Room was very roomy and clean. Less than a mile away is a Savers thrift where we found awesome deals. The nearby Goodwill is not so great. The hotel employees were fantastic and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again and hope to in the next year.

What the hell has happened to Wyndham properties? And when did Super 8's become nicer than a Days Inn? This is an old, dirty motel that needs a LOT of attention. The chair in our room was so dirty I asked that it be replaced (it was). There was a huge spot of God-only-knows-what on the carpet and it was cleaned when the chair was replaced. It is painted badly, instead of fixing the tub they caulk extensively around it, the shower head protrudes out of the wall, the fixtures are filthy and once we got out of the shower, the water didn't turn all the way off. We returned to find lots of long black hair in the tub and sink (not ours). Public areas are much better looking than individual rooms. Huge pool that we did not use. There are lots of options in Santa Fe — look elsewhere. I only hope Wyndham executives are forced to stay in their own properties when they travel. Aside from the horrible condition of the rooms, the staff of the motel were extremely nice to deal with, but put some money in the property.

Check in was easy. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good and had several options. We would stay here again.

A superb operation! Great that the manager gets personally involved in all aspects of the business and makes sure things are running perfectly. It's really nice that he lets the staff have the same great breakfast that the guests enjoy at the end of the breakfast times and they seem to be well looked after. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable and everything worked as expected except the pool could have been a bit warmer in my opinion. It feels more like a resort than a Days Inn and that is obviously intentional!

The rooms were nice and clean. Very presentable. The management and staff were very friendly and responsive. I enjoyed the breakfast that was available in the morning and I would recommend this as a nice place to stay.

Carpet looked dirty. The door would open despite the key card that they give you. There were lots of smokers outside DESPITE the sign that says no smoking! Being a person who has Athsma this is not good.

Very hospitable staff. Rooms are clean. Easy access to all American franchises. 3 minutes to downtown. Complimentary breakfast.

I stayed one night. The bed was King sized and the room was on the second floor. I checked in earlier than the check in time and they cleaned my room early due to my early check in. I didn't go in until late at night. The bed was comfortable, the pillows fluffy and plentiful. The staff was professional and quick. The shower was nice and the water hot. I didn't go to the pool but I did see several people there when I went to my room. They do have a breakfast but I didn't partake. It wasn't a bad place to stay at.

Hotel was decent but half the reason we booked here was for the massive pool in the pictures for our kids. With that said, they are too stingy to heat it. The pool was Freezing. None of us got in except my 9 year old son, who was shivering and his lips were blue after 4 minutes. All the hotel guests we encountered were also laughing about it. We will definitely pick other hotels when we visit Sante Fe again. This place is not what I expected of a "Day's Inn".

This place was not clean at all. They hadn't cleaned the floors or the mirrors… finger and hand smudges on both mirrors. The toilet had something in the bottom of it. The coffee pot was filthy and the walls… the wala looked like somebody had been bludgeoned to death. Blood spatter, was on EVERY wall. The only thing I can say about this place is the pillow was comfortable.

Hotel was nice but they allow commercial trucks to ocupy dozens of spaces leaving barking a hike from your room. As I have COPD that became an issue. The hotel is quite clean and the staff nice. The front desk is slow in mornings due to that person doing a duel role in keeping a very good, and very busy breakfast room stocked at the same time.

I chose one star only because I couldn’t choose ZERO. I was surprised by the condition of these rooms as the pictures do not tell a accurate story. This hotel is run down and in need of serious cleaning. If not just torn down and rebuilt. We should have read all of the reviews before booking. We walked in and immediately I felt uneasy. I asked my children to keep their shoes on and couldn’t force myself to even sit on the bed. After 3 minutes my family of 5 said goodbye. Dirty. Broken. And in need of some Lysol. I do NOT recommend. Ever.

The hotel is in one of the main streets, there are cheaper than this. The toilet to the room is not very good. They offer basic breakfast, but it's OK to start the day. The hotel looks old-fashioned.

