Had a great time at Hampton Inn! The staff was super friendly and they were very accommodating with a late check out. They have a gym and a hot breakfast. The rooms were clean and there were plenty of towels available. 10/10 would recommend.

My room is awesome, large bed, large room with full size couch, I'm truly impressed.

Our client Musician Lara Hope is a touring comedian who knows a great hotel when they see one, and it was easy to see how great this place is! The rooms are amazing, very clean and quiet, and the staff was super friendly! There was a great breakfast served in the morning (for free) and plenty of parking, which was nice since it was so close to lots of shopping! Thank you for taking such great care of us, and we're looking forward to staying with you again soon!

Had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Neptune, NJ. Room was very comfortable. Everything was modern and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast had a wide arrange of great food and the lobby had very good coffee available. The gym was clean, very organized, and had plenty of equipment available. I would definitely stay again.

Great looking hotel, very nice and welcoming staff. Breakfast in the morning was decent. The room itself was very clean and comfortable except for one thing… The matress was SO stiff. I woke up about ten times because my arm/back/leg was sore from the pressure of laying on the hard mattress.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was the perfect way to spend my Fourth of July! I was amazed by how quiet my room was, especially given that a lot of other people were staying there for the holiday. The bed was super comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great! Plus, I liked how the lobby always had ice water out for guests. The staff was also very helpful and supplied many suggestions for things to do on the Jersey Shore. This was my first time staying here, and I would definitely go back!

This was a very nice hotel. Hampton Inns vary a lot in quality but this one was top notch. Very clean. Wonderful staff, comfortable rooms and beds. I wish all Hampton’s were this nice. Probably the nicest Hampton Inn we’ve stayed at.

Great hotel in Monmouth County rooms are clean indoor pool is very clean and always around 80 degrees staff is great.

The rooms were great and the staff was extremely polite. It's tucked away in a nice little quiet spot. Their free morning breakfast is exceptional.

Comfortable rooms and exactly what you expect from a Hampton Inn but we were here for an event and they didn't really accommodate the attendees saying that the event was the reason. We have Gold status with Hilton and I have come to expect a level of service after years of great experiences with Hilton.

Clean and comfortable rooms with helpful staff. Reception was kind enough to find a room on my requested floor which was appreciated. Easy parking. If the room was equipped with recycling bins and a quality mini fridge, 5 stars for price and cleanliness.

Shower up late. Checked in quickly. Left early in the morning.

The hotel rooms are very nice updated clean beds are very comfortable regular Hampton breakfast staff is very nice I would stay there again.

The best hotel ever! Immaculate, warm and inviting. The staff and hotel were amazing. They take pride in their establishment and it shows. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Felt like we were among family. They go above and beyond to keep the hotel beautiful and make their guests feel welcomed and appreciated. Looking forward to our next trip to the Hampton Inn Neptune.

Had a stay here a month ago for a family wedding. Very lovely hotel. Comfortable and clean. Considering the hotel was completely booked due to multiple weddings I think the service team was quite exceptional. Kudos to all! A special thanks to the manager/ supervisor Camille. She single handedly fixed a major credit card issue promptly and efficiently. Thank you, thank you. * Just a warning to those who use payroll debit cards: if you use your card to hold for incidentals make sure you have wiggle room for your funds. It will overcompensate the amount held and holds for 20 days! (info I was not aware of until it happend to me)

The best place ever BY FAR! Also the staff rocks gourmet breakfast so to sum it up 5 star experience all the way around.

Now the bad, 1 nite $180 dollars way over priced, breakfast not worth eating. We asked kitchen help if there was anymore bacon she said no while standing there eating bacon. Now mind you it wasn't 10am when we asked it was 730am and there was no more bacon.

They had great amenities, but I would have liked to see a bar. The bed was comfortable, they had a good amount of towels and Neutrogena products in the bathroom. The breakfast had excellent coffee.

This is a good hotel the staff is very friendly. The only concern I have is that the elevators are pretty much packed out in the morning that you'll be waiting 20 to 30 minutes for an elevator or cart to get your luggage in and out of the hotel. The reason why is because the cleaning staff uses the elevator to clean rooms all morning and they don't have their own special elevators where they should have. It creates a lot of traffic in a lot of commotion and a lot of people can't use the stairs so the lobby gets flooded and people wait for the elevator for 45 minutes to go upstairs from breakfast. Other than that this is a good hotel that has a good indoor pool and a decent Fitness Center. Continental breakfast too.

