Pleasantly pleased with this facility. Rooms are clean, reasonable rates, monitored parking, short walk to the boardwalk, staff is friendly and very accommodating. In fact, a gentleman came from behind the desk to assist us as we put luggage into our vehicle upon departure. We did not ask for assistance, the gentleman offered without hesitation. We need more customer service of this kind in our world; humans helping humans, without expectation. I would recommend this facility and will look to book future reservations at this location. My only recommendation would be to take an extension cord or power strip. This is an older facility and does not have a lot of extra outlets for our gadgets. I generally bring one, but I packed light for flight… or I tried to. :-/ Nonetheless, great stay and great time. Thank you, Best Western Envoy Staff and Team, great job!

Nice and comfy bed one block from the broad walk. Just make sure you bring your own bleach for the jacuzzi. I always wash them out but this time it really needed too be cleaned. I could tell staff didn't do it. I also thought they had an indoor pool not sure if it said it or not, if it did it isn't one.

From outward appearance it wasn't the best but the service was good. Price a little high but it was Atlantic City. The room was great. Was happy to see the improvements were in the room and not the lobby. Breakfast was good but extremely warm in the dining area. Location was good and could pick up the jitney for a ride to the Casinos. Overall a good experience.

Stay there overnight I must say I was very nervous about the Room. The price was not bad because it Was a overnight stay. We had a King size bed that was perfect for 2 Adults an 1 child. The Room was nice an Clean, only thing was a smell That I can not really think off what it was smelling like. But I would guess Smoke. They should work on getting the rooms aired out or use a good scent to clean the carpet. If I have to choose again I don’t might staying at the B. W Atlantic City again. We needed some late dinner for the night An the Front desk attendant send us up the Road 1st went to a place next to the Howard Johnson That was not impressive at all We decided to walk the opposite side An there we found Kelsey Soul food Restaurant Great service Great food.

We came down to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday so needed a decent place to stay that was not in a casino. This hotel fits the bill. Clean, well located just one block off boardwalk, complementary breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised. Would stay here again.

Staff is great able to pay with cash or Credit card and able to check in early Close to everything casino boardwalk 7-Eleven in fast food restaurants. The peir boardwalk is behind this hotel. Will definitely recommend and will definitely stay again. Nothing but good times.

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Envoy Atlantic City for our 2 year Anniversary which was purchased as a gift. The front desk staff worked with me to make sure this experience was perfect. We arrived very late for check in and we were accommodated with no issues. The room was clean and no matter what time of day I was able to get a nice hot shower. The bed was comfortable although we didn't sleep much. There is a convenient store across the street which was quite convenient. Hallways were a little tight almost like a cruise ship but what the heck we were on vacation at the beach so it worked. On the other hand the parking lot was really squeezed but if you are careful its cool because its free lol. Thank you Best Western Envoy for the great room rate and overall experience.

Great play to visit and stay. My husband and I have been vacationing here for the last 5 years. Nice and courteous staff, clean and like home hotel with free breakfast. Walking distance to beach and casinos. Love it!

Awesome lil out of the way hotel. Very clean and breakfast was amazing. Would stay here again for sure. Reception was fast and Ali was very helpful and friendly.

Great hotel for price. Nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast experience was excellent, good food and service. I would say not for a place for children, loud hallways and can smell what others are smoking!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is clean and smells good. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional and the service was great. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, appliances were updated and in good working order. Breakfast is included in your stay. The waffles were delicious but the eggs and sausages were not. Also the juices were watered down. However, the breakfast room was quaint and comfortable. Parking is available on site.

Great place for a hotel stay (s), Walking distance to major Casinos Resorts, Ceasars palace Ballys, Tropicana Showboat (for those that like to walk). Kelsey's Soul Food restaurant is right down the street on Kentucky Avenue from the Best Western Hotel. The breakfast is awesome to start your day 7 am to 10 am it comes with waffles, eggs, Pattie sausages, cold cereal and more. Clean rooms, Awesome amenities, clean rooms,, professional staff to see that your stay at The Best Western Envoy Hotel is a wonderful stay.

When you go to Atlantic City, there is a pretty good chance you are going to spend more time outside of the hotel than inside and that was the case for my stay at the Best Western Envoy Inn. With dinner at Kelsey's (which is a block away; the main reason for choosing this property) and a show at Harrah's, I needed something reasonable, and this fit the bill. To their defense, they can't control the area around them, but the neighborhood is not one I would want to walk around at night. The lobby looked more like that of a motel than a hotel. It was not welcoming at all. The room was decent, but the bed was too soft for my personal preference, as were the pillows. Beyond that, it was a good room, ideal for a one night stay. I wouldn't rule it out for a return trip for a similar purpose.

