Upon arrival I found the hotel to be clean comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff could have been a lot friendlier. The following day I noticed there was a water leak in the bathroom sink where the water ran to the floor. It was late so I didn't bother anyone with it. The guest above us was very noisy esp early in the morning. Finally on our last day my friend was rushing during checkout and had left my luggage in the room! We didn't realize it until we arrived home 3 hours away. We called the hotel and they confirmed that it was there. What's so disappointing is that if they were more competent and caring they would've called my phone to tell me I had left my bag and we could've went right back to get it. So now they tell me I need to send a shipping label to get my bag! The hotel porter was mopping the entire floor and then posting a wet floor sign when we were checking out. So you had to walk out cautiously before you broke your neck. Poor work ethics and poor customer service. I definately didn't get my money's worth! And it was my Birthday.
Smells new. Beds are super comfy and may consider buying one of these beds. I overslept and almost missed breakfast. Breakfast was mediocre.

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The morning breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold items that were good.
