We recently stayed at your resort in Santa Fe. Planned stay was for three nights. Upon returning from a day visit we found that the room above us was occupied. Very loud music was playing. We spoke with the front desk many times and they assured us that would take care of the problem. This did not happen. The manager at the time Roberto personally tried to quell the music but to no avail. They offered to move us to a double upgrade room. We accepted the offer but were confused as to why we had to leave and not the perpetrators of the loud music. Upon arrival to the mew room we found no difference in room catagory. Actually the room was very hot and of less quality than the previous room. We decided to leave the resort after one night completely frustrated with our experience. Safe to say we will definitely never stay at this resort and probably not another Four Season. I am very surprised at our experience and how the situation was handled.

Wonderful weekend romantic getaway with stunning views, incredible service, friendly staff and amenities galore. There is an amazing package for NM residents that make it the perfect place to go for a pandemic staycation!

The rooms are very comfortable and our daughter got a kick out of the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. We also took part in the complimentary mixology and pastry making classes which were fun to do.

What a place! Hang out with the jet setters! Beautifully manicured grounds and luxurious accommodations await. Located near the beautiful groves of old cottonwood trees that cast their ancient shadows over Tesuque. A few miles from the tourist infested streets of Santa Fe and far from the distractions of freeways and airports. Serene and exclusive.

Nice quite location priced a bit high but staff is courteous. Room service takes a while, had a couple bad experiences with room service it was late at night so not that big of a deal. Breakfast at the restaurant was ok. Rooms are the highlight of this location condo / casita style, big bed with a outdoor patio. Big bathroom and shower. Spacious and quite. Big bed with a Overall good place to get away be prepared to spend some money.

I'm an Uber driver so I do is drop people off over there and take them downtown from there but is looks amazingly beautiful and people never complain little bit far out of town but I guess that's the idea when you're coming to visit.

The property is exceptional. It’s absolutely beautiful. The food is authentic and there is a variety. I felt the spa needed to be updated on retail, and the service was very average. It seems disorganized, not what you would expect from a 5 star property. The hotel does offer transportation into town, which is a great feature, but at times it’s was limited due to staff and pick up if they were busy took upwards 1.5 hours. We had to Uber several times to get back to the hotel. The rooms were well kept and very spacious. The toiletries were not the traditional four seasons brand but a southwest brand. Upon check out, I noticed several authorizations that were well beyond my expenses on my credit card. This has yet to be resolved, I’ve never had this occur at any other four seasons before. Overall it was a pleasant experience, the hotel and the beautiful location is perfect, but with the other experiences, I have to rate this hotel a four star.

The service was impeccable from the moment we pulled onto the resort. We recieved instruction on the layout of the grounds and where to find the Terra restaurant and the valet parking as an added. The property has beautiful trees and manicured grounds that is the perfect addition to the mountain backdrop. L.

Stunning location. Beautiful resort with every amenity. Delicious restaurant on site. Great work out facility and yoga studio. Our Casita had a working fireplace with fresh firewood. Shuttles running into town for easy transportation. As always FS delivers impeccable service.

So peaceful and quiet. I love how it is set apart from Santa Fe a little bit yet it is still close enough to drive into the plaza and walk around or grab some food. The rooms were divine. The flooring is heated in the bathroom and each room has a little adobe fireplace. The view from our room was beautiful. Dining on site was great. Service was outstanding and the food was pretty dang good. Massage was so/so (the therapist and I didn’t jive) but the spa facilities are very good. All in all I would recommend it if you can book a night for $350 or less (which is what we did). Otherwise it isn’t worth the money. Even though this is a five star review, which this resort definitely deserves, you can also book a stay at ten thousand waves and get very similar service, facilities, peace and quiet, and a wonderful dining experience for $250-$300/night.

Worst service in the bar I’ve ever experienced at a Four Seasons. Don’t come here hungry, find your own menus, and prepare to hunt down the waiter for your bill. They tried to make up for it by comping us 1 drink, but I didn’t want a free drink. We wanted service. Our waiter specialized in tunnel vision. The place wasn’t even crowded.

