Nice place! Everyone was very friendly!

All my requests were provided at no extra charge. The morning and night staff were very friendly and courteous. The only real thing I didn't care for was the bed was a little hard but everything else was great.

Nice rooms staff is nice pool is great.

This place is disgusting. Had to have the staff clean poop off the bathroom walls when we got to our room then I took my kids swimming until it appeared to look like there were poop particles in the pool. The front desk guy said it looked like rust or dust but that's total B. S. He said he would get the pool cleaned. Weather it was poop or dirt the pool was nasty and needs cleaned. I gave my boys a bath when we got back to the room and I had to clean the tub out myself and everything is very dusty it looks like this room hasn't been cleaned in a while. The front desk lady was nice but she left for the night and the night guy didn't seem very helpful but that's about the only nice thing I have to say about this place. I will be complaining in the morning and just found this in the bathroom not sure what it is but its gross.

Beds are clean, room smell good and nice staff. Getting ready to go to the pool. Great price also.

Never ever, ever, ever stay here. Room 101 right across from us was propped open all night. The ganja burning in there was absurd. Smelled lol a grow in there. We slept with our clothes on due to the beds, which by the way, were like laying on planks. Worst hotel I’ve ever been too since I’ve had kids. Showered and washed the filth from the beds off and am now back on the wrong. Feeling like I need a shot or some preventative meds. There is also no way to close the curtain so folks outside can’t see in. Very terrible place!

Stayed here 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good — they had almond milk (it was either almond or soy) as an alternative to regular milk at breakfast. The room was clean upon arrival, no mold, mildew, or stains. Great water pressure in the shower! Very close and easy access to the interstate, Kings Island, and the Cincinnati Zoo. The one off thing was the pool smelled a bit like bath water, was kinda cloudy, — seemed like maybe the water just needed treated. Would stay again.

I first visited this particular Best Western in January 2018 to make sure it was up to par. I was bring my group down and needed 20 rooms and I didn't want anyone to be disappointed in their stay as well as my choice for choosing this location. Hats off to the Manager Rush and staff. My only problem is that management changed during the process of my contract and I wasn't notified of the change and Rush wasn't familiar with my contract, but he did his home work and everything when off without a hitch. Thanks Best Western.

Convenient, quaint, hot tub could have been warmer, very nice breakfast buffet with waffles and eggs and sausage etc. One small elevator can get crowded. Good security with all entry doors requiring access card. Price was reasonable at $89 with Military discount. Room was adequate and clean. Did request extra towels but they had none due to occupancy.

Stayed here for a quick 1 night visit and went to Kings Island 2 days. The hotel staff is awesome. The place is really clean. Free breakfast offered as well. The pool is delightful; the kids had a great time. Got Papa John's Pizza & it was amazing too… delivered right to our room. You'll have a great day. Refrigerator in our room, coffee maker & comfortable beds too.

We took a red-eye to get to the Cincinnati area Monday morning. Won't do that again. We had a reservation here, but the room wasn't to be available till three. We called at nine thirty in the morning from the airport, and Irina (I think) at the front desk said "we've got rooms available. We can let your family into one now, and (though we'd have happily paid) you don't have to pay extra. " I cannot recommend this place enough. If we ever have to stay in the Cincinnati area again, it'll be here. The two-queen room was just great for a family of four. Breakfast is about as complete as could be and still be called a "continental breakfast". A great base camp for visiting family and a vacation at Kings Island, Cincinnati, and locations in Dayton. Otherwise a nice, clean, quiet, efficient hotel. Thank you, Irina, and thank you, Best Western.

Arrived late in the evening, but were checked in promptly. Rooms were clean and surprisingly spacious. I thought the bed was incredibly comfortable, though my mother, who prefers extra-soft rather than firm, found it to be a bit firm for her taste. Bathroom was clean, and there were plenty of towels and rags (When you travel with kids, this is a must. ) Breakfast was delicious and fresh. During our 30 minute meal time, we saw people frequently refilling, changing out items and generally, just making sure it was a pleasant experience. I do with the dining area was a bit bigger, but the hotel is small enough that it's easy to take stuff back to your room if there isn't enough space. The staff was incredible. I had so many questions over the course of our stay, and not once did they treat me with anything less than kindness, respect, and patience. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. My only complaints are very minor — — small dining room, only 1 crib for people with small children to use, and the elevator is small, old, and slow. If I could rate it 4.5, I would, as I think that would be a more accurate rating.

I thought it was very nice, lady at the front desk was very helpful! The room was very nice very clean. Great view from our room. I would definitely stay there again if I was coming to Mason, Ohio and needed a place to stay!

Happy and surprised by our stay here. It was much much nicer than we were thinking it would be. We stayed for 4 nights in a row here. Breakfast was fine. Pool and hottub were great. Staff was friendly. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. Neighborhood was quiet even though it was busy. And it was easy to find. If we are ever in this area again, we won't hesitate to stay here.