This facility is reasonably priced for its proximity to many shore points and very close to the outlets. We booked a standard king room and was surprised at the spaciousness of the room although for the size of the room it could have used a little more horizontal surface. Wifi is good and requires a sign in.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. Close to shops and restaurants. Not a terrible distance to a beach or boardwalk. About 15 to 30 minute drive depending on the beach. I'm only giving it 4 stars because the room wasn't properly cleaned and had a missing remote for the TV. A phone call to the front desk solved the issue but still a hassle having to deal with it. Other than that, the hotel looks new and very modern. I recommend this place.

Overall, it's not a bad place to stay for the money. We've stayed here before and we've always had a great experience. There are few things that they need to work on like light bulbs in the bathroom and bed frames that are put together correctly. In all fairness, they seemed to have just hired a bunch of new staff so maybe we just caught them at a rough moment. It was clean and the staff were friendly.

Room was very clean and nice, the Continental breakfast was good too. They have a small gym with treadmills and a few dumbbells, but that's about it. They also have a small indoor pool which I didn't get the chance to try. Staff was very helpful and polite. I forgot my toothpaste, so they gave me a small complementary toothpaste package. Would recommend to anyone who needs to stay in the area.

We had such a great night at this hotel. They were prompt with delivering towels and pillows when we needed extra. I of course checked for bugs right away and thank goodness they were bug free. The rooms are beautiful and people were friendly. The food however was the most awful food I've ever attempted to consume at a hotel. The eggs I'm not sure were even eggs, the pancakes were like cardboard, and the turkey sausage links were just not edible. The pineapple slices I think we're pre frozen. Sadly the quality of the food was disappointing, because we look for breakfast as a part of our stay when booking so we don't have to leave our hotel. I would still recommend this hotel 100%, if you don't mind eating down at the ihop. Especially if you get a good rate…

Great place to spend the night after a day on the beach. Easily accessible from beach towns. Very nice decor, rooms and staff.

I was flabbergasted when I came in to this hotel around 11:30 am to inquire on a reservation I made online. The woman (sorry I forgot her name) offered to check if my room and it was ready. She processed my card and let me check in early. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was incredibly clean, very easy to get to and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The room was extremely clean and I had a great night's sleep in their very comfortable beds.

Front desk was great. Room was clean. Housekeeping doesn't know what a Do Not Disturb sign is, never got a receipt.

Loved this hotel. Very nice and very clean, customer service was a+, there is a heated pool and a gym. The pillows and blankets were amazing, free Wi-Fi and the first hotel I been to where there a a million channels. And comp breakfast, and not just a bagel breakfast, eggs bacon waffles, bagels, cereal, tea coffee. I wont need to research a hotel next time im in the area because this one was perfect! and all for a great price.

I have stayed in numerous Hilton Hotels and I have to say I received the best service at the Hampton Inn in Neptune/Wall. The rooms were very clean, it was a great location (across from Jersey Shore premium outlets, 30 minutes away from Six Flags Great Adventure, 15 minutes from the shore) and the staff was very friendly and dedicated. After a modification to our reservation using Hilton Honors points was not confirmed with the hotel, we were told that we had missed our first day of our what was previously (also according to the hotel's reservation system) a three day stay, therefore considered a no-show. Fortunately, Lori Harris from the Hampton in Neptune/Wall was there to our rescue. Lori worked tirelessly to help us get into the reservation system by staying on the phone with Hilton Honors for at least 2 hours. She gave us an empty room that she had reserved for anyone without a prior reservation so that our vacation was not ruined. This dedicated woman should be promoted! Thank you Lori Harris and the Hampton Inn Neptune/Wall.

Very friendly staff, beautiful clean room, and a great breakfast. The hotel is near all the beaches and was a great price. We stayed here for three days while we enjoyed the beach. Great hotel and the front desk was very friendly and helpful, we will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with 6 other people for Formula Drift, and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about this location! The rooms were clean, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We're already looking forward to visiting next year.

Everything but the internet was OK — Expect Internet speeds. 5 mbs down and. 4 up. Front desk says the router is working fine.

Stayed here at least 6 times. Welcoming people, good rooms at good price (except summer). But breakfast has become much less than used to be. No meats.

Nice new hotel close to outlet mall, a Walmart and a drugstore. Not much else around the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to the maids. Rooms are spacious and modern with large flat screen TV satellite service, microwave and fridge. Not a lot of drawer space and only a small desk. The pool is indoors so the water is always on the cool side. Plenty of parking space. Good hotel several miles from the beaches.
