Great staff, nice rooms, conveniently located near the Orange Loop, and casinos.

Great place to stay I enjoyed the time I stayed from 10-08 to 11 will return the staff was the best.

Awesome customer service and a great play to stay with family and friends.

While the staff is amazing i’m highly disappointed in my most recent stay. My A. C. Didn’t work maintenance was in my room every day for the 4 day stay. Had to reset the a. C. Compressor for the room 4 times in a 4 day stay. My car was broken into and the hotel has “no cameras” facing their lot that you pay for. I contacted police filed a police report and called corporate this morning. The lady was beyond rude and her excuse was “oh well cameras don’t even help when a bank is robbed”?!? Um what … last time I check we were discussing a bank robbery we were discussing my private property parked in your lot that I paid for and you don’t care. I’ll never stay here again or any courtyard at that. My suggestion is don’t park here if you stay there cause there’s no guarantee that you car won’t be damaged. Oh and front desk acted like this happens all the time saying “yea people will check locks and steal your stuff”

Excellent concierge service… we pulled right up to the entrance and valet took our car without any problems… the Valet was super sweet and was very knowledgeable about the jitneys and cabs… making up feel very comfortable.

I have a wonderful time there. The staff there very friendly & attentive.

I was here today for a training. The staff is not professional. I waited 10 mins to pay for my ticket for parking because they were short staff. After paying, I had to wait another 10 mins to get my car because their was not valet attendant. No sense of urgency.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. My first day there was great! Staff go out of their way to welcome you! On my second day I ordered a caramel macchiato with coconut milk from the bistro in the hotel lobby. After leaving the hotel to go out sightseeing and visit a few places nearby, I found that the macchiato was sour and had to pour the whole thing out! On my third day when I mentioned it to the gentleman at the cash he told me that he would tell th…e girls who make the cappuccinos and lattes but clearly he didn’t or they didn’t do anything about it! The fourth day I mentioned it to the front desk clerk and when she checked the coconut milk the expiry date said January and it is now April! So glad I didn’t get sick but not happy about the fact that I had to pay for it and was offered no refund or credit even though it was obvious that the coconut milk was bad! Not about the money but the principle. On my fourth day I went to do laundry. I put a load of clothing into one of the dryers and put my $1.75 in to run it for a half hour. It seemed to be running but maybe it was the vibration from the machine next to it. When I went back my clothing was still wet and I lost my $1.75! Luckily the gentleman from maintenance was there and went back and got me my $1.75 but I had to wait another 45 minutes for the other dryer to dry my clothing before I could go out!

Great location and staff. Room comfortable as well as bed. BUT… first Marriott that could hear folks in room across hall walking in heels in their bathroom. Paper thin doors and walls.

Not my favorite Marriott property but the staff are nice. They were very quick to fix the thermostat when it didn't work. My dislike for the vibe is strictly due to location. For instance, I've never seen a sign about stealing at any Marriott but I saw one here. Prices seemed higher on items in the market but again it's AC. Other than location specific vibes, it was a nice hotel. Clean.

Price was decent for a night in AC. We had a car and most places worth going to are less than 10 minutes away. Hotel staff was great. Our room was clean and was equipped with coffee maker and mini fridge. Walls might be a little thin but otherwise our stay was excellent. Bistro in the lobby was nice and had plenty of space.

Horrible! It took over one hour to get our rooms ready. Check in is at 4pm, we got there 3.45pm and they didn't check us in until 5pm. Front desk staffs could not tell us what is going on. All he kept saying is "it will be ready in ten minutes" Ten minutes turned into 1.15hours. This hotel needs better staffs with good customer service skills. No one said we are sorry for once. Also, television is not working in one of our room. And I was told that connection is poor in some of their rooms by the same staff. Second day here, room, still no TV. Kids can't watch TV. I won't stay here again.

It's a pretty nice and convenient hotel. There is forced valet parking for $12 a day which can be a pain, but calling ahead in the morning before walking out of the room and they'll have it ready by the time you get downstairs. Room is plenty nice and clean. They provide HBO Go, though it did not work for me. Fridge also didn't work. And they charge $3 for each packet of coffee you use, so essentially per cup, which is ridiculous considering it is free at every other hotel. Overall, it's a fine place to stay in AC.

The check in process was very smooth. The front desk gave us great recommendations for dinner. The room was clean and all the staff was so friendly. The bistro down stairs had great food with amazing staff! The only complaint I have is that I wish there was free coffee in the rooms. Overall a great experience!

It's a nice hotel, and close to the boardwalk. Has a good fitness center, but no pool that I could find. Other than that, great rooms and a great experience.

Small Hotel but very comfortable! Above all the beds are great, it's a little far from the noise as it is heading towards the Atlantic City lighthouse. It draws attention that looking for it for the first time is difficult because it hides among the highest hotels on the street.

I'm very mad, I was just in this location today. And as soon as l got home, I checked my car's camera. Only to find out how careless and unprofessional the Valet personnel is. The worths drivers, no respect for others property. The video shows how they just speed up with my car and hit a speed bump. Not once or twice but every time I used the valet. UNBELIEVABLE! And I was so kind to tip them every time they moved my car. Overall the staff were very welcoming and nice. The place was very clean, I didn't like the bed, not comfy. Also, you must pay for everything you consume in the room"Water $5, bags of Coffee $3". The bar is okay, but to expensive, A small cup of margarita on the rock $10.