Shout out to ALL the Staff here especially the Concierge Guys and Gals operating the Pool and Food Services. Spent an Amazing and continuous 12 days here this past summer. Rooms were always Spot Free Clean, Food was Great!, Property Maintenance was A+, and tour guides were top-notch. Nice to get away from the City and relax at this resort. Also… Common occurrence here is seeing and speaking to Celebrities w/o the Paparazzi. AAA+++

This hotel is a fantastic choice for relaxing when visiting Santa Fe. The price is reasonable for the excellent service and high quality accommodations. The resort is far enough away to be quiet, but still close enough to downtown sights. The casitas have fireplaces and heated concrete floors among other amenities. I love this hotel and hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful, scenic getaway! We had an amazing experience. Enjoyed all of the features our room had to offer, including the fireplaces in our room and outdoor porch and the very large tub with heated floors. Everyone on staff was very helpful. One or two people were ALWAYS there to greet and open the door (s) at Terra. Spa was gorgeous, though they booked quickly! The entire atmosphere at Four Seasons was very warm and welcoming for our 10th anniversary. Will most definitely recommend to friends and family looking to visit Santa Fe or just looking for something to do in northern New Mexico.

We were here for Christmas 2017 and had a wonderful experience. The service was exquisite, and the rooms are spacious and luxurious. The restaurant was very accommodating; 3 of the 5 of us are vegan and although the regular and holiday menus were meat-centric, they were able to prepare delicious meals for us. They went above and beyond what we could ask for. There is plenty to do at the resort, so going to Santa Fe is an option but not required at all. Last but not least, the resort did not feel crowded in the least bit, despite being fully booked. We will definitely be back, maybe in the summer next time.

The restaurant, Terra is amazing. It's worth the drive. The wait staff are very helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the food a lot. The property is beautiful, as well.

What a gem in the Four Seasons family. Nestled between Santa Fe and Taos, this beautiful property is just the answer to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Their spa is top notch and their rooms are lovely with fireplaces and gorgeous views. Our flight home was cancelled on our day of check out and they were able to book us in our same room with no problem for an extra night. We love the Four Seasons experience and this location does not disappoint.

Amazing Property and the sunset from the restaurant was absolutely awesome. This hotel will not disappoint especially if your looking for a place with some pretty cool trails. My wife and I did the short and long trail and really enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly and the room had an indoor and outdoor wood burning fireplace. I highly recommend this hotel if your in Santa Fe and can afford the cost.

Beautiful setting. Excellent facilities/amenities. Quality of food and beverages at on-site bar and restaurant were not up to Four Seasons standards, although wait-staff were great. Housekeeping and room service staff were great. Concierge and front-desk staff were also top-notch.

This lovely resort is tucked away in the scenic hills of tesuque. Dinner at the restaurant is not to be missed. Exceptional food and service. We enjoy the sunset view from the bar and restaurant.

The stunning view here was my favorite part of the resort. It was the best resort in town. I so love their view, fresh air, delicious foods and accommodating staffs.

Staff was very friendly and understanding of a toddler in a difficult setting. Food was delicious, decor was modern, and the views and sunset were gorgeous.

Moments of brilliance. Ambiance is spectacular. Food was always good with some amazingly good. The chef special salad was the right mix of fresh and salt (yes salt). The lamb was fine kind of a let down. The chowder soup was a fabulous mix. Great staff. Great deck for a drink after dinner. Good desserts. Positions are designed for you to. Leave satisfied after having all the courses.

We has dinner at Terra, and while we really enjoyed the ambiance, the food didn't blow our minds. Some dishes were excellent, but others were just okay. Two members of our party had upset stomachs the next day. We had a Groupon that made the price worth it, but without it, it would have been far too expensive for the quality.

