Hotel is doing a rennovation, but still a good place to stay. Close to meow wolf. Nice friendly staff. Cant wait to see how things look after the update.

It’s very good location. Good price. Good breakfast. But AC not that good. No elevator. Hassle to bring your luggage in the second floor.

Room had been renovated. Comfy bed and bedclothes although no blanket. I use blanket even in the summer. They’re replacing central HVAC system which will give more individual room temperature control. Near lots of great restaurants. Outside door was not working last year or this week so security leaves a lot to be desired. Water in nice big pool was a weird color making it not so inviting and the fact that they said it was heated was a gross exaggeration. Nice breakfast and very professional staff. I will stay again and hope they have finished fixing problems.

This was by far one of the grimiest, dingy, rundown hotels I've ever had the displeasure to have to stay the night in. I'm giving it two stars only because I actually got some sleep and didn't see any bed bugs. Aside from that everything about this place is broken in a way that only a complete remodel will improve. Where to begin… the halls remind you of something out of a psychological thriller horror movie; stained low ceilings, dim lighting, frayed, stained carpets, random garbage in corners and on the stairs… some of which got picked up and some of which was there for our entire stay. Our room was to be non-smoking, but it smelled awful. The balcony door slide was wonky and you had to force it open every time, which was the only way to air out the room. There was a huge, super sticky stain on the carpet. The tub looked like someone has cleaned it with a dirty rag. Probably the worst of all was finding a moldy coffee pouch in the back of the coffee maker! The vending machine was not stocked with any bottled water and the tap water tasted awful, not to mention the faucet shot water backwards when you turned it on. Our room keys repeatedly did not work for the exterior entrance doors, requiring a trek around the building to the front entrance to enter and have the keys recorded. When we checked out no one asked how our stay ways, which I don't blame them for, they know this place is a dump.

I have stayed here over a year ago and had a lovely experience that I would have rated with four stars. This stay feels even better with five stars. The pool is open and clean and warm. A significant improvement over the swimming pool I swam in this past weekend in ABQ. I found myself in need of a place to stay as previous living arrangements were unexpectedly shifted. The front desk has worked remarkably well with me. Laura is an angel. Each of the housekeepers and the breakfast workers are hospitable and welcoming with smiles. My room is well cleaned. They have even included an outlet fan which I love sleeping to at night for the noise (I believe they have added these to alleviate the one star complaints regarding lack of AC). The property shows its age in some places, but in many ways the property feels improved since I was last here. Swimming pool is A+++++. Breakfast is lovely. Also, u can't beat the convenience to Meow Wolf and other eats, etc.

Straight forward, clean, roomy, provides breakfast and friendly staff:) Nice place to stay with clean room and convenient location as it’s a quick drive from the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful with requests. Highly recommended.

DO NOT stay at this motel! We were in a room on the ground floor and the air conditioning was non existent! When I went to the front desk she said she had another room but the AC was very loud. Great! She did bring us a fan when we asked for one. The fitness center across the hall was nice and cool. Maybe we should have spent a $100 a night on it! After resigning ourselves to less than adequate AC, we settled in for the night. I had been out and about in Santa Fe all that day, so when I noticed my feet were dirty I washed them with soap and water. An hour later after walking around our room, imagine my disgust when I looked at my feet and they were just filthy black on the bottom — FROM THE CARPET! SOOOO GROSS! Do not waste your money at this place… We spent the next night at The Days Inn with a clean floor and great air conditioning.

The air did not work in our room. No elevator so be prepared to haul your bags up stairs. Dirty carpet that is peeling away from the wall. The cleaning staff had done a poor job, there was hair all over the bathroom from previous people. The faucet head on the shower was broken and sprayed back against the wall as if it was about to fall off if you tried to adjust it. Staff at check out counter not very courteous.

I never write reviews, but let me save you the hassle of staying here. Do not stay here. 1. Key card machine did not work so no keys to get in to room. 2. No ac. 3. No refrigerator. 4. Cleaning people left our sliding door open after they left. 5. Front desk gave out keys to new guest to our room, scared my daughter to death when these folks tried to come in. 6. Just plain out dated and dirty rooms. There was a booger smeared on the wall, I finally cleaned it off my self. 7. If there is breakfast, where is it. 8. Front desk people are a little overwhelmed and in experienced.

5* because of two girls who did check in tonight for me, I don't know names. I had isssue with water. She come in a minute and fix water for me. I didn't know how to do :) my room was clean and quiet, but nothing special, like in any another hotel with 2-3 *.

We had a great room w a balcony. The food was okay.

Nothing too fancy, but great value for the price and a perfect place to stay if you're headed to Meow Wolf.

Love the view BUT… AC and Refrigerator did not work. Nice room with a balcony view of the mountains. No screen on door like the others. Had to ask for clean towels 3 times and EACH time we were not given enough for four people. I would love to give this place 4 stars but these were very inconvient.

Great hotel. The place is nice and clean, has Wi-Fi, a pool, and breakfast. Could use some updates to the rooms to make them look a little more modern.

