We had an amazing stay. Bob at the front desk went out of his way to provide top notch customer service. He explained the Covid-19 safety protocols, provided us with restaurant recommendations, and was incredibly personable. We will definitely return again!

This is a very nice hotel, if you are ever in the mason area for a visit, I do recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay, with an Awesome manager and friendly, attentive staff. Rooms are always nice, breakfast is good, and there are some local beers at the bar. One of my favorite places to stay.

Fantastic place to stay in the Mason area. I've tried many places over the years making trips to KI. This is the best property for the money. Extremely friendly and professional front desk and guest services staff. Rooms are always clean and nicely appointed. The breakfast/amenities are great. Keep up the great work. Will be visiting again soon!

I can't wait to go back! The rooms are clean and have a great view. The pool is easily accessible and the free breakfast buffet was fantastic! Its like being at home but u don't have to wash the dishes or make your bed lol.

The room was much bigger than I thought it would be. The bed was too hard for my liking, but my boyfriend loved it. Staff was nice and helpful. Great stay.

Nice hotel. Room I stayed in was like a mini suite type with a short wall separating seating area and bed. No tub in my room just a standup shower. Pool is nice to play in but I feel it was super chlorinated as it burned my eyes from just sitting on the pool deck. Breakfast has a decent selection. Seating just a little weird as it us spread throughout the lobby area.

Was here on business travel. I had a 2 queen room. The staff are amazing and will help out anyway they can. Parking was a breeze. They have a very large parking lot. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Always my first choice when staying in Mason.

Incompetent staff and unable to fix issues. They gave away my room to someone else on the night of my wedding. Less than helpful people working there. No contact after the issue. I've had issues with Hyatt in FL before that also messed up a room booking. It's probably there IT department that's screwing the front desk. All I can say is just because you have a booking confirmation don't assume they'll have a room for you. So many other hotels in the area, don't choose this one.

The night clerk was terribly rude. There was no hairdryer in the room. The pool was GREEN! One of the young clerks wore a dress top with leggings… that you could see through and left nothing to the imagination. Very unprofessional! Leggings! There was one housekeeper on the 6th floor who was so extremely nice and the lady that served breakfast. They really made up for the negative parts! But I would not go back!

I stayed for 2 nights for work. Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants, salon, ice cream, etc. I didn't get a chance to eat at the hotel. I was disappointed that the bar closed at 10pm. My room was okay. It was spacious and appeared to be clean, until I dropped a dry wash cloth on the ground when I first arrived. I picked it up and it was covered in an excessive amount of hair. Also the drain in my sink was plugged.

Fantastic, easily accessible location near Kings Island. Very clean, with friendly staff and nice rooms. Would stay again.

The staff was accommodating and the room was very nice. Great access off the main highway. The restaurant food was not to the same standard as my satisfaction will the room however.

Very clean and friendly staff! Had my service animal and they gave me a quieter room! Greatly appreciated especially when there was a baseball, basketball softball and soccer tournament going on which it's guests.

This place was fabulous the staff went out if their way to make our stay wonderful! The accommodations were great and the breakfast was delicious. We were working late and leaving early and the amazing staff still made sure we had meals.

The room was okay, clean, the bathroom tub drain slow. Breakfast was okay exept for the french toast were cold. Other than that was a good stay.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff was very nice. The Breakfast wasn't as good as it normally is at a Hyatt Place. I would stay here again when visiting King's Island as it is only one exit away.

I was so surprised at how nice the room was that I thought I might have accidentally booked a suite. The staff was great and the breakfast was good. The only thing that would have made it better is if the shower head was higher and if it was better quality.

Stay here each month, friendly staff, nice little bar and seating area, rooms are clean and spacious, large hot breakfast selection.

Quiet place to stay on a business trip. Nice restaurants nearby. Beyond that, if you want to see the city and surroundings you'll need to rent a car.

Location is great! We spent several days in the area. Room was nice. Would've been nice to have a microwave in room and bathroom could've been bigger but room was nice and clean. Breakfast was the best we've had! Pool was very disappointing as we wanted it for the kids after long days to relax. It was dirty, outdated and needs a major facelift. Rest of hotel was updated and nice.

Staying Thursday to Sunday. Clean hotel and nice room layout (king bed with sleeper sofa). On third floor and there were some ants in the bathroom. Bathroom has shower only, no tub. Main lobby layout is weird. Breakfast plates and cups are up high and not kid accessible. Overall pleased with stay.

I have to say this is by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in the room was nice and clean when we left nothing was touched it was in a great location we were about less than 9 minutes away from Kings Island which was our goal also in the midst of everything from Walmart to Burlington Coat Factory good shopping. The breakfast could be a lot better but above all this was definitely a great stay.

