Accommodation more than decent not far from the Pentagon, at an honest price. Wifi, free parking, as well as shuttle service to the metro station. Furniture a bit "lived" and crowding at breakfast between 8am and 9am are the only flaws I found.

So if you are expecting a 5 star hotel you are in the wrong place. We decided to not spend the money and stay at a casino considering the fact that we would not be in our room much, and doing different activities, at the beach, shopping etc. The location is a 60 second walk to the boardwalk with a dunkin donuts right there on the corner. The balcony was the best part of the room, you can see the ocean but not great. Our housekeeper was very nice, and despite the room being very run down it was clean, and I was sure to tip her each day as its not her fault the condition of the building. The bed was actually very comfortable. We brought our own blankets. (Like I said we knew what we were getting when we booked) The hall and stairway did smell bad, a few of the outlets didn't work and theres only a few to begin with, which left everyone fighting over phone chargers. The shower made a squealing noise, and the ironing board was missing. If you don't plan to spend your vacation in your room and need the bare minimum this place works for that.

Paid for the room, but couldn't stay there. Had to get a different hotel. Stains on the furniture. Needs a ton of paint and work. Everything broken or dilapidated was just jury-rigged fixed. Customer service left me wanting. My expectations were already lowered being a casino town, but I never expected to have to lower them even more. This place needed lower expectations, but I just couldn't. Cut my losses and paid for ANOTHER room at a casino — which was worth it.

This place is exactly as advertised it is a cheap beach adjacent hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. The building is a little worn but honestly if you were expecting all new and modern you should not have chosen a cheap hotel.

Place was disgusting. Booked a 2 day stay left less then 24 hours later. Roach crawled right across my floor bathroom was dirty. One of the outlet covers fell off. Mini fridge was on the floor. Elevator door opens slightly before you even get to your floor. Ice was all the way on bottom floor. Manager was no where to be found. Paid 248$ they gave me a 60$ refund. Toilet seat fell off as my handicap mother in law sat on it. Never again will I EVER stay at this hotel nor will I EVER recommend it. Great location but if you want a clean hotel walk the extra block or two.

If was conveniently near the beach and borgata, but for the price of the room the building up keep was of an older model, not updated …

Decent hotel near board walk. We booked through expedia which was showing rollaway bed available. But the reception person said no.

Kind service. Clean room. Bed was comfortable. A convenient location right outside the boardwalk. Walking distance to some of the best casinos. Ample parking.

The room was clean, however I didn't care for the envelope left on desk asking for tips for housecleaning. The young man at the desk was very friendly. There was an awful smell in the hallway and elevator. Basically you get what you pay for.

Place looks old and outdated. It's very convenient next to the boardwalk. Very friendly staff.

Nice enough place, room was clean and tidy. Bath rooms, clean and stocked with towels. Overall place could, be updated but it was a nice stay. Sit at the bottom, of, the walk ramp to, the boardwalk and walking distance for all, the casinos. Would, stay again.

I have never in my life experienced such a horrifying night. So, to start things off, as I was arriving, a very large sewer rodent scurried across the reception room floor. The man at the counter (may not have been a man, couldn't tell what was under the Obama mask) asked me, "You ever been to flavor town big boy. " But like I'm a female so it made me feel a little uneasy. His next question was if he could have my socks. At this point I'm pretty freaked out. He hands me my keys after a long lecture on his third wife and how she keeps probing him with large objects in areas which I feel uncomfortable repeated the names of (some of which I have reason to believe he made up). The elevator was just an elevator door in front of the service staircase, and heroine needles lined the floor. I thought about just leaving, but I was in to deep. The room smelt of weed and hot dog water. I found a mousetrap in the pillow, mouse included. When I threw the pillow on the ground, a man under the bed popped out, grabbed The rodent, and ran away sinking his teeth into it. This is the point where I had to get out of there. But instead, I just fell asleep. I woke up without any leg hair, not sure what could have even happened, to be able to sleep while someone removes hair from my own body. You can't really make this stuff up. Finally, the bed and breakfast was just cornflakes and toast. Pretty bad toast. How can you mess up toast? It's literally bread, in a toaster. How. It's toast.

BED BUGS! If I could give it no stars I would. The lobby smelt like curry and the elevator and hallways smelt like marijuana. I went in the room whic was said to be one of the “better” rooms and there were stains on the rug. The wall paper was ripped and the curtains were drooping. I checked the bedding and saw that there were bed bugs. We left and the manager was a real @** hole. He told the worker to offer us another room. Why would I want another room? He charged my card $25. I must have been charged for the contact I received from the weed. Never stay here! a complete rathole! you will leave itching.

