A very nice hotel with well themed decor. It's situated just under a mile from from the Town square which has lots of dinning and shopping options. They offer free transport to the downtown area. The room was very clean and enjoyable, all except for the pillows which to me were very uncomfortable. Everything else was great! Would stay again!

Wonderful Hotel, without a doubt my favorite hotels in Santa Fe. The staff is extremely Friendly. Very Clean, warm authentic atmosphere. The In house Restaurant food was 5 star, Terrific chef. Special thanks to Sophie the Restaurant Manager for her unmatchable hospitality. We will be back.

A hotel of quality and category, the decoration of its facilities is singular, you can see Native American craftsmanship in different places, thematic paintings, even the furniture, have the rustic touch. Especially the elevator, a wooden elevator, the walls covered with indigenous fabrics have you ever seen that? It's great.
As for the service of the staff is first, patient and educated at the time of attending, many of them speak Spanish and English.
The service of restaurant very good, the breakfast only to 10 USD.
The room was very good.

This hotel exceeded every expectation. We are very happy with our stay, wife was debating on one more day here, but alas goodbyes would be as tough tomorrow as today. We have a few basic expectations of a hotel and a price point of around $120 bucks to get them. Decent wireless internet where we can stream, comfortable bed, Continental breakfast (maybe with something hot), quiet rooms, clean. Our price point was met, but the rooms were gorgeous, the building is warm, inviting, decorated well. Breakfast is in a very nice 3rd floor space with views of the city. Rooms are turned down twice daily, with locally made chocolate on our pillows each evening. Staff are all willing to share advice on places to visit, things to do. Our bags were carried to our room with a personal overview of the hotel and our actual room. The shuttle took us to dinner one night, but a few days worth of entertainment is within walking distance. Highly recommend.

A very nice hotel, the environment and the decor is very unique, has tons of details indigenous, with its fabrics, paintings and even some furniture. The attention of the staff is excellent, they are very polite and patient. The hotel's signature restaurant, the dishes are very well prepared. In the morning the very good breakfast. Prepare their own masses. There is also a spa and a souvenir shop.

What a perfect, lovely place for our honeymoon. And kudos to the management for hiring fantastic staff that are warm/welcoming and knowledgable about the Santa Fe area. We don't want to go home!

This is a fantastic hotel. Spacious room layouts, great food and amenities. The staff goes out of their way to make guests comfortable and happy. I will definitely book here again.

Room and service we're awesome. Had free evening social with wine and beer and relaxing continental breakfast. Plus location is great.

Do not waste your time or money here! This hotel has BEDBUGS! Our family stayed here for one night last weekend in their suite. The next morning we woke up to find 2 find bed bugs on our sheets. We killed them and blood was stained on the sheets… visible for the staff to see so they can take care of the situation. We called the General Manager to discuss this and he was extremely RUDE which made us even angrier. He admitted to BEDBUGS in the hotel but told us our room was the ONLY room without it… ummm okay?! Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. It was not fun cleaning every single item from 2 adults. 3 kids and getting our dog groomed straight afterwards. Some vacation…

One of our favorite places to stay in Santa Fe! Cozy rooms, nice breakfast area with big fireplace in the lobby downstairs. The restaurant was undergoing renovation this trip, but it has always been great.

Today was our legislatives day for my organization at the roundhouse. We stayed at the Hotel Santa Fe, Hacienda & Spa. The rooms were really comfortable with Native and Spanish decor. The food is really good and the staff ate really helpful and friendly. You are walking distance of our State Capital or you can take the shuttle bus to the Capital and they will also take you around Santa Fe within a mile radius of the hotel. Santa Fe Hotel does have a gift shop that has everything you need.

Nice cozy living room/bedroom suites with balcony. Good breakfast in the morning. Fireside chats with a walk up bar makes for good ambiance. Plenty of space for receptions and meetings. Ideally located for all your 5 minute trips to the capital buildings.