A little on the old side, but kept nice and clean. Breakfast a little below expectation, but both breakfast staff and front desk staff we're absolutely outstanding and accommodating in every way. Would recommend to anyone visiting AC that wants a cheap but quality place to stay.

Good place just to sleep. The heating does not work and at the desk the people who attend do not have control of the reservations generated on Expedia.

Clean, friendly, free delicious breakfast and coffee! Got in Friday afternoon and getting ready to check out (Sunday). Reasonable rates! 7-eleven is right next door, pizza place delivers and right down the street within walking distance, is a breakfast place that won't leave you hungry! Will definitely be keeping this out number one place for future visits!

For the money and location it was great. Nice and helpful staff, clean rooms. We got a suite with hot tub and it was very nice for 2. The room was huge. It's not their fault but Atlantic City is a little sketchy in the off months. Quite a few panhandlers.

I have no complaints about the Best Western Envoy. The hotel’s staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out was fast. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was also within walking distance to everything. I would stay at this hotel again.

The overall experience was nice. The hotel was scrappy on outside but when you go in the rooms are very nice. The people are friendly and kind no one bothers you. But it is somewhat in the hood. But everything is okay.

Hotel was quiet, very clean, nice rooms. Pleasant, helpful staff. Inexpensive when I was there on a Friday night, September. Close enough to everything with decent breakfast included. Would recommend this hotel for anyone.

My room was really very updated and nice. Easily as nice as any hotel at half again the price. On premise courtyard parking was important and they have it.

Good price and nice room for the loalisation. The room was clean, comfortable and to the taste of the day for decoration. We were well located close to the activities, the boardwalk, the beach and the casinos for a hotel without casino. We had about 2 mins walk in a small street, right next to the Irish pub. Lunch was complete (egg patty, sausage patty, bagel, toast, waffle, yogurt, juice, coffee, etc. ). The door is not well soundproof, you hear the guests walking and talking in the hallway. The comfort of the bed is OK without more, the sheets and towels very clean. The staff were courteous and smiling. I would recommend and would go back.

Room was very clean, staff was nice, quiet, and a 1 block walk straight to the boardwalk. Breakfast area was VERY hot! I was very happy with my stay, and I will be using this hotel next time I go to Atlantic city.

Good hotel close to the sea, you have to market a little for the casino, but beautiful services and prices more than correct, nice breakfast also:)

My wife and I stayed one night here and enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach and casinos. The room/bathroom was clean. The breakfast wasn't over the top but still good. Free parking was a nice touch. The room was a bit loud at night but it's AC so that's to be expected. I would recommend and stay here again.

Rooms were very nice and really clean. Any problem I had was solved right away. The free breakfast is also very good! It was only a block away from the boardwalk and was very easy to find and parking was a breeze. It's also across a 7/11 if you want to get midnight snacks!

This was my second time staying at the best western envoy and again it was a great experience. The front staff and the breakfast staff was extremely professional, courteous and attentive. The rooms were in great condition and fairly spacious. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

I loved my stay here. The staff was great and the rooms were very clean. The cleaning committee thoroughly did their jobs. No bugs. No dust. No mold. Great air conditioner. Great breakfast. Great beds. Ample amount of tissue, towels, pillows and blankets. Everything smelled fresh. The front desk clerks were also very helpful as well.

For the friendliness of its employees, total cleanliness, good breakfast, good prices and best of all one feels like family.

Outside a bit outdated the interior is all the reverse. Very good hotel, excellent value for money.
Very well located a 5 minute walk from the Boardwalk. Spacious, comfortable and cosy room. Refrigerator, microwave, toilet towels available. Air conditioning Ok. Breakfast OK The room was very good.

With the exception of many cop cars blasting their sirens, the area is really seedy, this hotel definitely isn't. Front desk isn't really that much of a front desk per se, but they will receive packages & hold your mail for you. :) Ali who works there is a pretty good fellow. Small business center right in the lobby, continental breakfast from 7 am to 10 am, fairly decent fitness center (these are on the second floor). Did I also mention there's a 7-11 right next door, drive and walk time to area casinos and local points is really good, and that its a good value for your money? Only real issue we had was the hotel phone didn't work. A good value for the money.

