Chris is a wonderful host! Friendly, accommodating and wonderful personality. I will be staying here every time I come out for training!

Great B&B! Very clean and comfortable with big rooms. Chris is a terrific host and Jerry serves a very tasty and satisfying breakfast to start your day on the right foot. Close to the MLB HOF in Cooperstown. Also close to the little league baseball complexes in both Cooperstown and Oneonta. I go to Cooperstown every year and always stay at Kountry Living.

We had a comfortable stay. Chris is an interesting person to chat with. Breakfast was excellent.
We will return.

Chris and Jerry were the most friendly and welcoming people! I ended up staying here because all the local hotels were sold out and it turns out to have been even better than the local hotels! It was very relaxing and quiet, which is just what I needed. Deer running around the yard in the morning, a black colored squirrel stealing birdseed from two cardinals, bunnies, frogs, and a cat or two helped create an environment that was truly restful. I'll definitely look to stay here again should I pass through Oneonta.

Very nice room with a comfortable bed and beautiful grounds outside that are meticulously kept. Cozy home with a delicious home cooked breakfast every morning. Owner is a huge baseball fan with memorabilia throughout the home. Enjoyed talking baseball over breakfast each morning. Highly recommended.

The best b&b I have stayed in. Chris went out of his way to make our stay special. Jerry cooked us a delicious breakfast in the morning and also wen out of his way to inform us of the history of the house and gave us some great places to do a morning run. Thank you guy’s for a great stay!, I would definitely recommend this place.

We visited this charming B&B from southern CA while our son played in the Cooperstown “All-Star Village” tournament. This inn is the best kept secret in Oneonta. We instantly fell in love with this quaint home the moment we arrived. Chris is fantastic and is very personable. He takes so much pride in what he is doing and has the most amazing collection of baseball memorabilia that he loves sharing with guests. His grandfather’s original Yankees’ stadium wooden seats are of a particular point of pride. The house is very comfortable and has a lot of charm. The rooms are spacious and the A/C works well. The food is excellent. Jerry the cook, makes a homemade meal with your choice of stuffed French toast, pancakes, and farm fresh eggs every morning. Jerry is very personable and has great stories and information to share. This truly feels like staying at a friend’s house and not a stuffy unpersonable hotel. The service from these two men is leaps and bounds above what’s required. They are so helpful and will get you anything you need. It makes for a very pleasant stay and the type of experience we were looking for. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one. We truly appreciate it.

RUN, don't walk to this wonderful B&B Kountry Inn! Hosted by the warm and funny owner, Chris. Lovely, clean accomodations at HALF the cost of local hotels. Breakfast prepared by resident chef, Jerry. Over coffee, saw a deer, woodchuck, birds, their pet rabbits and cat n the back yard!

Great place to stay! Short rider to Cooperstown All Star Village. Chris and Jerry are super friendly, and the breakfast is awesome!

Chris was simply amazing! We had the most relaxing and wonderful stay here. The cute little bunny rabbits in the backyard and the two marvelous cats inside the house really make this the best place for animal lovers. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked with products, the linen closet is overflowing with fresh towels, and the rooms are so cozy. We highly recommend getting stuffed french toast here; it was phenomenal (we will probably be dreaming about it until our next visit). We can’t wait to stay here again!

Chris and Roki are the consummate hosts! Even Tommy and Buddy came out to say hi. Arrived 3 hrs early and Chris was ready to greet us. Had some car troubles, and Chris offered up his tools (to no avail) but it was still a very welcomed gesture. Clean, comfortable and highly recommended. Thanks Chris!

Cozy and quiet place to stay and Jerry serves up an excellent breakfast. Chris also offered the garage to park my motorcycle.

Delicious breakfast; try the stuffed French toast. Friendly staff and even friendly! Edit: There are two fantastic cats! Also, staff is super helpful in regard to giving suggestions of activities in the area. Edit 2: I left some items behind in the room. They were super nice about shipping them out to me.

Spent the night, comfortable room, outstanding baseball memorabilia display around the house. Outstanding breakfrast.

Dropping daughter off to college and just wanted a place a little homier than a chain in town. This darling spot was just what the doctor ordered. Chock full of nick nacks and a vibe of "make yourself at home" along with two awesome bunnies we petted and fed and a cat that is ranks up there with feeling like my own. You feel like you are at your favorite aunts house but nothing is precious, just lived in. Chris was funny and a wonderful host. Looking forward to heading back "home" before too long. Thanks for this little Kountry with a "K" gem.

We had an excellent stay at Kountry Living B & B. Chris and his colleagues Kathy and Jerry were not only exceptionally friendly, but also accommodated all of our special requests. If you want something else than what is offered on their very special breakfast menu, just let them know in advance and they will happily prepare it for you. We stayed in the comfortable Charles Suite, complete with its own bathroom, TV, iron and hair dryer as well as a selection of toiletries. Highly recommended!