The King room was spacious, clean and had almost all the amenities I prefer, (no microwave) One of the three elevators was out if service so having to wait on a lift was taxing due to the hotel being at capacity but it was only a minor irratation. Check-in was swift and though I think having to pay to park at a place you're paying to stay is ridiculous and robbery… the valets were prompt and courteous.

Very nice and beautiful interior design. There's chipper staff so that's always nice. Just a tad unfortunate the rooms don't come with toiletries other than for showers. Also, better come here with money to spare lol. Overall good experience.

High quality hotel in the manner of all Courtyard hotels. However ironically there's no actual "courtyard" on premises. Despite that I still give it 5 stars. I ate breakfast there and used the more than adequate fitness center twice on my weekend stay. Easy jitney ride to Boardwalk Hall.

Clean rooms (except the shower glass where it meets the shower tile was mildewed) Fitness room was nice. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Front desk and valet staff were super nice.

Only 3 stars because it doesn't have an indoor pool or a real restaurant just self service walk up order at the bar. The rooms were nice. The staff very friendly and helpful.

I love this place because even though it's kind of in the heart of the city you still very secluded still. It's clean, comfortable, and also very affordable. Did I mention the cafe inside is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the food is amazing!

Hotel was cool undergoing renovation due to a flood, no free parking for guest $10.69 a day. Loved the Paul Mitchell products. Should offer breakfast though.

What started out as a nice mini vacation turned bad quickly, though no real fault of the hotel… just that they need to have better communication in situations like this. We checked in everything was lovely, we want out for a few hours and came back to a water main rupture which caused the elevators to be flooded and of course not operational. We were on the 10th floor! We were told by maintenance (no mention from the front desk) that we would have to go through the kitchen and use the employees stairs to reach our room. This was no easy task, but we made it back to our room, where we listened to workers and maintence people all night long going up and down the corridors. (I assume working on the elevators) Needless to say we did not sleep much.
Once we got downstairs in the morning the staff was extremely apoplectic and nice. The managers comped our room and breakfast as well as everyone elses who were inconvenienced. This really surprised me! They lost a ton of money, but gained respect for doing the right thing and a customer who will stay with them again next time we are in AC.

This hotel is conveniently located my several casinos and great restaurants in Atlantic City. The bed is extremely comfortable and the curtains are so good at 8:30 in the morning my room was still completely dark with the curtains closed. My only real complaint is the hotel bar only being open from 5-10. My stay was in December and after a certain point in the evening it was too cold to be going out. I just wanted to hang out at the hotel bar with my guests.

Amazing staff, beautiful inside. You are treated extremely well and you can tell that everyone working there really wants to provide an exceptional experience. The lobby is super nice with a great bar. The rooms are very nice and way nicer than what you would expect for the rates of the rooms here. It is a great value and I would stay here anytime I'm in A. C.!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Absolutely nothing to complain about! The room was clean, had all the amenities, and was very cozy. The staff was very helpful as well. I would be happy to return again.

Pretty standard courtyard rooms. No pool, which seems silly for Atlantic City. My AC/heating unit wasn’t working. They sent someone and he fixed it. The service at the Bistro is horrible though! I️ wanted to get my comped glass of wine and had to leave because the bartender was yelling at people! And I’m not one to turn down free wine! Then in the morning the woman was rude and also kinda yelling! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Right across the street the AC Bar and Grill has great service and good food. I️ also recommended Gilchrist for breakfast as well. The blueberry waffles are amazing.

Easy check in. Satisfactory room. Back doors were out of service so you had to walk around building to get anything from your car. Outside side garden was full of trash. Very unsightly. Charged for parking. No free parking in the area.

Enjoyed my stay at The Courtyard by Marriott in Atlantic City. I was there for work and needed an affordable clean nice room. This fit the bill on all accounts. The staff was nice and answered my questions for dinner. Good night and price. Parking was additional 12$

Good location and that's all. Atlantic City very bad replicas of Vegas. The hotel is very old and the rooms are bad. The breakfast offered little choice and the organization of the hotel Sucks.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was very clean and comfortable! The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. We were placed in a room equipped for someone who was handicapped. The bathroom had no counter space which was a real drawback! The staff was very friendly and helpful! We also enjoyed being only 5 minutes from the boardwalk! I would stay there again!

I liked the room but I kept hearing toilets flush and water running all night long. Housekeeping sucked we left the room about 10:00am and came back about 4:30pm and no housekeeping has been to our room yet she then finally showed up about 5:00 and I wasn't ready to leave the room again after walking the board walk for 6 hours. We stayed on the 9th floor and the hallway was hot and the elevators are very slow. The ice machine was broken and had to go down to the next floor for ice.

Clean and comfortable space but the queen beds advertised in the double bedrooms were significantly smaller than presented. Also the house keeping was extremely unpredictable and it seemed like they knew exactly when we would be sleeping during the day so they wouldn't have to clean. The staff was very friendly. The location was close to alot of cool places and had a couple cute amenities like the ATM, computers and airport printing stations that made our stay easy and good.