For the most part the room we stayed at was not good. Most of the complaints I have is the bathroom was terrible. For starters, the toilet and shower are very close together about 4 inches apart, that is how small the bathroom is. Next, the door handle is almost falling off. The towels we got had hair on it and had orange crusty stains. Hair was everywhere in the bathroom. The water smelled like dead ladybugs. Also, the ceiling in the shower is deteriorating. We lastly, found dead bugs in a roll away bed. The breakfast was average.

Centralized location, great staff and the suites over the pool are big with 42" flat screen tv, fridge, microwave, couch and coffee table, desk and work area.

I’ve been staying at Days Inn SF for 13 yrs and that’s why I keep coming back is because of the awesome service, room price, cleanliness! Always greeted with a smile and HRU! Other people need to take advantage of this super service! I HAVE READ MANY OF THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS! I’m sure I could find something to complain about U! If U WANTED LUXARY, U should have stayed down town for200! my rooms have always been warm cozy and clean!

Excellent motel to stay at. Owners are very friendly. Rooms are very clean and they are always in the process of updating the hotel. Great value for the price. Excellent location. They have a huge pool in the Summer. We stay there whenever we are in town.

Bed was comfortable and room was fine, although the sheets were very thin so didn't provide much warmth.

I think it is not the cleanest place to stay. Unless you want to be in Somebody else's dirty and gross soiled linen.

Dirty rooms, they "heat" up frozen eggs and hash browns and when I told her they were cold she said they come from the freezer and "she already put them in two minutes. " The waffles were a salty sludge. Orange juice and milk tasted expired. Coffee tasted like soap. We literally couldn't eat breakfast. No one stays at or answers the front desk phone. Shady guests. Absolutely never returning and I rarely write bad reviews. Very dissatisfied. I have pictures and video of it all and I intend to contact corporate.

Great budget friendly place. Jim is awesome!

The bathrooms could use a bit more maitence. Checked in & there was hair everywhere & the tub hadn't been cleaned. Tv was mounted, the mount was broke. & some of the plugins didn't work.

It goes without saying while on our Record Breaking Ciast2Coast Hike across America (2X) with my amazing Service Labs that we have stayed in many towns across America. The Support from the desk clerk and the Manager Mrs D. Was superb. Never has a clerk offered me a cold drink after Hiking. They treated us like family and it was such good timing. We are 1879 miles Hiking for Veteran Charities and have huge expanses if desert ahead during Winter. The room was huge and equipped with every amenity. Microwave, hairdryer, iron/board, fridge, and Wi-Fi that gas worked perfect. That in iteself is a great plus! The front desk clerk was very friendly and provided great local information on dining and the Famous Blue Hole. We have traveled iver 8 months on our Hike and this stay made the top 5 if all locations. The front desk clerk gave me her own Dr Pepper to wuench my thirst. Unexpected and mrch appreciated! My family and I have been visiting the Days Inn every month for the last 18 years. We have always been comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff, like Jim at the front desk, has made our mornings very pleasant with hot oatmeal, pastries, coffee, and a lot of other things he puts his special touch to. The management has always been courteous and friendly. I'll be going there for many years too come, thank God.

The young gentleman was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. A nice, clean and quiet environment. Good place to stay.

They have hot sauce in the breakfast area. That’s super cool. And an outdoor coal grill.

This location was convenient and was available at the last minute. The front desk person even came to our room to help us try to use it computer through the TV.

Everything is great except it is hard to get into the Hotel. The street at the front of the Hotel is very busy and there is no easy way to get into the parking lot except thru a small street that is difficult to read at night.

Employees are very nice and helpful. Super friendly. Sadly, rooms are not too clean.

It's a little old but it's clean and managent is nice. And the breakfast isn't bad either.

Older hotel but nice big clean rooms. The garden and pool area are private and they have a good free breakfast. The customer service was great too. We will stay there next time we visit Santa Fe.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences that we have ever had. During the time we stayed there the police were there almost everytime we went to leave. First it was worth animal control chasing some king of loose animal. Then it was to take away a couple who were so high on drugs that they threw every stick of furniture in their room off of the second floor balcony. They even ripped the headboard from the bed off of the wall and chucked it down to the parking lot. When led away the woman was screaming about the devil, 666, and mind control. She had been walking around the hotel talking crazy to herself for a couple of days at that point. I tried to talk to the manager about the experience and he responded with "I don't know anything about that. " Well, I have pictures of it. It happened. Maybe if toy were more careful about the people you book rooms too the rest of your guests wouldn't have to feel terrified to stay in the place. I do NOT recommend staying here.