Nestled between distant mountains, dark starry nights welcoming and smiling staff-is what a romantic stay would consist of. Although my wife was here for a conference that didn't take away from the vacation feel of this trip. Located minutes from the Opera House, restaurants and downtown Santa Fe via the nearby highway. Our large room had a king-sized very comfortable bed with sleep inducing comfortable pillows. We used the fireplace nightly as it got a little nippy at night. When we needed more firewood-we called and within a few minutes firewood would appear outside our door. The room had 2 comfy chairs if you wanted to relax and view the outside via the very large sliding french doors. There was a large drum between the chairs-maybe we could do some tribal strumming. For business you have a large solid wood desk with 2 chairs and fast free Wi-Fi. The normal amenities were included — large screen TV with HD cable and HBO. A DVD player is included-always a nice touch. By the bed there's a modern clock radio-not with the Apple lightening plug-the older Apple adapter, but no big deal. A nice touch was the 2 charging ports one for phones and other accessories and one for tablets. The heating and cooling system is one of the best we've enjoyed. The thermostat kept the room exactly the temperate we set it at. It was completely silent. And if you travel a lot you know having a quiet room is important. There's a large closet with a 'motion sensing' light-loved that feature.

We loved the stay here! The courtesy shuttles to town are a nice perk. The rooms were great from the piñon fires to the heated bathroom floors. We would definitely stay here again!

Went to get a couples massage there it was a little pricey but definitely worth it would recommend, and I will be going again soon.

I was at the one in Santa Fe, NM. My husband and I stayed in room 15. The service and the people were a breath of fresh air. It's hard too find that any more.

We stayed here for 8 nights starting Christmas Eve. Beautiful property, spot on service, incredible Spa, and great restaurant. We met incredible people: Tom (concierge), Harry (Front Desk), Nicolas, Paul, Micaela, Larry, Chef Andrew and Pastry Chef Liz (the restaurant), Meredith Macfarlane (GM) and rest of the smily, happy staff) ) ) This place is a definite for repeat visits! Can not wait to come back during spring! We relaxed, hiked, ate, visited Taos, Ski slopes. Casitas are well appointed, clean, wonderful Kiva fireplaces. Four Seasons is the best when it comes to service, location and consistency. Even though Santa Fe is the second most visited city in US, this is number 1 place to visit in my opinion! Thank you for facilitating the memories!

I stayed her with my husband and two children two weeks ago and the food, lodging and pool were great. A lovely a secluded resort not far from Santa Fe.

Nicely decorated, it wasn't 'dripping' in Southwest Indian decor (as most of the hotels are) but still had enough to represent the culture tastefully. Overpriced though, way overpriced given the fact that you aren't in town and therefore have to use transportation to get anywhere (not within walking distance of anything).

The staff is super friendly and attentive. The cottages are well appointed with huge showers and a tub deep enough to dive into (please don't try! ). The beds are large and crazy comfortable, I passed out in seconds. Very peaceful at night with very little light to blot out the stars. Very romantic. You won't be disappointed.

The service at Encantado is unbelievably wonderful. Staff waits on your every need and they are extremely friendly while doing it. Food and bar service is good and resort is beautiful. Rooms are very nice. Fireplaces a great touch. I stayed on a lower floor without a room above, so I can't comment on noise but our casita was great. Strongly recommend for anyone going to Santa Fe that doesn't mind being 15 minutes out of town. We enjoyed being a little out of town. Encantado is strongly recommended.

Teething pains of any new resort — The staff is excellent — can't do enough to help. The rooms are beautiful with some quirks — a number will be worked out as the resort is new — others the resort will simply have to live with. Plus: Staff, Food, Views from many rooms, stocked mini bar included in "resort" fee. Wonderful bathroom with beautiful tubs. Heated floors in bathrooms. Beautiful spa, exercise room, yoga room. Minus: Views (in almost all rooms you'll look at a parking lot (Black Top) and if you're room is on the 2nd floor you're view will likely include roof tops of the gallery, spa and main building. Pool — no cabanas, (food service wasn't open yet) Poor or no lighting in important areas like stairs and paths at night, resort fee of $20 per day (and it may be per person). Very low water pressure in shower. Not enough hot water to fill the tub. In addition to the resort fee there is a charge for the bell person to take your bags to and from your room — at rack rates north of $500 — really. New staff in spa — through the roof pricing — imo.
