heard back. I stayed 2/12/16. I arrived 2:40am. I must say the check in process was extremely slow. So bad we did not receive keys. She had to let us in manually and said she would slide our keys. I woke up early to get an idea of hotel breakfast etc. Get back to room key did not work. Asked for new keys and again did not work. Was let in manually. Said would check into it. Sister and I go to breakfast revive new keys again did not work. Received… new keys did not work again manually let in. Maintenance happened to be in hall and said he would come back as the battery must need to be replaced. Girl leaves with keys don't give any idea when we would receive new keys or get door fixed. At that point I felt live a hostage in my room. I paid for a room no keys. If I wanted to take advantage of the pool exercise room etc I would not have a key. Upon check out I was asked about my stay I mentioned the keys and they acted like it was no big deal. Made a nice stay a bad experience. For $124.30 I would expect better. Sent from my iPhone.

Everything was great except the food choices for breakfast. As a non-meat eater who can't eat wheat I was disappointed when the eggs had ham and cheese in them. Especially when the previous night's menu was vegetarian chili.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and service. I felt the staff went above and beyond. Also appreciated the appetizer and snacks they would randomly put out at night. It was a nice treat! Gave 4 stars because beds are not comfortable. Had to put foam mattress topper on.

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff was friendly and the food they provide was amazing. I'll definitely stay here each time I visit.

Went on (4-day) Easter weekend. FANTASTIC customer service, clean rooms, heated pool, continental breakfast buffet every morning. For the price we paid, very satisfied.

Refreshing and relaxing! modern decor, thoroughly clean, great value. I am new to this hotel, working at the Front Desk. Here at the Hampton Inn we treat our guests very well and in my opinion we have so much to offer in terms of guests amenities and the lengths the staff will go to keep all guests happy and wanting to return. Great integrity. Come stay with us!

My door to my room was open when I first entered. There was a pillow case on the floor and chips around the mattress. Later I discovered the peep hole in the door was in backwards. Anyone in the hallway could see everything in the room. Either they have thieves there or “peeping Toms”. We also noticed rooms around us had them in reverse too on the second floor. I will not stay there again.

If you're looking for a place that is clean, well run, affordable and feels like home then look no further! This is the place to stay! Clean rooms, amazing friendly and courteous staff! Very family and kid friendly! Definitely will stay there again! Nice hot breakfast included, fresh free hot coffee, hot chocolate, tea on all the time, plus a coffee pot in the room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed here for 2 nights and couldn't have been happier! Room was great, very clean and enjoyable. Bathroom was huge and very nice. We loved having the pool and work out room to use as well. And as for the continental breakfast. WOW it was amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It is worth paying the little extra.

I had gone up to cortland for 2 nights, and originally tried to book a different hotel. It was fully booked, disapointed I booked with Hampton Inn. I was very surprised at how clean and great the service was. The mattresses were so comfortable we ended up asking who made them. Loved the stay, clean and friendly for a nice price. Thanks!