Be careful eating their free breakfast as mine came with someone's hair on it. The ac wasn't on yet and the only reason I decided to stay here was because it said ac was working on the site. Beds are trash. And the guy that checked us in the first night was on the creepy side and way to into his conversation with God knows who to bother with us before he decided we were important enough to talk to. Won't be staying in this place in the future.

My first room smell like weed and had no refrigerator/microwave. I move to another room upstairs. This room had no microwave and there was hair and stains on the sheet and comforter. Karla was very helpful, she even came to my room to change my bedding sets. I would stay here again because it is a reasonable price.

Not all Quality Inn's are created equal. We stayed in a Quality Inn in Pagosa Springs, CO. It was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay there. When we got to Santa Fe, NM we decided to stay in another one. To my dismay they were not the same quality. We rented a non smoking room, but there must have been several smoking rooms very close because I could smell cigarettes the entire time. In the previous Quality Inn we had full control over the temperature in the room, in this one there was a switch you flipped up for "summer" & down for "winter", and if that didn't work there was a plastic fan in the corner of the room. The bed was the worst part. It was an old spring mattress that wasn't even and I could feel every coil as I laid on it. It was so uncomfortable I even got up to use the sofa bed, but it was covered with yellowish stains, so I decided to endure the coils. It took me such a long time to fall asleep. I did not sleep well because all I could think about was waiting to be able to get out of there. I had such a sleepless night and woke up with my back stiff and hurting so badly. We didn't even stay for the breakfast like we did last time.

The overall hotel & experience was nice, however the front desk rep Jerome was absolutely awful. He was incredibly rude & seemed like he was in a bad mood & wanted to take it out on anyone he could. He gave us a bad key which resulted in my boyfriend having to go back down to the front desk. I had originally wanted to pay cash, but he very rudely pointed out that he didn't accept cash after 9 pm. He said he would tell the morning associate that I wanted to. Except he didn't so my card was charged. I spoke with her & she said he always tells her when people want to pay cash. His horrendous attitude towards me leads me to believe that wasn't an accident.

Clean rooms and sheets and towels were fresh and clean' breakfast was good but they didn't offer breakfast until 6:30 am. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.

It's a great place to stay if you don't have much money. Super nice staff. One of the rooms we booked was locked from the inside and reeked of cigarette smoke. (We were moved one room over) The other didn't close enough to lock. Other than that, the stay was comfortable.

I don't recommend staying here (but if you decide, then just not the first floor). Zachuhanyj Hotel, which has long been asking for renovation.
We got a room near the front door (back), this door Bahkala as on the head, no stop or softening closing No. The noise of the ceiling is absent. Neighbors from above thundered as elephants, and also constantly went out on a balcony to smoke, rattling otodvigajushhejsja a door. No rest. The air conditioning is terrible, it was a bit of a noise, it was not enough to sleep with it. No heating in the room The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very comfortable. Bath chipped, old.
There is no microwave in the rooms, although the booking website indicates that it is available upon request. And in fact there is no.
Breakfast is also a separate theme. Came there, no staff. Juice, coffee is over, some leftover bread. Tables in crumbs, nobody cleans anything. Only on the third day saw there a worker who added products.
Wi-Fi was not working.
This hotel ruined all the experience of staying.
Don't stay here.

Run down, heat doesn't work, had portable heater in room. Hallways freezing, smells strange. Desk clerk stated Wi-Fi not available because it "keeps going down". Here you get what you pay for. Glad I had option to cancel reservation same day with no fees. I'll never go back.

The room was clean. The temperature gauge was easy to use. One bad thing was the towels smelled like dirty feet and the plug for the drain didn't work. Also the waffle maker had a line. Other than that everything was comfortable and felt safe with the extra security details. The price was good for a 3 star hotel.

I Do not recommend to stay here (but if you decide, it is not the first floor). The hotel is very clean.

The Air conditioner is terrible, the sense from it, in terms of heating was not enough, just noisy without disconnecting, it was impossible to sleep with it. No heating in the room. The Room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very comfortable. The Bath is shabby, old.
There is no Microwave in the rooms, although the Booking website says it is available upon request. And in fact, not at all.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, beds were comfortable, but could use New pillows the ones in room seen many travelers head LOL. Enjoyed the breakfast! Overall decent establishment except for the cigarette smell. Thanks would stay here AGAIN!

Rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was not bad except the biscuits were hard as a rock.

To spend the night that more you want!?

The price was much lower than other hotels in the area, and included a decent breakfast and a pool that our balcony overlooked. It was quiet and had awesome 1970's style carpeting. It was short walking distance to MeowWolf, a brewery, and awesome mexican restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for a low price.

I can't rate it because we didn't stay. The room key wouldn't work after two sets of keys. Then they gave us another room with a promise of a discount. Went in that room and it was incredibly hot and stuffy. Tried turning on the air and the knob fell off. We left after that.

I stayed here 3 years ago so felt comfortable about returning. Quality has changed. Wished I had read other people's reviews first. The a/c was barely functional, the carpet turned my feet BLACK … I'm serious. Half of the outlets didn't work, the bathroom faucet was difficult to turn on. There was a floor fan in the room upon arrival … that should have told us something! We left 2 days before we intended but they brought us another floor fan for our last night and they gave us a credit on our bill. We didn't have any difficulty with the employees and actually I feel sorry for them trying to do their job under very difficult circumstances. The company needs to put some serious money into their property! If you want a quality place to stay in Santa Fe, don't stay at Quality!