If you are looking for a hotel near Kings Island, I suggest this one! My family and I stayed here for two nights while on our mini vacation. The pool and spa were very enjoyable, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a decent selection.

The apperiance was clean, but my boyfriend and I found red stains in our blanket, and sheets. Their was also a bug in our beds. The air conditioner wasn't in the best working condition. If your looking for amenities I would totally find a better hotel. The hot tub very small and their was no temp control. The only nice thing was the complimentary breakfast.

All the employees with whom we interacted were great — — — seemed like they enjoyed working there and were most helpful. The breakfast bar was very good. The room was clean and well organized. Good fitness facility. Located near many fast food restaurants — — — within 2-5 minutes walking distance.

This place is pretty good. I've never stayed in a Best Western before, I was happy the 5 days we were here. Rooms were always clean. The pool was nice and the gym was great to have on hand. My only complaint, the sink is not in the bathroom. It's in the main living space. It by no mean makes the room bad, I just found it different.

Friendly staff at both check-in and check-out. Common areas were clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast items (eggs & sausage) were actually hot! Good selection and clean. I would stay here again if in the area.

Hotel is nice and staff is very friendly! The breakfast room is large with a wide variety of items to choose from. They do have an indoor pool and hot tub as well as a nice fitness room. The rooms have comfy, new beds! My only complaint is that there must be mold in the rooms. I have stayed here twice in the past 3 months and both times woke up every morning puffy… (exactly what happens when I'm around mold) but overall a nice stay!

The rooms, breakfast, and everything was fine until I notice there was no knob on the microwave, a lot of the out let's didn't work. The main ones was at the lamp of our beds. It was wrote down the vey first night there but not was ever done about it. The bathrooms was really, really small and could use updated. Oh and the very first Best Western that we had stayed at with no alarm clock in room, and no do by disturb sign for tor door. We were there 3 nights 4 days. Nothing the whole time of attempting to do something. We have stayed at several Best Western around the US and this was the lowest for us when it came to just those areas. Thank you.

The Mason Inn Best Western is a typical Best Western. It is clean and comfortable and the hot breakfast is delicious. In particular, we enjoyed the swimming pool. Many indoor pools are so cold, a person cannot enjoy themselves. This pool was just right, not cold and not too warm. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is also great, especially if you are going to The Beach or King's Island. We were attending a conference in Cincinnati but had relatives near Mason… a perfect solution for us.

The people were nice, breakfast good, but wished there would have been an exercise room. Outside doors plenty of parking. I would use it again if in the area. Pet friendly!

The hotel was clean, staff was nice & great rate compared to other hotels in the area. A good assortment of tasty breakfast items too. My only issue was the nose level in our room. E could hear everything in the hall & the next room very clearly.

The hostess at check in was pleasant and knowledgeable of the area. The room was clean. The halls and breakfast area were clean. The pool area was actively being enjoyed by guests. Multiple restaurants close by for you to enjoy.

This was a great stay. Great clean, and affordable place. Near so many restaurants. My kids and I enjoyed the indoor pool and Hot tub. Breakfast was nice for not having to pay but could be better for a PLUS property. I would stay here again especially for the price.

This Best Western was ok… We have been staying in Best Western hotels for the better part of 10 years now, we accumulate points that will allow us free stays. This particular hotel in Mason, OH on a scale from 1-10 would probably rate a 6-7. The room was great! King size bed with HBO… What they fell behind on was what they referred to a breakfast buffet, they didn't plan well for the onslaught of customers that usually show up at around 8:30 AM, the food would be all gone before the attendants would be able to refill… I do understand the reason for letting it lag, but there is a limit to the time that the guest will stand and wait for food… We were there for the weekend, so it met our needs fine…

Very family friendly. Great service and friendly staff. Have been doing Holidays here for 2 years and they never fail to satisfy.

This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The indoor pool was heated and wonderful to swim in. Every member of the staff I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. The room was decent sized for the price. Cleanliness could be worked on a little since the soap from the previous occupant was still in the shower.

Stay here was great. Quiet for the most part even though place was full. Decent continental breakfast and nice eating area. For the room, bed was so comfortable, I slept like a rock. Shower and toilet could use a revamp, but the rest of the room was completely upgraded, new furniture and fixtures, etc. Water pressure was awesome! Can't beat the location for business parks nearby or for proximity to 71 hwy to get around. Lots of places to eat nearby as well. Overall enjoyed our stay and will book again.

The place was very clean, beds were comfortable. It looked recently renovated. We booked the room at a discounted rate through Priceline and thought the bang for the buck was really good. I'm not sure what the normal rate is. Pool and hot tub were decent but nothing to write home about. Breakfast was typical continental fare. We're not really at all familiar with the Mason area but this hotel seem to be located in a decent part of town.