This hotel is not represented to its current status in pictures. The building and rooms are very run down and old. It was clean the best of its ability but there were holes in the ceiling, peeling walls, and gross carpet. The bathroom was extremely small. The room and hallways smelled extremely bad of cigarette smoke. The outlets were old and barely held anything when plugged in. On top of all that the elevator sounds like a death trap as it squeals its way up and down. Would rather pay the extra to stay in a casino hotel for the comfort and safety.

Book yourself a room if you want a hotel room that looks like it's straight out of Bates Motel. The electrical issues in the room and heavy cigarette smell just adds that extra ambience. If you are looking for a place to get a peaceful sleep than look else where unless you want to listen to your neighbors have a death match next door and bang and kick on the door to get into their room for an entire hour. You've been warned, I would've rather have paid 400 for one night to stay else where.

We had to change rooms 3 times. The first room they gave us, the pillows had yellow spots on them. In the second, the heater wasnt working. It also was broken in the third room but we figured it wasnt worth changing again. Overall the hotel was really gross.

Pictures are not current at all. The pictures have to be 10+ years ago. This place looks totally uninviting. We stayed because it's was a cancellation fee of $70 otherwise we would have ran away. I must say the room was "clean", the bathroom was "tidy" but the carpet was old and gooey (gross). The beds ARE NOT queen size they're FULL size. It is fee Wi-Fi available. It's at the boardwalk and one block from 7-11. It was for one night so we stayed.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Was not worth the price. We checked out early just to get out of there. The toilet backed up and started pouring out the toilet. They gave us an old dingy room that smelled like cigarettes, when asked to switch because we don't smoke and had a baby they claimed that didn't have any more rooms available. Staying at a motel would have been better than this place. Save your time, energy, and money. Don't stay here!

Clean room great price secured parking nice front desk. Wish the view was better but I'll take it.

It is in some need of some repairs, the wall in our room was peeling and the fan in the bathroom was very loud. But the room was very clean and staff was very friendly. I think for the price it was a good option. You can also smoke here which is the why we picked this hotel.

Days inn at Atlantic City was wonderful. Its a block from the beach. The rooms are huge. Very very clean as well. The service from the front desk to room service was top notch. Next time I go to AC im going to the same place. Thanks Days Inn for an awesome experience.

I arrived a bit early but my room was ready, which was nice. The hotel lobby and elevator were a bit dated and in need of some attention, but my room itself was nice and clean. The "breakfast" was very scant. Perhaps consider somewhere else if that's your reason for choosing this location.

Hotel looks nothing like the pictures… it was clean to the best of its ability. But it's just old and has a bad smell. Carpets need to be changed. Basically the hotel just needs to be remodeled. And where they offer a free breakfast, it's not existed! The lobby looks nothing like the picture. In fact is quite sad and the elevator is like something out of a horror movie. The people that work there were very nice. The major plus was the proximity to the beach. And there were no bed bugs!

You know. Sometimes you take a gamble with the cheapest hotel available. How bad can it be, right? I just need a bed and a shower. Well. The building had electrical issues causing a (very minor) fire and loss of power. We were woken up by the staff to evacuate the building in the morning after a late night out. Why it was staff and not a fire alarm alerting us is a scary thing to think about had we not heard the warning. We didn't get the opportunity to shower. They assured us that the power would be restored soon to try to save some business, which just left us in limbo not knowing if we had to deal with finding a last minute hotel or not. Of course that ended up not being true, the power would be out for days awaiting a major repair. We had to relocate hotels during our 2 night stay. Sure, things like this can happen anywhere. It's the way it was handled that is the differentiator. Despite all of this, the manager hold firm to only offer to cancel and refund the next day, and a 10% discount for the first day, despite being woken up to no power (or air conditioning), no shower, and an electrical fire causing evacuation of the building. Kevin, it is blatantly evident that you are more concerned with the bottom line than providing a good or fair service to your customers. I'll be processing a charge back through my credit card customer service.

Breakfast was just toast and cereal. No maid to clean our room. Cigarette burns in sheets.

If I could give less than one star I would. This was the worst hotel we've stayed in — the elevator and hallways smelled like marijuana and cigarettes even though we had a no smoking room. The rooms/hotel itself was extremely outdated. Our shower didn't drain so the bathtub filled up while we were showering in the gross tub. The price was outrageous for what we got ($240 for one night in a king bed). I read another review afterwards from someone stating there is a no refund sign at the front desk and I agree with him that they literally have to do that to maintain that business because every single person would ask for their money back after seeing & smelling the rooms.

The hotel was rundown and seemed dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was right on the boardwalk. I wouldnt stay there again. For the price it wasn't worth it to me.

