Only a few miles away from Kings Island made our choice an easy one. The room was nice with a full kitchen, sitting area, and a spacious desk. Two minor issues: The room seemed damp The place of the toilet paper holder was very close to the toilet The room was clean, the breakfast was hot, the staff was courteous and friendly.

Great customer service. Hotel looked nice on the outside, but our room windows were very dirty and were missing a screen. It also smelled like smoke.

A literal drunken party outside. No towels in the pool area… they were floating in the water with light up necklaces. Breakfast area was full of people drinking. Giant sign said welcome soccer teams, so possibly don't plan for the disaster, but coffee was out, cookies gone, and lemonade was out. Can't wait to see what a disaster breakfast will be. We are shocked at a usually nice chain.

This hotel is fine. It's not anything fancy but works for a quick overnight stay. The employees are nice and friendly. The main factor we didn't like was the over whelming smell of smoke when we entered the room. We asked to change rooms but none were available and so, they gave us a can of air freshener. They also suggested opening the windows. The windows wouldnt stay open and one didn't have a screen so we weren't able to do that either. It's also pretty noisy but we kept the fan going all night which covered all the noise. Breakfast was good though and the employees are great! Just wish it was a little cleaner and fresher.

Beautiful & very clean! Every room is a “suite” with a full kitchen. My family and I enjoyed ourselves very much!

While TownePlace Suites was typically nice as it should automatically be because it is Marriott, the situation was minorly inconvenient, in that, there was no pool or Fitness Center on property. They were, however, very accommodating by letting the guests use the pool and the very small fitness center next door in the Fairfield Inn. When I say very small fitness center, think one person at a time small. Just a bit bigger than a closet. Front desk staff was quite kind though.

The Rooms are ok and you have a comfortable staying. On the downside they just have one wireless conection that is awfull and you don't have the chance to get a better one. (Not even paid)

This Hotel was terrible. Our room smelled so bad the hole time we were there. It’s not very clean. Would never go back. We were in town for a soccer tournament. So luckily we were not in the room much. Very uncomfortable beds. Only a mirror in the bathroom. No garbage can in the main room. No sheets for the pull out sofa bed. Had to ask for those. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The location was very clean and the staff was really friendly. I experienced a very comfortable stay.

Room was nice, full kitchen and two bedroom suite with living room. Continental breakfast selection was underwhelming. No bacon, only turkey sausage, and ran out of eggs.

Great location. We got a 2 bedroom suite for a great price. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly.

Pet friendly and good location! As a local resident we were in need of a two bedroom suite and a place that was centrally located an could accommodate 5 small dogs. We had to stay for two weeks over Christmas and New Years. They even had a gift wrapping station. It was nice to have access to hot tub and indoor pool next door at the Springhill suites. Lovely staff.

The staff was eager to assist and the rooms were so nice very cozy.

Overall okay. Property and room is showing some age. The breakfast area is very small, but at least they have a waffle maker! The room was comfortable but had scent like years of spraying air fresheners. The staff are friendly and helpful! The location is pretty quiet at night being tucked behind Costco.

There were 2 Marriott's next door to each other, we picked the wrong one. The other one had a full breakfast bar in a huge seating area, ours had a room smaller than our hotel room (which was typically nice), and set up galley-style with only 3-4 tables. An island in the middle served as bar seating and food service opposite the wall, which was also food service. There were 30+ people trying to manuevare inside a room that would be crowded with half that. Our pool was outside, the other was indoor and had a really huge hot tub (hot, jets didn't work), though we did have access to it if we walked next door and asked for a pool key. Location was a little awkward to get to, thank goodness for GPS. Service was excellent, as always. I'd stay next door if I go back, but wouldn't be upset if I had to stay at this one again.

Lovely place. The only suggestions are to better label the front office (the tiny "welcome" sign is hard to see at night) and supply some non-stick spray for the waffle maker.

This has been by far the WORST experience in a hotel I've ever had! The room we were put in when we first arrived immediately smelled like cat urine as soon as the air conditioners were turned on. Tried to get moves to a different room but they were "over sold" for the night. We were told that the carpets would be cleaned and air filters changed to help with the smell. Well after all of that it only smelled 100x worse! The air conditioner in the living room area leaked all onto the carpet soaking the floor. We finally got moved to a different room yesterday but only after I had to pack up all of our belongings (we are a family of 7) and taking them to the office. This has been awful!

Great location. Close to shopping, dining, highway but without the highway noise. Clean, friendly staff, and spacious rooms. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Nice hotel in Mason. Very helpful staff and good clean rooms. The front desk staff went over and above to make sure I was settled.

Was put in a run-down room near the elevator. Shower was gross and needs to be replaced. No vanity with the bathroom sink. Bleh. Won't be staying here again.

I stayed here on business. The room I have is very nice. I love having the little kitchen with all amenities! Sadly the kitchen at this hotel is nicer than the kitchen in my apartment! Yes the entrance hall smelled citrus-y but probably to neutralize any bad odors since they allow pets. This hotel is much quieter than the hotel I was previously staying at. Well worth every penny. It's like home away from home.

Loving our stay here so far. Staff are extremely nice and Ellie that checked us in yesterday was great! Breakfast was good. Rooms are big and very nice. We have a 2 bedroom suite. They think of everything and have made are stay wonderful. We will be here another 2 nights. Would definitely recommend.

Could not honor my reservation and gave me a handicap room without a bathroom vanity right by the elevator. This is how badly they treat Marriott Rewards Elite Members.

Nice room, complementary breakfast was good. Bathroom could use some updating, but overall a good place when staying in town for business.

Needed to check in 2 hours early, they accommodated and were very friendly. Breakfast was hot, all employees said good morning and had conversation with me. This was my second time there. Will be back.

Poor service, charged the wrong card when checking out. Made excuses as to why and quoted polices. Overall worst hotel chain experience. If it was a Hilton more would have been done to fix the situation quickly.

I was driving through and needed to stop for the night, they were wonderful! I was in a single room which was clean and set. In the morning they had housekeeping stop by to see if I needed anything. Very pleasent experience. Only thing I can say bad has nothing to do with this location. I was driving when I needed to call hotels and I just started at the top and it was a busy weekend so many hotels were full when I got connected to the marriott office (for the whole US) I was told that this hotel was $109 a night. I repeted it back to her and she said I was correct. She miss spoke and I was charged $189. But for this cost it was a fantastic room with great service and a very helpful front desk associate!