Over all good experience, clean modern updated rooms and nice TVs. Around the edge of the pool and hot tub could use a good cleaning and the chlorine (or bleach) was really strong in the pool. The pillows in our room weren't great and the bed was really firm so that's good for you if you like it firm, we didn't care for it much. We weren't too happy there was a youth soccer tournament going on the same weekend me and my husband decided to finally do a weekend getaway, so there were kids running in the halls until 1:00am and then again at 8:00am. We didn't get a chance to eat breakfast there unfortunately we tried to sleep in some.

The entire hotel smelled so clean! The room was very spacious, quiet and clean! Plus there are so many restaurants in walking distance, which is absolutely amazing. Will definitely recommend!

Marvelous room, complete w/refrigerator & microwave. Grateful to have a room just off the lobby (NO noise! ) and so close to the breakfast room. Will confess to making myself a waffle every day — breakfast room staff is VERY attentive. Gracious, welcoming Front Desk & ever so helpful. Would give 5 stars IF & WHEN they install handicap-friendly front entrance. There are handicapped rooms and even a chair lift for the pool… but (my left knee has turned against me & wishes to be replaced) I had a REALLY hard time negotiating the doors upon my arrival. Have told BW about this & can only hope they listen.

The staff was friendly. The room was really nice. It has a pool and hot tub that's opened until 11pm. There is vending on the first floor, but not really anything else. Great value for just staying the night.

First room I was in smelled of smoke really bad but the staff was able to give me another room. The air conditioner made a horrible sound most of the night and the matress was hard as a rock. Glad I only stayed 1 night. The pool was nice except when it was taken over by unsupervised children. The breakfast was way to crowded and not much to be desired. Stayed in better but also stayed in worse.

The place is extremely clean and I love the room I got. Queen size bed. I checked for bed bugs and havent found anything but a dead ant like bug in the seam of the mattress. Still questioning whether or not it was a bed bug. But it was dead. The nights not over! Hopefully nothing comes up. If so I will edit this review.

Awesome Managers! From the moment that Giana stepped in to help our large group booking, it was truly taken care of with the best of care. We found the cost to be very reasonable for our needs and the students and parents that were with the group appreciated the variety at the breakfast. We will be back. :-)

I recommend everyone go there it was a very nice hotel I was there with my 8 yr old for a week for spring break and he loved the hotel and pool and breakfast was really awesome we are returning back near future for kings island all the workers were really friendly and stores was close by and I truly enjoyed staying there.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. The beds were a bit too firm for us. Could have used a safe in the room. But otherwise, a decent place to stay.

Would have preferred a King or two double beds. The single queen was a tad cramped. The room was clean and quite. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent (diy waffles, eggs, etc…), albeit busy. We didn't try the pool when we got there due to it's popularity, but in the morning we found it and the hottub to be nice.

Convenient location to Kings Island. Rooms were clean, and appeared to have been updated. Shower did get bathroom floor extremely wet which was a pain. Overall great stay.

Great place. Good breakfast. Lots of places to eat close by. Clean room. Our non-smoking room actually did not wreak of smoke. The hotel as a whole smelt great as it was a non-smoking hotel apparently. We would definitely stay there again.

I have liked staying here. Clean rooms, Microwave, Refrigerator, iron, good TV package, good breakfast — everything that I need for a Business stay. Internet speed can be a bit better. I will stay here again if I can afford. Lower rates will surely attract me more.

Clean, we'll kept hotel. Pool and hot tub are nice. Breakfast is the standard hot hotel breakfast. It's close to shopping and food. Chick-fil-a is right across the drive. The staff is helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Wi-fi is terrible. Drops every minute. Found dirty socks from previous person.

Arrived late, around 10:30 and was greeted at check in by Sam. He was very personable and helpful. He helped me settle in after a long drive. As me and my gf.

I really just went there to buy their old tv's. The desk clerk, Raj, was incredibly friendly. Despite all my haggling on the TV's he held his ground, and all that tells me is he is a fair and straight forward person. Very respectful, even the maintenance guys were nice and greeted me when they walked by. 10/10 would stay here if I didn't live so close to the hotel.

Updated but well done. Reasonable very competitive rates. Clean rooms and pool area. Very convenient location. Bed (king) was firm, supportive and fantastic to sleep on. Hot breakfast was unprecedented for accommodations at this price point. The icing-on-the-cake was the friendly helpful staff. The young man at our front desk check in even remembered me from our previous long distance phone conformation. If all stays the same this will be our go-to in Cinci area for our family visits. Give them a try.

Stopped for the night due to weather conditions and snowy roads. Hotel had vacancies at a great price. Room was clean. Breakfast in the morning was excellent.

I had an enjoyable stay. Everything was very clean and the facilities were up to date. I wish the parking situation was a little better, but other than that this is a very good hotel.

Nice, clean, comfy. Has waffle house almost sharing the parking lot. A chick-fila across the street and several other places to eat not far away like cracker Barrel and applebees just to name a couple.

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel. They have allot to offer, like an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, high speed Internet and free hot breakfast. They are about three minutes from Kings Island. They also have allot of restaurants very close to it. There is a Chick fil A and a Waffle house right next to it.
