If I could give no stars I would. I’ve stayed at other Red Roof Inns with no issue but this one is disgusting. There are people living here and it feels very unsafe. We we’re approached by a Doberman outside without a leash. He was circling our daughter in a threatening manner. We asked the owner to please get his dog and he threatened to “knock our $&& teeth out. ” He was smoking a joint as well. When we called up front to report the threat we were told he stays here permanently and they wouldn’t call the police even after we told them about the drugs. We wanted to go somewhere else but they would not refund our money. Do not stay here! Very unsafe!

Disgusting dirty hotel, smells of marijuana. Don't waist your money. Im sending pics to the local health department.

Only stayed 1 night, but bed was comfortable. Room itself had a refrigerator and microwave and was clean. I would go back again.

Decent rooms at a great price. Very welcoming staff. Loved our stay.

The room was nice, slightly small. Paid almost 90 dollars a night on weekday and 140 on Friday for a room that had no fridge or even a microwave. Pretty ridiculous. In order to have to get a room with a microwave your paying 180 a night. Other than that, no issues. Based on high pricing and lack of ammenties, I probably would not choose to stay here again although the bed was pretty comfortable.

One of the most clean hotels I've visited. The staff is extreamly accommodating. Any question or concern I did have management wasted no time to help. Coffee is fresh no matter what time ive gone to get a cup. Aside from fresh smelling clean rooms, the warm welcome the staff gives really is what made my stay. By far best hotel I have had the pleasure of visiting!

Perfect for a quick stop along the way. Basic but clean. Very nice staff. A little outdated.

As usual, extra star for allowing pets. Good price, but only average hotel. Air conditioner didn't work well.

The location is great no problem finding. The was neat on arrival but I did not like that the air conditioning was at its coldest! Very uncomfortable. I also did not like that they could not get extra towels until I went to my room first.

After reading all the bad reviews I was worried about spending my money here. I am am glad I did. Keri checked me in and was very accommodating. I was told the place is under new mgmt. Rooms aren't huge but are clean and they have king size beds. Flat screen tv's with direct tv. Ac was cold and the bed is comfortable. Would deff stay again if I pass through. Well worth the price.

At first everything was good but it got really bad. The owner of this place let someone come in the room and they stole all of my belongings when I was told I could come back and get my belongings. This person was not on the room or anything. I lost everything except the clothes on my back. I have got in touch with someone. But the really told me to get the f off their property because I was upset that they have someone else my things when this person paid them 20. This really has me beside myself. Don't stay here. Very poor place. Lots of dope boys and hookers there.

I would never stay here again. Shower would not drain. Six inches of water after one shower. Worst TV channel selection I've ever seen. 90 percent infomercials. Burn hole in the sheets. Flat pillows. Air conditioner quit working in the middle of the night. Very stuffy with no windows to open. Deadbolt lock would stick making closing the door very difficult. Room 221. It's cheap for a reason. Even a cheap room should be safe. Had to give one star. Not worthy.

Currently staying here. Very old. Outdated. Hairs on the sheets. Bathtub is absolutely disgusting. Lots of activity outside my door. Car doors constantly opening and shutting. Car alarms going off. Loud talking right outside my door. Loud bass music. I do NOT feel safe at all here. Booked this because we just needed to spend a few hours in the area before continuing our trip. I would have felt safer sleeping in the car.

Stayed at Red Roof Inn on 2301 East Sharon Road, Sharonville, OH, last night. If I am in area again, I will return. Very clean. Very nice, business people. It is so refreshing to find a motel/hotel, business establishment, that will treat you as a person, valued guest. Mr. Sam and Ms Gina, y'all rock! This very opinionated, 63 year old woman, thank you!

This place is down right disgusting. There were stains on the bed sheets and comforter. The bathtub was the dirtiest tub I’ve ever seen. There was hair on the toilet seat and the room had a nasty odor. I turned right back around and was promised a refund which I never received. The Gm, Gina, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She will not call you back ever, that is just her way of getting you off of the phone. I waited on her all day to call me and she never did. I called her and she said “I’m not even on the clock anymore I’ll call you tomorrow. ” I still had to repeatedly track her down and each time I spoke with her the story changed. She directly lied to me repeatedly and is horrible to talk to. It ended with her being extremely rude talking over me and hanging up on me. I guess the only way this place can stay in business is by tricking customers into booking by using photos not of their actual establishment and then refusing refunds. Do yourself a favor and don’t book here!