Excellent Hotel! excellent staff! I was stayed 2 nights for a board of doctors from Mexico. I am impressed with the professionalism of the staff despite being so young,
the receptionist on the night shift, I think his name was Alex, was very attentive at the time of our departure. Thanks to all the staff and to our future colleague for the good deal. We will definitely be returning.

This hotel is fabulous. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially in the Hacienda. The free breakfast and happy hour have great food and wine with a great view. It is walking distance to downtown but they also offer the cutest little purple shuttles for free to most locations in town. I always. Stay here when I come to Santa Fe.

We stayed here for several days and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was delicious. I took away a star because the yoga class on Sunday was held in a stuffy room that smelt weird and the massages were honestly the worst ones we've ever had. The massage therapists were uninterested and we could feel it. It felt like they were watching the clock the entire time. So my takeaway is go somewhere else for massages but staying here will leave you with a happy experience.

Everything was wonderful. Great location within walking distance of the plaza, lots of shops, and a Whole Foods. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable room. The staff is great. Super dog-friendly, too.

Completely happy we stayed here. We were first time visitors to Santa Fe. And had studied lots of hotel options on the hotel booking website. There's lots of plusses. Easy entry to hotel from 2 different sides. Ample free parking. The hotel has tall and discreet landscape to screen off the view to the street. The lobby is easy to navigate. Our room was large clean and nicely decorated. The biggest surprise was the restaurant. The menu is full of a wide range of gourmet delights. Excellent preparation. Attention to detail. We had the lamb chops medium plate and these were best I've ever had. Prices are very reasonable. The lobby bar is small and great for buying a drink to take to room. Prices are reasonable. As we passed other hotels that we considered we noticed they were on narrow side streets with minimal parking. We are so happy with our choice.

The Hacienda portion of the hotel is lovely, with a breakfast and evening lounge and very attentive service, including multiple first-come first-serve shuttles to nearby locations. Combined with the fact that the Santa Fe train station is so close, this let's you easily visit the are without renting a car. It's close to several contemporary art galleries and the SITE Santa Fe museum, and walking distance to Canyon Road as well, but out of the way of the crowds of the square.

Hotel Santa Fe is amazing resort this hotel is our company's hotel of choice. Close to the plaza, State Capitol, Art Galleries. The Hacienda suites are beautiful served by outstanding butlers. Staff are always professional. The food at Amaya always from the best Chefs. Friends make your reservations at Hotel Santa & Hacienda and Spa. Believe me you will be pleased.

A very nice place with very good location. The Restaurant of the hotel called Amaya, the dinner and breakfast were delicious.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are very kind, lovely pool and hot tub, and the hotel is close to almost everything you'd want to see in Santa Fe — also with free bus to major areas to see… But, the hotel is incredibly loud. I've never been to a hotel that is this loud. There is heavy foot steps, so much slamming and banging that things shake in the room — until at least 1 am, one night we were kept awake until 2:30 am. The slamming and banging continues around 6 am. It's been very hard to enjoy Santa Fe when you've only had so little sleep.

Very expensive for a very average room and very poor customer service. I don't typically expect to be rudely asked if I want a key to the minibar when checking into a "4 star" hotel, but maybe I am expecting too much. Compared to our other hotel experiences in Santa Fe, this one didn't hold a candle. If this were claimed aa 3 Star and was a little cheaper it would be fine, but fine only.

Great looking hotel! They claim to be pet — friendly, but they have no green belt to walk your pup. My biggest gripe though is that they kind of nickel and dime you to death. Breakfast is not free, my bad since I had just stayed at embassy, and they have free happy hour drinks, hot made to order breakfast and snacks. Just not much bang for your buck at hotel Santa fe. Meh…

Beautiful hotel. Our room was nice and very clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and fun also. We had a suite with 2 full beds and a sofa sleeper. Slept 6 adults well. Very close to the Plaza and great resraurants. Will stay there again!

