We love this place, its extremely clean, the owners are really friendly. Coffee & Tea available, pastrys for breakfast. I had a better nights sleep in their bed than I do in my own! We would highly recommend the Guest Lodge.

Basic, clean non-smoking A/C rooms, nice comfortable mattresses for a good night's sleep, free parking and Wi-Fi, pool, mini powdered donuts with coffee/tea in the office for breakfast. Near to Bass River for kayaking, close to mini-golf, restaurants, beaches, short drive to Hyannis and not far from Provincetown. Great to stay here again for summer 2018 and see that the wonderful and attentive owners have kept the place in good condition! Let them know ahead If you need to be on 1st floor due to any medical condition and can't climb one small set of steps. Hoping there will be pastries next time!

Very nice for the price. The owner David was awesome what ever we needed he was there to help at any time of the day.

Not a good experience! First the online prices are a lie! Booked for $68 but when arrived it was $97! False advertisement! Next the beds are horrible! Stiff like sleeping on a box spring, they need to spend money on the beds! My wife slept at the table with her head on a pillow.! I was so pissed. The TV cut off by itself every hour, this is Basically a Boom Boom Hotel with a small pool. The only good thing was it was a clean room.

Good, no more no less. Parking view are the best rooms for view.

Very friendly staff and management! Clean rooms, comfy beds, cable, free Wi-Fi, coffee, muffins, doughnuts. Near everything and everyone we wanted to see. A hidden gem and just what you'd want to pay when all you're going to do is sleep and shower and leave each morning… there's a pool too. And it's quiet! We asked for extra pillows and received them in 3 minutes, our 'fridge was lukewarm. It was replaced and our drinks were ice cold. We have been going to the Cape for years and this was the best find. We will be going back!

Just a thank u for always a wonderful stay at the Guest Lodge… We have been so happy with the small but very clean an neat accomidations every time we stay… They have a fridge an hairdryer… lil soaps an shampoo an other great finishing touches! Its our annual 4th of july stay… an other times thru the year. The pool is gorgeous an clean an the people that run it are SO NICE… great coffee in the morning an small pastrys… And. Plenty if icecan't wait to go back sometime this summer.

There isn't much to do in Dennis itself, but the motel was cute and had what we needed. Quiet and relatively private outdoor space. Small, clean pool.

David and Lisa, new owners, were very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and well kept. Glad for refrigerator, bath heater was nice touch, flat screen TV had all cable channels. Will come again!

Had a good stay here while visiting cape cod in October room was clean with a kitchenette.

Wonderful place. Very clean and we'll maintained. Centrally located, very reasonable rates. With no worry about bed bugs as the mattress and box springs are completely enclosed in plastic. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Very pleasant stay overall thank you kabal and Kevin at Guest Lodge.

My wife and I stayed last summer here and was a great place. The rooms are very clean and the service was good. Plus there's a pool that always be open that allows you to enjoy the beautiful sun. I truly recommend it to everyone for a stay when visiting or vacationing in west dennis ma.
