Lovely staff, clean rooms, short stay was well worth it. Will certainly use again.

It is a great spot for the night. Montana club next door great food.

I was pleasantly surprised. Room Decor was updated, front desk staff was super friendly. Beds were a little firm for my liking, but everything was clean. Breakfast is Continental. Beds are queen-size.

Visit was okay but they only had shampoo no conditioner, all other motels we stayed at had both. Day we left water was dripping down through light onto the toilet from 3rd floor. They didn't apologize or say they were sorry. Lady didn't even seem to care, man was concerned for the motel. We didn't want to use toilet after that, a minor inconvenience.

Reserved a pet room. When I got there none avaliable. Lady say I screwed up your reservation and was sorry, the manager Frank was standing right there so I said what should I do he says I don't care what you do but find another hotel. I got a refund and went to staybridge in and suites half mile from there very nice people and no extra charge for pet room. Frank at Super 8 is an ass.

The worst customer service I've ever had. I stay at 3 hotels a week and when calling Frank he said he would take corporate payment and 5 minutes later wanted a credit card for triple the price. Ridiculous.

Good breakfast, no meat. Room was clean and comfortable, no place in our room to hang clothes.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Very nice staff and reasonable pricing. Free coffee, Wi-Fi, and continental breakfast. Close to highway and restaurants. I will book again.

The staff was very nice and helpful! Our room was clean and looked newer than a lot of places we stayed at on our road trip. The only thing I would like to see them do is put some warmers in for eggs and breakfast meat.

DOGS forbidden on grass area I find it rather comical visitors to the Facebook page are unable to post a picture circulating on the internet advising patrons to walk their dogs in the truck parking area. Because so many people use the grassy areas of the hotels and motels. If Super 8 is worried about picking up the dog poop then be logical catering to your customers by installing a pet cleanup station because every business needs an expense. Easy to budget and easy to maintain, but apparently this hotel would much rather you gamble the safety of yourself and beloved dog by keeping them in high traffic areas. Have a nice day.

Nice. Employees are friendly, breakfast was good, and the rooms are clean. Wish the beds were more comfortable, but overall it was a nice experience.

My dad is really cheap so when we travel he likes to get one of the cheapest hotels in the area. I was at first worried when I saw the outside of the building, it looked like all of the other run down hotels we go to but the inside is clean! This is rare with our price range! I feel safe to take a shower and sleep on the bed. But the beds are on the harder side so to those that need back support, this is not the hotel for you. Overall it was great!

Stay away! What a complete disaster! First of all, for a non-smoking establishment, the place reeked of tobacco. I thought we had wandered into an all night poker game. The bed was the hardest most, uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on in any motel — ever. The noise level through the paper thin walls kept us up most of the night as we could nearly make out entire conversations from other rooms. I've stayed at dozens of Super 8 motels over the years and have always had a good experience, but this one in Missoula? Not even close. However, the staff was very polite and nice. It made me feel bad to tell them their motel was terrible. My advice: Don't even think about it. Update: After reviewing my complaint, Super 8 Manager contacted me and expressed her sincere apologies for our experience. Her apology was heartfelt and honest for which she deserves credit. Bad behavior of other guests is tough to control and not very common. If she can fix the uncomfortable bed, we may stay there again.

Stayed here while passing through and was glad I did. The staff were very friendly and exceeded my expectations of a super 8 motel. Breakfast was good, its not the hampton inn or marriott but fulfilled its needs. The rooms were clean and spacious. Pet fees werent insane like the other hotels in the area. All in all, its a hotel, it served its purpose and didnt make a huge dent in our budget.