Just spent 2 fabulous nights at Hotel Santa Fe. The place was spotless. Staff was very hospitable. Many thanks to housekeeping, especially Bianca. The concierge, Leah, was very helpful and even walked us part way to the farmer's market. Also, the staff at Amaya restaurant, lounge and pool area, we're fantastic, especially Allen Barn. Would definitely return to Hotel Santa Fe. .

Love the Hacienda! Staff is incredible. Love that you get a little happy hour — and the rooftop terrace is very nice. The rooms are beautiful — love the fireplaces, the showers and toiletries provided are great, they even turn down your covers before bed and leave you little chocolate treats! It's all just a great way to feel pampered! … and the spa, you need to see it to understand how amazing it is! Like no place I've ever been!

I love this place. The people are grounded and the space invites joy and peace. Food is amazing, the bed is super comfortable, and the bar and lounge area is so friendly and inviting. And the spa treatment I received was so wonderful. You should consider staying here if visiting Santa Fe!

I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your hotel last week. The bed and suite were immaculate and cozy. What we really enjoyed the most, though, was your beautiful lobby with fireplace, bar and an excellent concierge. Our dinner in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Thank you for the entertaining welcome dance done by the local Indians in all their regalia. I've been to other fine hotels in Santa Fe and definitely will return to this one again.

The reasonable winter room rate was covered with fees for everything imaginable. They filled your room with bags of candy, nuts and drinks that would be complimentary very else that I have been. I almost did not notice that they had a price list for every item in the basket priced at three to five times more than the retail price. Bottle of water was $3. They had notes on the bed and coffee table asking you to not ask that the room be cleaned unless you needed or the sheets changed. They requested that you reuse your towels twice or more. The bed and room was comfortable. It was decorated with art work that had not been popular for at least 10 years. I liked the wall colors but they really needed touched up. This place is not near the plaza. For the money you spend here, I would recommend someone closer to the plaza. The staff is a mixed bag. Some were extremely helpful. One of the desk clerks was the north end of a south bound donkey. I feel that this review is fair to very kind to them.

Worst! No coffee machine, no coffee in room. Locked refrigerator Some bloody spot in pillow sheet. Bad taste in dinner Immediate charge and No receipt. Resort fee that I was never been noticed. Heavens.

Restaurent and room are good, I enjoyed the food and yoga.

My husband and I travel to Santa Fe every year to celebrate the new year. We always stay at the Hotel Santa Fe, The Hacienda and Spa, and we love it! The hotel is not in plaza; however, it's walking distance, and the hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle to and from the plaza. The staff is absolutely delightful they went out of their way to please us and to make sure we were comfortable. When you visit, make sure you dine at the Amaya restaurant, the cuisine is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. We've stayed in both the hotel and the hacienda and enjoyed them both very much. They both offer wonderful amenities. We can't wait to go back with our dogs! We highly recommend this hotel; you will not be disappointed everyone makes you feel right at home.

My wife and I have been going here for years, but our last two visits were not all that great. The vibe has changed over the years and not for the better. We noticed that Drury was building a new hotel near the Plaza and we will probably go there next time we visit to check it out.

I really enjoyed my stay in Santa Fe. I was really happy with Hotel Santa Fe up until checkout. This was the first time the $15 a night H. E. A. A. R. T fee was mentioned to us. They explained that this covered Wi-Fi, Hot Tub, Pool (which was closed), Fitness Center, etc. Here's what annoys me about this: (1) It was not an option, but rather a required fee. (2) It was not mentioned in the package deal that we bought. (3) It was not mentioned when we checked in. Most other hotels include this sort of stuff in the base rate, and for good reason. You don't end up feeling a little cheated at the end of your stay. This really left a bad taste in our mouth. That being said. The service people — especially the room cleaners — were extremely friendly. The property was clean and quiet and pretty conveniently located. Overall, this is a pretty good hotel. Why'd they have to tarnish that by nickel-and-diming us on our way out the door.