It's a place to rest your head. AC didn't work but the heat did way to good. Manager not friendly, but did his job. Accepts pet that is a plus.

Room is dirty, but no roaches or bed bugs. Seems like housekeeping just changes towels, sheets, and takes out the trash. They MIGHT wipe counter tops off but I can't tell. There was period blood on the toilet, hair everywhere even in the fridge. I'm glad I brought Lysol spray and wipes. I'm a truck driver so I got what I paid for. I think I'm going to the drury inn if I have to sit here another night. I'm so glad I didn't have to stay another night in this place. It's ran by foreigners, so no wonder the rooms are gross. Even the housekeepers are foreign. I'll pay more for cleanliness.

I stay there on 3/15/18 thru the 16th on wed n thur. First when I got there the card reader was down so they was trying to contact the ppl to fix it. So the clerk told me to either go get cash or pay online so I did on my phone. 2nd when I got n the room well I got a standard king size room smoking 3rd floor rm 318, Why don’t the tv’s all be the same size. So if u want a larger on u gonna pay extra n the 3 small pillows they give u is ridiculously… But they was friendly to me, if they serve breakfast I miss it cuz I don’t wake up early, I’m a Owner Operator n trucking.

Ghetto motel. Red roof inn blue ash is 10 min away cozy and quiet.

Typical red roof inn bed was comfortable but there was no coffe pot in room.

Great service and very friendly… plus you are by EVERYTHING… so if u enjoy eating… its all to the good! ❤❤❤❤

My group of four stayed here on our trip to the Ohio Renaissance Festival. I didn't have high expectations, but there is a certain baseline I expect from a hotel. There were a total of 4 flat, limp pillows in the room on the two king beds. I called to the front desk and they said they didn't have any pillows, but the room service could bring some in the morning. Not helpful for us, since we were only staying one night. The room didn't have a working toilet — there wasn't anything obviously stopping it up but it didn't flush, just started filling to the rim and then slowly drained away. No plunger to be found. The lamps in the room had no bulbs in them. The beds shrieked like the restless dead when you rolled on them. It wasn't overall a very pleasant stay.

The non-smoking room smelled as if a heavy smoker stayed there. The bathroom smelled musty; the floor boards in the bathroom were coming off. The bedspreads had stains. We asked to have side-by-side rooms and the room next to us was vacant all night but we were told it wasn't available. Most importantly, if you look at the pictures posted on their website you think you're checking into the Hilton, don't be fooled it's more like Motel 6 in the most rural part of the country! DON'T STAY HERE!

Thanks to Cheryl in the morning. Nice and very helpful. My boyfriend and his co workers all stay at the Red Roof through the week. Coffee is fab in the morning, for those of us who are on the go first thing. Rooms are clean and tidy when we all return after a long hard day. Thanks RR!

Absolutely disgusted by this place. It was filthy. I will be emailing corporate with the photos I took. I counted about 6 cigarette burns on the comforter, in our NON smoking room. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The air conditioner leaked a 2 foot puddle all over the floor. I had to listen to the smoke detector chirp all night. Also, there were about 4 cop cars at night around a room. I did not feel clean, nor safe. Stay away!

It is a 2-3 star motel, but the room was surprisingly nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Don't expect much, and you will be pleasantly surprised. They have room service which was surprising. Compared to the other motels I've stayed in, this place was definitely the best.

The ice machine was broken, the bushes were growing crazy over the steps, there was lots of garbage around the facinity, and accessing the Wi-Fi was even difficult.

Cheap place to stay. Comfortable bed, Wi-Fi spotty and drops alot. Overall clean and decent location for where we were visiting. Good breakfast restaurants within walki g distance.