Nice pool. It's cold though. It is a great place to stay for a great price. I love it how kids 17 or younger are free.

Rooms were unhygenic, not fit for humans. The white towel was black, there was a big gap in the bathroom door, there was hair in the towel, stains on the carpet, corridor smelt of human excreta. All in all a very bad experience. Only good thing is they let us cancel our reservation and check out without any penalty.

Great breakfast, Good rooms. People loitering outside looks like they were scouting the rooms.

Wish I could rate no stars. We booked 2 rooms online. When we got to the hotel the staff told us that they decided to change our rooms which they did on their own and charged us more than our reservation price. The rooms they gave us were dirty and had major repair issues from broken door to missing trim as well as dead insects everywhere. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. If this is the quality and service Days Inn provides I truely suggest looking elsewhere.

Nice room, it's a little outdated, but still well maintained. Wish they had bigger pillows.

Older hotel, but clean and well maintained. Nothing fancy, but no complaints. Many tiny pillows instead of normal ones.

This was a terrible place to stay! Dirty — Cockroaches-nasty! Could not get another room in town so bought disinfecting spray and sprayed everything. Don't stay there!

Cold, drafty room with a heater unable to keep up. Pillows were terrible, but it was $60 a night.

It was nice. Very comfortable and room service was reasonable.

Was so dissapointed with our stay. We got a room and found bed bugs so asked to move to another room seemed ok until I woke up with bites all over my arm and leg. I know my family and I will never stay there again. Also we had our two dogs one as a service dog with us because we took our daughter swimming and they kicked us out because the dogs, which bothered me knowing they have no respect having a service dog. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone until they get it cleaned and inspected and have better respectful management.

Room is mediocre at best. Clean but not… dusted, restroom clean but old fixtures, microwave crusty inside. We slept on top of sheets, they smelled clean but were stained. The worst was finding someone had pleasures themselves in bbc. Co the desk chair.

I had a wonderful stay and they have a very nice staff. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family.

Everything was very nice. They had a great breakfast and it was very quiet. The room was clean as well.

Travelling with 3 kids. 10 month old is the youngest. First room was supposed to be non-smoking. Smelled like a bar. Second room had rotten food in the microwave and the non working fridge. Third room, yeah right. They wouldn't even offer us a room. We were kicked out because we wanted a thoroughly clean room. American hospitality at its best! Corporate will be receiving a letter. Shameful.

One of the more noxious cancer hatcheries I've ever had to stay in. Whatever perfumey chemical is currently corroding my sinuses has coated the surfaces of the carpet, furniture and sheets. I put a towel on the chair so I won't get a rash. The astonishing irony is there is a card notifying me if I smoke, a $250 "cleaning fee" will be charged to my credit card. Cigarettes would be a welcome and healthy improvement over whatever caustic goo they use to "clean" the environs here. I had shut off the refrigerator to avoid hearing it turn on in the night — but wouldn't have been able to hear it if it had. The ventilation systems are noisy as right under a 767 aircraft. I slept not a wink and my head is in a kind of pain not before known to me.

What a fabulous place. For less than $75 we got a great room with a garden outside our door, excellent service, and everything was perfect. The manager is so nice, and the place just has a good vibe.

The rooms are old and stuffy smelling. The staff aren't very helpful when you need something. Cable was very fuzzy. The continental breakfast was TERRIBLE. I couldn't even make a waffle because the batter literally had to be chiseled off. They even told us that once the tea bags from the one box of tea are gone that is it. That was at 8:00 a. M. If you want hospitality DO NOT GO HERE! I have paid less and received much better service at other hotels.

For $65/night plus tax, everything was reasonably clean and in good working order. My wife thought that the bed could have been more comfortable, but I slept well. Our room also passed my wife's extremely sensitive sniff test for old cigarettes and perfumed cleaning products. The location is reasonably close to anything you want to do in Santa Fe. I haven't found anything better and cheaper in Santa Fe for spending a night on the road.
