Wonderful motel, great location. The owners were very friendly. Definitely staying here again.
It passed my entire check list. Great water pressure, good A/C, very clean, free Wi-Fi, fridge. Cute, Cute 70+ year old motel. What a treat. It is obvious the proprietor, Raj and his family have made the motel a precious part of their lives. Raj took me on a short tour. The family suite is nice. We stayed in King room and it was very spacious. Raj told me he worked for Marriot for 20 years and now he owns the Cottonwood. I wish them the best of luck because their motel shows the love.

These 5 star reviews can’t be real. It’s nice on outside, but the inside it’s a dump (dirty, unkempt, and unmaintained). The rooms had paint coming off the wall, loud ac that broke in the middle of the night. I’m sorry we stayed there and would have left but there were no other rooms.