This hotel was chosen because it was close to an event. There are a few of my participants in this area. The room has reached the desired Best Western-clean and spacious with a microwave and a small fridge. The king-size bed was very clean, but the mattress was very hard. The rooms are quiet, the TV and the Internet are very good. Overall, everything is fine. I think I should be aware that this is the exception, because the price of this room is not cheap, even if there is a AAA discount. Although I like the ' rain ' spread of the sprinkler, whenever the shower is noisy, annoying high-pitched scream. And in a small room it was very uncomfortable. The only good thing about this is that the bathroom exhaust fan is powerful and helps relieve discomfort. It's strange. Second time. The quality of my once Matsk is a bit disappointing for a free breakfast available. Best Western hotels in terms of price/performance, and other hotel chains compete with them, they just need to improve their products. Because I don't want to simply eat a lot of bread. One thing in the morning is I'm looking for Beckson. I was 3 weeks ago last one of the best Western not even offered. This hotel gives a ' Jakubowski ' machine to come here. So I think I'll give it a try. I pressed a button on the taste and all came out to my bowl to have to snap the gray water and several grains Beckson, most of which splashed out to the outside of the pathogen. Very disappointed.

Nightmare on christmas. Stayed with my family and extended family over the Christmas holiday. My new born cousin was bitten on the eyelid by a bedbug. 3 of the 4 rooms we stayed in were infested with bedbugs. Not a fun Christmas when the family is woken up to bedbugs crawling over their back. Had to throw away a lot of clothes as bugs were crawling over our pajamas. Manager was not there to help, only front desk clerk offered us a refund. Never have been so disgusted in my life. Will never stay at this hotel again as I do not want bedbugs crawling over my children. Hopefully never happens to another family.

Very nice, clean room with all the amenities you could need. (Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. ) Location wasn't the best, but was within minutes driving time of most the casinos. Would definitely recommend!

All I can say is that this hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The room me & my husband stayed in was so nice, neat, CLEAN, and very well put together. I'll recommend you to stay here!

Walking distance to outlets & casinos. I wouldn't say that the area is the safest, but it's ok. I did walk alone to the outlets once, and lived to tell the tale. I would not recommend anyone to stay here alone. Some of the people staying have no manners and customer service isn't the greatest. Overall, my experience there was fairly ghetto.

From the outside it looked like a motel. But after reading recent reviews from a last min decision to head to altantic city for the weekend. The desk clerk was really nice after me asking him 21 questions (lol) very clean hallways looks like a beach hotel setup but I have happy with the room and the stay plus saved some coins from the economic rate for a holiday weekend travel.

This hotel is right across the street from an abandoned building and the cops were just out checking it out and people were inside and I've seen 12 cop cars ride past since nighttime came.

It was a nice hotel to stay in. They don't have a huge staff but the staff is nice. I stay in the regular king size bedford room. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's a clean hotel. Next time I will spend the extant for the room with the jacuzzi.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste any more of your time choosing an Atlantic City hotel at a reasonable price, I 've done the leg work for you, pinky promise.

Excellent, hidden gem in Atlantic City. Very clean and well maintained. 2 minutes from the boardwalk and 10 minutes from the Tanger Outlets shopping. If you don't want to stay in the casinos, this is an inexpensive option. I go every year to a convention at the AC Convention Center. I book in advance online and always get a discounted price. They just re-furnished all the rooms in summer 2014 and it looks very nice. Breakfast is cereal/pancakes/yogurt/fruit/muffins/coffee — typical for one of these places. Also a small fitness room. 7 Eleven next door is handy. No complaints from me.

Paid $80 per night for single room. Everything is perfect.

Ok hotel in AC if your looking to go down with some friends and spend a few hrs sleeping. Short walk to taj, showboat, and resorts.

For a 2 Diamond listing on Best Western's website, this hotel is VERY underrated! Only a few blocks to the boardwalk, within walking distance to casinos, and a 7-Eleven right next door, you couldn't get a better deal! Price was a little steep, but thats expected at any hotel outside of Absecon on a Saturday night. The staff was very friendly, and the room was surprisingly nice, from the bed, to the desk, and professional executive chair, it came with all the bells and whistles. I just wish I knew that there was a business center there cause I really could have used it, but I guess that was my fault for not asking. The parking situation could use some help but our car was fine so I am not complaining. Overall a great experience, Dominoes Pizza also delivered right to our room door.