Would have given it a 5 star but they just lack a robe. The services were great and they followed my instructions and all. Had a good view of the city and the beach. It was great and I enjoyed my stay. I will always pick Marriott as my 1st choice.

Great staff, nice place. Incredibly expensive tho. I was unfortunately sick the entire weekend so didn't get to explore or enjoy any amenities, but the beds were clean & comfortable, like the rooms. Excellent climate control. Lovely bathrooms. Wished there was a microwave tho.

I usually enjoy my stays at Marriotts but this would probably be the worst one yet. Elevators are slow, like waiting 10 mins for one slow. No room service. I asked for an extra blanket and they said they didn't have any until I pushed them about how ridiculous that is, (finally got one). Then they wouldn't bring it to my room. The lobby was littered with drinks And food from the night before way past 10 am. We found a pair of someone else pants behind the curtain, (housekeeping is not good). The morning front desk was great but the night staff makes u feel like u are bothering them.

We had a meeting Saturday everything went well well the staff is good to us I will recommend at Marriott to anybody well. Marriott.

Located just off the boardwalk within walking distance to a few casinos. Rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. Overall a nice place to stay in AC.

The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are small, but pleasant. The room that we were in had no microwave and the $109/night did not have brrakfast included, which was a bummer. The place is 10 minutes away walking from the beach, however the area doesn't look safe at night. There are quite a few restaurants, bars and mini markets closeby, so you can supply your needs. It has a bistro at the ground level and valet parking. All in all the Courtyard is good for getting your beauty sleep, however the lack of a swimming pool, spa and last, but not least, the lack of a microwave in the room was unusual.

Hotel room was nice. I was given the option between a low floor and high floor which was appreciated. The room was ready earlier than I was led to believe and extra towels were provided. The valet service was convenient and not too expensive. The location to the boardwalk and casinos was worth the price.

Courtyard was a clean and comfortable environment. The distance from the grey hound drop of point to the hotel wasn't bad. The Jitney bus was available right outside the stop I got off (Bally's). Also the staff is very welcoming and curtious. They have a indoor bar like area for something to snack ok. A lounge area comfortable and equipped with a TV and small dinning area. The elevators are clean and moves in a timely manner. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The beds was nice soft and white, with lots of pillows. The carpet was soft and clean to walk barefoot if need be. The bathrooms was organized with everything needed. Wash cloths, facial towels and body towels all white and clean for use. The shower head had great Water pressure as well as the bathroom sink. Room had adjustable thermostat for temperature comfort. HDTV with some basic cable channels with options to rent movies. Great experience, I will return.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and everything in the room was easy to function. It also had great water pressure from the sink and shower. It's in a great location just a shortt stroll from the shore. I absolutely loved my stay! Just something to keep in mind is that the parking is $10/day.

Super responsive & friendly staff. I stay here 3 or 4 times each summer; and have yet to be disappointed.

The price of the room is quite reasonable. I was a bit disappointed that the parking was 10 bucks a day. Rooms are fairly large and seemed quite clean. I have two issues with the room. The first was the bed. The sheets were not fitted so they move and bunch up making the bed less comfortable then it should be. The second is the drains in the shower and sink. The water doesn't drain very well and fills both very quickly. The three star rating though was for safety. The area is not very good and the back doors are unsecured. I went to the bistro and got some dinner, on the way back I had a guy by the elevators ask for money and even try to get on the elevator with me. If I were a woman traveling alone I don't think I would feel very safe. The elevators are at the back of the hotel and the front desk can't keep an eye on it.

Great staff and room quality. No free parking. Valet was $10.70 per night which isn't bad. For the hotel price, we honestly should have received free parking. No complimentary breakfast either.

I had the best experience! As a young woman staying alone in AC for the night I was concerned about safety. The area isn't best but the hotel is safe, clean and has a great staff. Everything was seamless! The bar is a great addition. They called me a cab in the morning. I definitely recommend staying here when visiting AC.

Everyone was very friendly… Valet guys were awesome… I just bought a new vehicle the week before & they said we will take good care of it… Not only did they take good care of it but if we went out & used the new car. They put it right back in the spot it was in well worth the $20. Tip I gave them… Very close proximity to the boardwalk & beach… Asked about places to eat & they all were very helpful… Would & will go back to this place again… Great staff & a very pleasant experience… Oh & I enjoyed their gym as well… Oh 1 thing, we had problem with air conditioning in the room we called & 10 minutes later they were knocking on our door & 10 minutes after that our a/c was working…

I have stayed at this hotel 8 times over the last 2 years and plan on staying there again next week. I love everything about this hotel. The Valet staff, the Front desk staff, the bar and restaurant staff are all absolutely amazing. They accommodate everything you need, they are nice and courteous. The hotel is always clean and quite. The only thing they need is an awesome pool ;) I would recommend this hotel to anyone. With the major decline in the Atlantic City environment when I come from outside into this hotel I immediately feel safer, cleaner, and happy. Keep doing what your doing folks!