This hotel was not ready. Breakfast was bad. The breakfast staff had to use same microwave as guests to heat breakfasts that were cold anyway. Rooms are repainted but not very well. They painted right over all the chips and cracks instead of scraping and repairing first. My first room had wires hanging out of the ceiling and wall. Second room still had drywall mud on patio door. Patio door on a easily accessible balcony would not lock. Desk staff was friendly but they can only do so much with what they have. I will not stay here again, even at the low rate they had.

A very bad choice. Guests were lost looking for entrances to the building because porch lights were out. Three lamps in our room were out. Doors were black with dirt and grease. Hallways wreaked like a meth lab. Stairway carpets were in shreds. Breakfast was too crowded to find seating and food was akin to plastic. Locks were broken and dirty. Key cards often failed. Desk clerk and manager were abrupt and hard to find. It may be the country's worst. Avoid this place.

Decent hotel. Good location. The room could have had better furniture as there were stains, etc. Pretty comfortable otherwise.

Wow, not a comfortable place at all. I specifically asked for a non smoking room with an air conditioner that worked. The room was so smelling… stale smoke and stuffy. The air barely worked, just enough so you wouldn't die of suffocation. I swear they turned off the cool air at night!

If I could rate this place lower I would. I asked for a non smoking room, but the entire hallway and rooms stunk like it. When we asked why it stunk like smoke we were told we can try the second floor or checkout. Not even considering that my wife and kids were tired from the long road trip. The place is run down. The beds are absolutely uncomfortable. The air conditioner was so loud. Do not stay here. Way over priced!

Staff is friendly but the room we stayed in was tired and run down. Counter in the bathroom was coming apart, faucet in tub leaked. Only one side of the bed had a night stand. Probably would stay somewhere else next time.

Freezer overflowing with ice, sliding mosquito net destroyed, spacious room. Great breakfast and friendly staff. No laundry room!

I would not recommend this hotel. It's across from a motel 6 where I'm not sure what's going on but some creepy looking people across the parking lot and hanging out the outside of hotel. Questionable activities outside which I witnessed. The mattress in the room was molded and sheets had holes in them. Definitely spend the money and go to a cleaner nicer hotel not on Cerrillos road.

First impression when walking was fabulous, the staff at the counter greeted us with friendly hello and a smile. The lobby was very clean and welcoming. We got a room on the first floor, it had a patio wich was convienient for us because we had a dog. The room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very tasty, they had a variety of things to choose from to meet anyone's taste buds. I would recommend this hotel to anybody that stays either a night or longer.

The overall service was good, but the billing lacked. My kids were checking into the room that I was paying for them. They checked in before I got there to pay for the 3 nights. The front desk was going to hold the room on their credit card until I got there. Instead, they ran the card for all three nights causing my daughter to overdraw on her account. When this was finally taken care of, we checked out after the 3rd night. I noticed that I had been charged for the three nights AND an additional $92.15. I called for a refund, only to be refunded $82.00. When I called to question why, I could not get a satisfactory answer. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that she would tell me the same thing. They offered to "send me the ledger". When I finally got the manager on the line, she settled very quickly, refunding the missing $10. I would not recommend the Quality Inn in Santa Fe. Very Unprofessional.

This can be your place to take a break, give yourself a getaway weekend, business or pleasure, no matter it is a luguar very cozy and excellent!

Comfortable beds and nice employees. However we weren't able to get the A/C working but since it was cold out we just opened the exterior patio door to let in air. Also there was a problem with all 3 drink vending machines, none of them accepted money.

The staff is very friendly, the location is convenient, and the price is reasonable. The hotel is a little run down: the upstairs hallway has new carpet, but the floor is lumpy, and my husband and I both tripped on the uneven floor (not major, but a little disconcerting when carrying luggage). The tub didn't drain well the first night, but the front desk took care of that immediately. On the other hand, we couldn't turn on the water at the bathroom sink without getting a shower from the cracked aerator on the faucet.

Enjoyed the room, liked the breakfast. Staff were friendly.

Wow! I do not recommend this motel. Requested quiet, non smoking room. First room didn't have functioning vanity light, water dripping inside room from air conditioning vent, screen door damaged with rip and large hole in screen, smoke smell. Asked for another room. Second room next to construction being done in back of building… very noisy. Could hear every person in the vicinity of my room. Screen door was damaged with ripped screen and not secure to have open. Homeless people camped out between bushes in back of motel by entrance door. People in room next to me smoking. The building is old, in dire need up updated maintenance. Didn't have a good experience here.

It sucked. Over priced. Receptionist was rude. Noisy. Motel dryer ran all night.

It was nice to stay in a hotel that didn't have that "hotel smell. " The front desk staff was very nice. It was great to have breakfast each morning, even though the bread and pastries got a little dried out over the course of the week. I would stay here again. It was especially nice to be able to use my AAA membership.