Room was awesome! super clean, and very large with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. Beds & bed linens extremely comfy. Air-conditioner worked well and I didn't hear any noise from other rooms or from street. Pool was older but clean and adequate for me and my family. Staff friendly and breakfast had lots to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

The pillows were horrible, bathroom too small, breakfast was nasty, coffee in the room was terrible, and the trash was overflowing at the entrance of the hotel where 5 people stood smoking cigarettes and drinking beers while 3 employees stood at the front counter with their arms folded, don't think we'll be back here or waste our time or money at Hyatt!

The rooms where good sized and very clean. The breakfast buffett was very good with loots of choices. The only down fall was we booked a double queen room the queens are no regular queen size they feel more like a full. The only other thing is the bathroom is very small. Other than that this is a very good place to stay. The people were very friendly and accommodating. We will be staying here again if we ever need to.

My mom works there and she is the best employee they have at the hyatt in mason, ohio.

Wonderful hotel with great staff and a pool. There's a to notch ice cream and donut shop in the parking lot, as well as every kind of food you could want within a mile around. Free hot breakfast that's delicious, crazy comfy beds and couches, and a nice little private work area in each room make this a win and a definite return for me.

The hotel was very nice and the room was perfect for the business traveler. The staff was very friendly and seem to care about the customer. The morning breakfast was well laid out and tasted good and more importantly hot foods were available. My only negative would be that the hotel bar was understaffed and understocked. If you're going to have a bar then have a bar. It definitely felt like an afterthought.

Nice clean rooms but very noisy. Could hear the elevators in our room which was 5 rooms down from them. Could hear the room above.

The whole floor smelled like pot. Even the staff said "yes we know". There were people running and screaming in the hall after midnight. I thought someone would notice but they didnt so I had to call down. The pool has way too much chlorine. All the kids had red rashes after swimming. No microwave in the room. Breakfast was ok. No waffle maker like most. Had to pay for hot chocolate separate. Tables were dirty. Eggs were rubbery. I told the staff at checkout and they just smiled and nodded. French toast was hard as a rock.

Quite good. Try book on Expedia, usually u can get some discounts on the room. Gym's small, but pretty pool. If possible I'd stay here whole Thanksgiving. Also many stores n restaurants n Kroger n Walmart around. Actually there's a cinema around too. So worth to stay here. Also. Workers there r so kind. Their service's pretty good.

Rooms are massive and the beds are quite comfortable. The only small complaint was the continental breakfast was quite lackluster. Overall a great stay.

Great price, exceptional quality. Clean, quiet and while we didn't interact with the staff much they seemed very nice. We have a hotel in Jasper Indiana we stay at when we go to Holiday World and the price and quality of this had them beaten by a mile. Definitely recommend staying here. Complimentary breakfast isn't half bad either. Just east fast, gets cold quickly.

I'd give you 2-stars for your snotty un-friendly service and poor customer service but your Hotel is too cool for that. So, as a family of 6 we over-looked your rude attitude and unfriendly countenance. Hyatt has an amazing breakfast included (a tremendous value for young families). Seattle's Best Coffee and great food. A cool swimming pool and nice workout facility with apple friendly iPhone connectors for music and other fun. The rooms are clean and spacious but the price is drastically inconsistent. I've stayed here for $89 a night with my $10 AAA discount but prices have also surged as high as $199-$250 a night at times. If you can catch them on an $89 night it's worth it. If not, stay at another hotel in the area. There are far better hotels for the money if you have to pay more than $100 a night, look elsewhere. They also charge your credit card immediately even though they stated otherwise. I heard a few guests complaining about this and their less than friendly staff couldn't care less. Hyatt, if you keep your prices lower and work on friendliness, a smile would go a long way. Overall, it's a satisfactory hotel. I'd give them a C+.

A 3 night stay for Thanksgiving, typical clean, modern Hyatt Place with delicious but pricey food and bar drinks. No bed bugs here LoL Very nice and helpful staff despite the holiday crowd at the time. All good except desk lamp is non-operational in room 521 which I needed for work, and HPs have no guest laundry room, which I need and the chain should add. The free breakfast is identical in all HPs, their own version of a hot egg mcmuffin, French toast, cereal and oatmeal, toast, pastries, fruit, yogurt.

The staff is top notch. They way better than average, in fact exemplary. The style is there, although the materials are starting to show heavy wear. The breakfast is very good, with some hot foods if you are really hungry. The bed I had was worn out with a big valley in the center giving me a horrible back ache in the morning. I travel 26 weeks out of the year, so I have sufficient experience to know. If they would replace their beds with quality equipment, it would be a fine place to stay.
