Between plunging my own toilet because it completely broke to having to file a fraud charge because they charged me in May for a February stay I can’t say anything good about this place. The staff seemed really nice at first but then when we got a weird charge from them several months after our stay they started acting in a way that felt shady. The person at the front desk told my husband that the card reader hadn’t been working for nearly 4 months and that’s why we weren’t charged until May. The problem with that is we were charged in February and had the receipt to prove it. They still didn’t do anything so I had to file a fraud charge with my bank. I wasn’t expecting a ritzy hotel but I expected a bit of courtesy and maintenance.
They offer you to look at your room before hand please do that. The bathroom was the worst I had ever seen in a motel mildew, I put a towel on the shower floor before I stepped in to take a shower. Had to call front desk twice to fix the cable because they have the remote to control it after I called and the man came twice he just gave me the remote I guess so I wouldn't keep calling that's a scam because most will say forget it the TV doesn't work. I left at 8am to search for a new room so that I could shower. The fridge was dirty no effort put in to give people a little of what they pay for. Will NEVER go there again try the other places surrounding it first.

No stars you might as well be sleeping outside. Flies attacked me in my sleep. Towels in the bathroom were stained. Barely any water coming out of showerhead and water coming from the sink had black flecks in it. Please, do not waste your hard earned money here!
