What can you say about Marriot's hotel … Standard, clean, great location and friendly staff… This Courtyard was perfect as we drove to go to the Hall of Fame… Everything was near and at the same time in a quiet part of town… The scenery was beautiful and it was snowing my kid love it! Planning to return in 2019! Fully recommend this gem!

The breakfast selection is great! Front desk customer service is fantastic. However, both beds in our double room are SO squeaky, it wakes me up when my son in the other bed rolls over! I am not exaggerating. Mattress also kind of caves in. Staying at another Courtyard Marriott in a few weeks. Hoping the mattresses are better there.

Spent a week. Clean, friendly, helpful. Great location to Cooperstown all-star village. Only disappointment was the pool area. So small and only indoor, but this is our own personal preference! We would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation here for the baseball week. Just be prepared that Cooperstown itself is about a half hour away.

Nice enough hotel, but the beds are horrible. The mattresses are hard, uncomfortable, and very creaky. Even the slightest move makes it creak. It definitely ruins a good night's sleep! At the end of the day, all that matters is a comfortable, quiet bed to sleep on. This Marriott has failed to provide the most important feature, especially for the rates they are chaging here. : (

The rooms were in great shape and up to date. The 2 bedroom suite we got was plenty of room for my family of 5. The pool was perfect for the kids, although it was very loud. If the weather had complied the outside seating by the fire looked like a great place to hang out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also allowed us to check in early.

Great clean, spacious room, nice staff, great location. Stay here all the time when we are in the area. Just wish they had a complimentary breakfast, then it would be 5 stars.

Joan was great and with a huge smile! Great team overall but no snow removal contacts I guess. But, that doesn't happen often — only when we are there I guess! Nice rooms… Comfortable beds and my room was quiet but my guest's wasn't due to strange inhabitants that were eventually removed!

One of the best parts of our stay for Snowmagang. Close to the action but secluded enough that there aren't crowds outside your window. Friendly staff, clean rooms and great heat /water pressure in the showers. The avocado toast for breakfast is a must have.

I was in the area for a funeral. I started out staying for 3 days, but because of a major winter storm (the funeral was postponed for 2 days) I ended up staying for 6 nights. I can't say enough about the staff. Each time I went to the desk to extend my stay, I was told "no problem. " The housekeeping staff was great. I was able to get a meal at the Bistro downstairs when all the usual food deliveries were closed due to weather. The bar was good and I enjoyed the pool and spa. The parking lot was plowed several times and someone even shoveled around my car! There are many other restaurants nearby and shopping. I would highly recommend Marriott Courtyard to anyone needing to stay in Oneonta, NY.

Waste of money! Expensive for what it has to offer. Noisy, from ten power outlet, only one far away from bed was working. The famous bistro has no good food options and the only alternative to it is McDonald's. It's really in the middle of nowhere and don't expect cell reception around the area!

The Courtyard by Marriott has been an excellent stay so far. The room is comfortable and clean. The fitness center has a decent set of free weights and exercise bikes. The pool is a bit small. Outdoor relaxation areas are nice.

Great rooms, clean and spacious with a king sizsize bed. The food down in the lobby left something to be desired, breakfast service was awesome and folks were friendly but the bacon was terrible and the bun for my breakfast sandwich was clearly stale.

Room was clean, but when asked at check out how was our stay, the check out reception could care less. Room 104 is literally by the exit door and staircase leading to other floors. So noise begins from 6am. The exit door slams each time it is opened. Check out did not even care that we addressed it at check out. Holiday Inn and Clarion at least acknowledge and care enough to apologize for any inconvenience.

Had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was neat and clean. Breakfast sandwiches in the morning are fantastic!

This hotel is THE place to stay here at Oneonta. Great service, the employees are very kind and welcoming. I recommend it.
