The overnight staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are very comfortable and it is attached to Perkins if you don't want the included breakfast… or need dinner (before 10pm) the night before.

We stay here when we visit family in the area. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean. Not very updated but perfectly comfortable.

Nice place to stop and relax for the evening. Enjoyable free breakfast and free Wi-Fi.

Very high priced for an average experience. Wi-Fi was too weak to reach our first floor room, breakfast was average. Not a good value.

Overall good. Perkins attached let me know it would be a 45 minute wait for food. Breakfast included was good variety. Instant hot water, frig in room, lots of amenities.

Rooms were nice and clean, bed was comfortable, the room even smelled clean.

I stayed here last night for business, the hotel was immaculate, the staff were ALL friendly and courteous, my room was incredibly clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and ready before 6am. My only complaint was that the soap irritated my skin, and I have extremely sensitive skin, so that was no surprise, but it left a waxy residue which was odd. I will DEFINITELY be staying here in the future while traveling in the area for work!

The room was nice and clean, not fancy! Bed was hard, but it had good pillows and shower. Breakfast was good, could have been a little later than 9:30. The location was perfect!

Hotel was nice better than expected, had a good breakfast, pillows and sheets and blankets were comfortable. Bed was hard! Air conditioner didn't make the room as cold as I would have liked but that's a personal preference. Needs a better sign hard to see entrance behind the Perkins restraunt. Overall stay was pleasant.

Nasty hair in my bed and in my shower no thank you.

Clean. Helpful staff. A good place if you are staying alone. Not so good for family because they lack Queen sized beds. Double beds are too small for a couple!

This hotel is located in the center of Cortland, NY right off I-81. There are plenty of places to eat, including the Perkins that is attached. The hotel was clean and staff were nice. The breakfast was good and facilities were clean. I was in town for a conference at the Ramada across the street and this hotel was much cleaner, though a lot smaller, than the Ramada. The room I had was a King, which also included a hot tub for some reason. The temperature in the room was easy to control and the room itself was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Cortland. It served its purpose. I'd stay again. I previously stayed in the Ramada and that was not a pleasant stay.

Front desk staff all very friendly and accomadating. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Very friendly and helpful service. Loved the entrance area where breakfast would be available — with its warm fire burning! Also appreciated that we could walk on the inside from the hotel into a restaurant — this was great as in winter time it is hard to expect a 96-year-old to face the cold! Room was lovely, very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the caring hand-written note on the bottom of the bill, wishing we would return and asking us to drive carefully! Breakfast provided a good selection of foods.

Comfort Inn: Cortland New York. We stayed over night due to a wedding in the area. The hotel was not the worst but definitely not the best hotel I have ever been to. It served it's purpose for the night but don't expect a high end hotel with lots of amenities. There is no room service, no pool, very basic gym facilities, no bar/lounge but there is a Perkins restaurant connected to the hotel. The room was decent but there were areas of the room and bathroom that were not so clean. The parking lot outside was horrendous! It's loaded with potholes and is in severe need of repaying. I was told that the Continental Breakfast was pretty good as my wife and son went down to eat but unfortunately it closes early (at 9:30am everything was cleaned up) so my daughter and I were unable to eat. Lastly, one extremely positive point for us was that this location is pet friendly (for an additional cost of $30 which is a little ridiculous) which allowed us to travel with our dog for the evening. Over all I would give this hotel a C-rating. The next time we travel to that area, we may opt for the Holiday Inn Express or Ramada Inn which are both across the street unless the Comfort Inn is upgraded a bit.

Straight forward room. No computer printer to print business reports but clean room at a decent rate. The AC smells musty. No elevator, only stairs to second floor. The TV had only analog stations that are snowy. Not bad, but not great.