Sharonville is an excellent location service was average but condition wEre sorely needed in improvement. Elevator was Leary, seemed bit worn and did nit even have lisence posted to run. Grabbed a bag of ice and pladti bottom fell out half-way to room. Bathtub was filthy, blankets we're full of holes, 1st moments n room had to go back down to main desk because phone was in operable and Wi-Fi would not link. There was aluminum foil from hoagie or something piled on ledges above the door. The place needs better attention taken to the place. Little things all add up.

Absolutely horrible experience. BEDBUGS! They deny they have a bedbug problem, even when we had pictures of the bug. Found one crawling in my sisters hair! Management is dismissive and disrespectful. Rooms are not cleaned properly, and the hotel in general is poorly maintained. Had pretty good experiences here in the past, but this time will be the last time. Please avoid at ALL costs, do not waste your time.

Location was great! We were close to everything we could need. The room however was dirty, the ceiling was peeling and there was garbage between the mattress and head board. We will not be going back to that location.

Service was good comfy pillows and awesome air conditioning nice location too right next to a cracker barrel.

Bedbugs corporate dude sounded Indian couldn't barely understand him he never called me back my daughter got attacked in one room they switched us she got attacked by bedbugs again I came in both my daughters we're sleeping on the dressers because of bugs… yuck I checked out immediately staff was very rude and ghetto OMG the manager sucked big time. She stays with an attitude never again I tell ya.

I wouldn't even give it 1star we got in late and there were people walking around the parking lot like they were looking to steal something and when we woke in the morning I was brushing my teeth and looked up and there was a cockroach on the mirror when I told the lady at the front desk about it she apologized and then asked what color it was?

BEDBUGS do not stay here they have bedbugs I went to the office the lady told me she could switch my room and I could get a refund in the A. M. From management. In the morning I went to the front and the lady was a rude and ratchet she has the nerve to tell me she went in the room and did not see any bedbugs so she is not giving me a refund and she also did not want to give me a corporate number so they are jankey as well … I have video proof I took on my phone and called the health department… This is the most horrid place I have ever stayed at.

It's nice but not really clean the housekeepers are lazy. I had to clean my room when I got in it. The appliances the walls TV floor tables dirty.

Terrible! Used to be an alright place to stay but now they have a bad bed big problem. All four off my crew members were attacked by bed bugs in separate rooms.

So we checked in on 7/11/15, we asked for a refund 10 minutes later. We were put in room 134. When trying to enter the room we could barely open the door. Once in the room we were hit with a horrible smell. Something like the odor of death and despair. The room was clean if you closed one eye and squinted — no, even that didn't work. And the door looked like someone tried to break out of the room. Probably the the dead person we smelled. I will say in our 10 minutes we stayed the lady at the front desk was very nice about giving us a refund.

Wi-Fi wasn't available, BED BUGS PRESENT, & very rude housekeeping staff.

Was not to happy with this stay. My room had a weird smell and a lot of spiders. Was not happy with the price for this room.

The room was large but not adequately cleaned when I arrived. There was a used washcloth draped over the shower curtain bar. I found some small hairs in my bed sheets. There were multiple large holes in the bed comforter. I couldn't connect to the complimentary Wi-Fi network from my room. The front desk seemed friendly during check-in and check-out.

Half the price of other hotels so I wasn't expecting luxury, but I'm staying there now and its got everything I need. Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower, free Wi-Fi and cable. Front desk friendly and helpful and there's free coffee. No free breakfast so I'm taking some of the money I didn't spend and walking next door to Waffle House.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Plenty of other nicer hotels within literally feet of this place. During check in the front desk got a call from a guest saying the door knob was broken and they couldnt get out, she said in an annoyed tone to turn the handle and make sure the door wasnt locked and if that didnt work shed be there in 20 minutes to help! The whole place is a farse where they act like theyre upscale but fail and its maybe me knitpicking but just an example; they say it was just refurbished everything but when you look up close it is cheap, poorly reconstructed and just put lipstick on a pig and are calling it a supermodel. I never write reviews and rambled so you know how bad it is and No lie as I am writing this the power in the whole building Went out! would have changed hotels if I didnt drive for 8hrsam tired, have an early meeting and only here for one night but unfortunately our secretary will have set up my accomodations for the last time which is odd as shes awesome at everything else! Hope this helps you avoid this crap.