We're regulars here everytime we make some money to go gamble at the casinos and we have never been disappointed with the small cozy place called the daysinn. While we did look for an ocean view room, we werent disappointed as the location is set right next to the motel. Also the front desk staff was really helpful and co-operative and check in didnt take too long… simplistic and easy living seems to be the motto of the place and it has us charmed al right!

Did I mention. Pot smoke in the hall. Unsafe elevator. Management not caring, would not give refund to comp anything. Nothing they can do about as anything. Light socket did not work well. Hole in floor. Microwave gross. Dried "something" on bed sheet. The list goes on and on.

Stayed there this past Saturday Night 1/9/16 with my buddy Dan. They had us up on the 4th floor with a balcony view of the boardwalk and you can easily see the ocean. While I agree with some other reviewers the place is a little dated but our room was very clean and smelled nice. It was so warm we sat out on the balcony having a couple drinks and snacks before heading out for the night. Not many rooms in AC with a Balcony? Considering most Saturday night rooms cost double the price or more we were very pleased and I'd definitely do it again. Its right between most of the casino's on the boardwalk so real convenient.

This hotel need a LOT of upgrades! No ADA kit for deaf/hard of hearing; Outlets are out of dated; Need more outlets; Musty smell; Outlet/hairdryer/light switch are right NEXT to shower; Ugly room; No closet; Vending machines located outside of building.

This hotel is a scam please do not use they took a canceled reservation to and still charge my account after management said it was canceled and still charged account a day later full price of room.

Booked a room with 3 beds in it. There was mold in the bathroom, cracks in the walls, sheets on the beds had stains in them and cigar burn marks, the doors are not maintained. The rooms are nothing like on the pictures. Some of the things could be fixed with some maintenance but it´s like they don´t give a sh*t. Would not stay there again.

Ocean view rooms actually just look at the parking lots behind all the actual ocean front places. If you climb on to the railing and stretch out as far as you can, you can see some blue. Meh.

I booked this hotel room last minute after I got scammed by a 3rd party booking service. After reading the reviews, I was skeptical about staying here. Eh, kids these days. ☹2. The room was clean, but our sink leaked a little onto the floor when the water was running. (room 371 if mgt is reading this) ☹3. There was a little mold or dirt in the corner by our air conditioner and in the corner on the floor in the bathroom. The hotel as a whole needs a tune up, but it's bearable. Also, bring conditioner/ lotion because they don't provide that. ☹4. The breakfast is small, but there were waffles, fruit, coffee, juice, and more stuff that I can't recall. Despite the sign that says "no food to be brought to rooms", we didn't have an issue bringing ours up. ☹5. The first lady we checked in with was kinda rude. ☹6. Worst place I've ever slept in, in my entire life. I couldn't believe that a place like this was open for service. There's mold and dirt. Omg just thinking about this place gives me nightmares. Naqeeb, the man in the front desk, was SO rude and unprofessional. He kept his eyes fixed on the TV behind me as I checked in. Why doesn't he just stay home instead of working there so he can watch TV all day? The "breakfast" that's included. Is a joke. Only ONE table is available for sitting, and the countertop for breakfast is like two feet long. Whatever "food" they have available (if any at all), needs to be eaten there, so I guess you'd have to eat your breakfast standing up while watching the TV with Naqeeb. I was so speechless, I went to the Tropicana casino's breakfast buffet instead. There's another Days Inn at 3000 Boardwalk, this is NOT the same place. My parents booked theirs at 3000 Boardwalk, and the service was SO much better. Valet parking and super friendly people. I did not leave any tip at my particular Days Inn, instead, I left a $20 at my parent's Days Inn! And I didn't even spend the night there! Please take my experience and do not book at the Days Inn at 169 S Kentucky Ave. Instead, book at the one in 3000 Boardwalk.

ROOM INFESTED WITH BUGS******** I never take the time to actually write reviews about the hotels I stay in, but this place is an exception. My husband and I travel a lot throughout the US and Europe, and this place is officially the worst hotel or motel we have ever stayed in. We can laugh about it now, but at the time it was awful. After a night of gambling at Borgata, we returned back to our room to find flying ants everywhere. They had gotten into the room through the A/C unit which we had left running during the day. They were everywhere — on the walls, in the bed, in our open suitcase, the bathroom. It was nasty! We informed the front desk manager, who refused to do anything about it except give us clean sheets. We asked to be refunded for the night or be transferred to another room, but he refused. He was actually extremely rude to us about the whole situation. There were way too many bugs in the room to try to kill them all, especially because they had gotten in the bed and behind the bed, so we just left and went to another motel. So in addition to the place being a run down, dirty hole in wall, they also have bug problems. And if you happen to get a room that has bugs, don't expect a refund or any other remedy from the hotel management. Good luck.
