The most elegant inviting suites along with the breakfast and evening food, can't beat it.

We had 7 of is in one suite and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Kind of pricey but nice. We are staying in a loft very spacious. Very clean rooms. My family is having a great time at the pool.

Everything was perfect! very clean rooms! staff was wonderful very friendly! Better then expected for the price! Will stay again if I have the chance!

Very nice suites. We stayed here last summer and when we pulled into their lot tonight, nothing looked familiar. I was unaware that they were going to be remodeling. Their renovations are WoW!

Extended stay hotel with reasonable rates. Decent rooms. They were undergoing renovations at the time I stayed. Parking was difficult. The typical hot breakfast was not available.

There's construction going on, and they did not tell us about that prior to our reservations. It is noisy. My Wi-Fi connection will not connect. There is daylight showing underneath my door. This trip has not been a great experience.

Apartments turned into hotels. Bed's are comfy you get a updated kitchen. Not the best area.

Nice room. 2 bdrm 2bthrm. Had to switch rooms once but was satisfied with 2nd room… 1st fl TV didn't work.

First off as a guest at your establishment, I am very displeased and disappointed on how YOUR management treated me and the women who were staying there last night. Mr. Will Duffy if that's his name kicked us out in the middle of the night (3am) for the simple fact he thought we were having a party bc we came off a party bus from downtown. We were on our way to our room to sleep. Another reason, why we kicked off premises was that we had a banner on our door. Management failed to tell and supply our hostess documents about strict decorations rule. Will has been rude and ignorant to our hostess and bride to be and ruined our night. I wouldn't recommend nor stay at Sonesta ever again until apologies and changes with Will's customer service towards guests has been made. I have been in customers service for years and he lacks the respect of others who put money into your establishment and his checks Thanks.

If I am back in town this would be my first choice of hotel… mini apartment/hotel…

Excellent customer service. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was spotless, and comfortable. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. A special thanks to Albert, April, and Lareesa for their excellent service.

We Went To Sharonville For Horrorhound Over The Weekend and because it snowed on us on the way up we gambled and decided to attempt to get a hotel room on super Short notice and they had an opening! a studio suite… it was very clean NO BUGS Of ANY KIND… I Was Charged EXACTLY WHAT I was quoted… NO HIDDEN FEES! The Staff Was Friendly, Courteous And Helpful.

The staff was incredibly friendly. Our room was very clean and like a tiny little condo. Loved it! Best free breakfast I've ever had. Would recommend this place to anybody.

Nice place, good continental breakfast, downfall are the tiny round toilets.

The staff at this Sonesta ES is great. I got to meet the general manager (great guy) and other staff team and enjoyed my stay. Whatever I needed they had or got for me. Everybody enjoys their job at this hotel and it shows (smiles). Wonderful and plesent experience. Thank you.

So sad that this is not the Residence Inn anymore. I'm a Marriott girl and have stay at this property for years, and although it's no longer a Marriott I knew the lay of the land. In prior years, I've always used a major credit card and was never asked for a incidentals deposit, but received a call stating that a $150 deposit was required. Upon check in, I was informed that a $250 incidentals deposit was required. I mentioned the original amount and the young lady at the front desk rudely replied, "I don't know who told you that! ". I wasn't comfortable having them charge any additional money so I opted to give them a cash deposit (as they have done in past years) they said they didn't take cash deposits. I reluctantly gave them my debit card and told them they need to change their reservation policy on the website to inform people of this policy as someone may be caught unprepared. The service was luke-warm at best. The room quality has gone WAY down. They are in bad need of remodeling. I had a loft and the following was not up to par: the ceiling fan didn't work, the closet doors were off track, the divider that should have separated the 1st floor bedroom from the living room was gone, the stoppers in the tub were disconnected from the drain and the downstairs shower had a spider hanging out the secondary drain the entire two days we were there. After staying here off and on for almost 20 years, I'm done. This will be my LAST STAY!

Very nice suite. Full kitchen. Plentiful breakfast buffet. Lots of road noise from 275. If you're a light sleeper, it might not work for you. Otherwise very nice.

This hotel is TERRIBLE. I ONLY gave one star because it was necessary to make a post. Upon check in I asked the staff the exact amount to be charged to my card. The staff informed me that there was a new policy in effect regarding the incident fees, but could not tell me when it went into effect. As that was not the policy when I made my reservation. That policy went from a $100 incident fee to a $250 incident fee. I was informed that the loft would be a $250 fee and a studio would be a $100 incident fee. I chose to downgrade from a loft to a studio in order to still only pay the $100 incidental fee. I went to my studio room after being told that I would be paying a little over $200 incident fee included, checked my account and this hotel held a little over $350. I contacted the front office and asked them to correct it, they told me that I would have to wait until the next business day or I could talk to the manager on Tuesday. I called my bank and was able to three way call the hotel to get the funds released and the correct amount charged. THEN, I checked the room for bugs and found one in a picture frame and a huge spider on the bed. I contacted the front office again. I asked them to give me another room because the room I was given was unacceptable. I was asked to come to the office and get the key, so I did. When I entered the new room, there was a terrible smell.

Nice suite. Clean. Friendly staff. Wi-Fi is spotty and slow. Breakfast is decent. All separate buildings from the front desk and breakfast so you need to get bundled up for breakfast in the winter. Nicely equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Right next to the highway yet you have to drive about a mile to get on or off. You can hear the highway for sure. Depending on price I may stay again. I prefer other options in the area personally though at the usual price here.

Its okay, to be as high as it is some of the amenities are sub par. The tv's are not up to date.

Nice large suits with plenty of room to spread out if your stay with others you don't feel crouded.

I did not stay here but I was meeting my ride here and everyone got lost. This place has the best customer service hands down even for non customers! The gentleman working here helped my ride get to me by driving to show them the way even! The workers are amazing here!

Jim and staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was clean comfortable and nice. The font door needed done serious wd-40 but all in all great visit, will stay again.

My suite had everything you could possibly want for an extended stay. The room was kept very clean, and it was very quiet. I used the exercise room, and it was well equipped. I did not use the pool. The included breakfast was awesome!

It looks as if it were an old apartment building that has been converted. The suites are large with a loft. The room was average with Marriott standards. But, it seemed kind of run down on the grounds. So if your looking for upscale, this may not be the place for you. But, for us it was just fine for us. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool was nice outdoor pool. They had a trunk for pool toys.

I love this hotel anytime me and my husband just need a little time to get away we always choose to come here it's nice clean and quiet. Our last stay on Valentine's Day was extremely beautiful they went beyond and above to make that day special for everyone if I could give them 10 stars I would.
