This was perfect… the staff were great, the pool and hot tub hit the spot after a long day of driving. The breakfast was fantastic. Scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausages and biscuits n'gravy. Sorry, french toast too. We would love to be a guest here again!

I love Ruby's. Always clean and comfortable. The people are nice. They usually have soup and popcorn available in the evening and always a great breakfast. There are a variety of other eating places close by. Prices are a little higher in the summer than in the winter but still in the realm of reasonable. Enjoy your stay!

Had a very rude experience, I got a old hotel feeling while I was there was it worth the price. Whatever you do don't let them put you by the pool in the summer, you all get to bed till at least 11:00. I Won't be staying there again.

I had a very pleasant experience. Some friends and I stopped to grab breakfast. The service was fast the coffee was good and the food was great for the price point. I would definitely eat here again.

The beds are hard as rocks! Impossible to get a decent night's rest! I am shocked at the amount of dust and dirt along the edges of the room and the mold in the shower! They need to deal with the hard water deposits so you can actually get a decent shower! The breakfast was fairly good and the price for your stay is great! I do love the area behind the hotel along the creek!

Very large clean rooms. Great staff. Beautiful area. Creek right behind Inn. Hot tub is year round.

The rooms are pretty decent and affordable. It's not a hilton but better then econo-lodge down the street. We stay here because it's only about $100 with a pretty good breakfast.

I've stayed at a lot of motels and hotels over the years, from really nice to extremely budget-friendly. I understand that hotels have to take care of total strangers, and everyone has a different level of comfort regarding cleanliness, maintenance, noise, etc. The things that are important to me are 1) Clean 2) Quiet and 3) Dark. In that order. Bed comfort is subjective, so I deal with what I get. Don't care too much about styles and whether things look dated. Ruby's is unfortunately the 3rd worst I've stayed at. This was the first time I've found a toilet that not only wasn't clean, but had fecal matter stuck to the porcelain above the water line. Not just a little speck either. Wiped down the sink and had a dirty rag afterward. Water ran cold for a while, then came up scalding while I was in the shower. Fixtures are not the modern burn-preventing type. Fingerprints all over the mirrors, walls dirty, musty smell from cigarettes. Smoke alarm hanging by the wires. Woke up due to partiers around 1am and older thin walls; I forgot to look at the alarm before I went to bed and of course it blasted on at midnight. Who uses a bedside alarm anymore? It was very dark though, which was nice. No bedbugs. Price at $120 was not a good value, even in tourist season, I've stayed at $25 motels that were at least clean.

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and our room was perfectly clean. The best part was the complimentary breakfast. There was a very good selection of food — — pancakes, French toast, eggs, beef hash, oatmeal and sausage. It was delicious and by far the best breakfast we have had at an inexpensive motel! We will definitely be staying here again!

I can't say enough good things about this place! Everyone who works here is so kind and welcoming, especially to our larger dog. They are very pet friendly and have a nice area to walk dogs and hang out outside behind the inn. We've stayed in many hotels, but this is by far our favorite. It's also by far the best hotel breakfast! Hot and a wide variety. The rooms are simple, but always clean and you really can't beat the low prices! We highly recommend staying here, especially if you have a dog.

Very nice front staff and quick check-in process. The ice machine is out and the staff goes out of their way to bring guests ice at their room. I'm pretty impressed with the room as well, very clean and comfortable. The cleaning crew even left a note telling me to have a great day, which I thought was a nice, personal touch. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the hot tub wasn't as clean as it should have been. Very good experience and I will most definitely be back.

Great staff super friendly big beds very clean rooms and nkt to mention the great breakfast definetly will be staying here again soon.

The room was wonderful the only issue we had was the maids were having a strange day and we checked in they told us our room was clean so we go to unpack and there is a maid in our room, whatever we go fiddle far around for a few hours and come back and there are maids getting ready to go clean our room again. Other than that it was wonderful. We had the honey moon suite and it had a beautiful view of the river out on the balcony.

From the outside, it didn't look like too much. But as soon as we stepped in, we were pleasantly surprised. It's the cleanest, friendliest hotel we've probably every stayed at. We will stay at Ruby's in every time we stay in Missoula. Definitly recommend it.

We reserved a room 2 weeks in advance. Never stayed before so didn't know what to expect. Good location, very nice, comfortable rooms, nice area in back for relaxing, or having a picnic. Anytime we go to Missoula we will definitely stay at Ruby's. Best place we have ever stayed in, in Montana.

This is a really nice hotel. They have one of the best breakfast meals I have ever seen at a hotel. This place is worth the stop.

Great rooms great people and Atmosphere for all to enjoy.

The interior is slightly dated, but very homey. I enjoyed my stay and am excited about the new restaurants opening next door. The service is always fantastic. The employees are the friendliest around! I think they could update their interior a bit and really be the best in town!

We enjoyed our stay. It wasn't plush by any means but the room was in good condition and clean. Breakfast was also good. Your basic hash browns, scrambled eggs, sausage, ect. But while the food was basic, it was well prepared with good flavor and served on real plates. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Great hotel for its price range. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Somehow I initially was placed in a smoking room and could definitely tell the moment I opened the door. It definitely was not a subtle scent. I went to the front desk and was placed in a non smoking rooms. 100 times better. I guess if you're a smoker it might not be so bad but I highly suggest non smokers be sure to book non smoking rooms because they didn't ask when booking.

We were assigned our room number, tried the keys they gave us, neither would work. Went back to the desk, got two new ones and got into the room. Not even 5 minutes later did they assign somebody else to our exact room and had somebody walk in. It was very uncomfortable and hope that this doesn't happen again. Just glad we were in there, and our personal belongings were still safe. — — Other than that, the breakfast was the best we've had at all hotels we've stayed at.
