We came for the races@ Unadilla, so we knew that we weren't going to be doing much at the motel besides sleeping. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I have to admit that the shower accessories (a very small, thin piece of packaged soap that was difficult to open) were a disappointment, but we made it work.

Buffet is good if you get there early. Plenty of choices for the whole family.

Glad to have any new restaurant in Oneonta. Way too much salt. Pricey for families and young children. So 2 1/2 stars.

Good rooms, affordable prices, fairly clean, can't beat the value.

The Chinese buffet is very good. Plenty of selection on food and is very fresh. Very kind people that work there also.

Everything went well and I didn't have to complain once so I say it was great.

We got her at 127pm and was greeted at the front desk. She was efficient and quick. We were give. Our room key and when we got in the room we looked around for damages just in case we may be charged for what we did t do. There was a hole in the door covered in ripped stickers, a spider by the door and a centipede above the bed. When we turned the heat on it smelled like burning hair! We left the door open to air the smell. We received 2 phone calls in the 9 o'clock hour and since we way h scary movies we were creeped out a little. The beds were ok, no microwave so we had to get a kettle from the front desk for hot water for our food, the outlet is exposed, there was a hole in the bottom. If the bathroom door, the locks could be better. But the heat was good, hot water even better and the cable made it better. Overall it was an ok stay for an overnight.

Racist owners. Deplorable conditions and customer service. Hospitality seems to be a nonexistent word or custom in their culture. The only good thing I can say about this place is the food is decent at best.

The rooms are clean and comfortable! I agree that (Toni) does make you feel very welcome! Especially after a 7 hour drive. I appreciate the prices and the welcome! Thank you, appreciate you! :)

I thought it was a great motel at a great price. It was very clean inside with plenty of towels and soap/shampoo. They also had a pool! They had 26" Flat Screens and a good cable package. Hard to beat for that price! If you are going to the Baseball Hall of Fame, you should stay here!

Awesome little spot. Nothing glamorous BUT probably the best service ever. The delightful staff (Toni) truly makes u feel at home!

The low rates are attractive. The accommodations are sufficient. Free ice and cable. HBO a plus. The outside appearance could be better… most especially in the areas of landscape. The lack of concern speaks volumes.

Room very clean. Beds extra comfy, need extra pillows. Wi-Fi was not usable in our room, but we were pretty far away from office. Need better towels. As stated by other people, decor is outdated, but I'm here to rest, not look at the room. Nice place.

Food has greatly improved. Sunday brunch is a homerun.

If you don't mind dirty outdated rooms this is the place for you.

The tub had a ring around it. That's the most I can say without wretching. Without a hurrican coming, I would never had stayed here.

Drug death, AIDS residents, violence and permanent guests listening to CRANKED "Def Leppard". Only on one side though! Don't worry, yourself/kids and property will be safe.
