Nice little hotel. Be advised, there is almost no parking. What looks like a large lot is actually shared with a medical office that has very clear signs about NO HOTEL PARKING! We had to park (our very large truck) across the street for a week. Not the best plan when it rained. But for a place to sleep, it does a good job.

We stayed at this hotel for almost a week while we waited to move into our house. It is a clean, well run hotel. My kids loved the pool and the waffles for breakfast, I loved the helpful, friendly staff. I definitely recommend this hotel!

I loved this hotel. It looks very new and was very clean. I was in town for a family funeral and when we needed to add more rooms, they were great about helping us with an affordable rate. The breakfast was hot and tasty and coffee all day was great. I would totally recommend this location! Thank you!

I liked it. The rooms were sufficient and clean. Nice front desk and lobby. Small pool. Nice breakfast from 6 to 10 am.

The Fairfield Inn in Lincoln is a great place to stay. The rooms are very clean with spacious. They have great beds. The breakfast was wonderful and had a good selection to choose from. We were in town for a two night stay. The morning of the second day the event we were there for got cancelled. The Fairfield was great and let us cancel and gave us a refund even being a last minute change. We will definitely be staying there again.

Loudest Hotel I have ever stayed at. The condition of the room is decent but the building is showing signs of settling so all the corners are cracked and showing the same signs of wear you would see at a Knights Inn. The breakfast is … meh … we are still staying here for the week simply because it was paid for in advance. The cleaning staff is LOUD. Loud. Loud. We have River Dance upstairs. The group with children across from us uses the door locks to keep the doors open for the kids… so imagine how many times the doors "knock, knock, knock, " when they slam them. If you work at night and sleep during the day or if you don't want to know the maid's issues with each other in loud Spanish… this place isn't for you. The maids "cleaned" our bathroom but there was hair everywhere when they finished … I assume and hope it was ours. This place is in reality a 50 dollar a night kind of place and overpriced. I've stayed all over the country and world … this is one of two reviews I have posted. Decide for yourself though.

We stayed here on 2/9/18 for one night. I love this property! It is clean, convenient, and comfortable. We have stayed here several times, and we've always found it to be a great experience. I must comment on the front desk person, Robert. Upon checkin, he was very efficient and kind. He gave the information we needed, and got us into our room quickly. Upon returning to our room later in the evening, we noticed the heat was not working. I called the front desk. Robert was apologetic and quickly worked to move us into the room next door to ours. He even brought the key cards to us when I was more than willing to go to the front desk to get them because I knew he was busy. My wife had to leave for work early the next morning (before breakfast began). I asked Robert if we could get a bowl she could cook her oatmeal in in our room before she left for work. I was expecting a styrofoam or paper bowl. Robert brought out a ceramic bowl and spoon. I wish all people in the service industry could be as respectful, responsible and responsive as Robert. It is a credit to this hotel's management that they have someone at the front desk as great as Robert is. He is the perfect "face" for this hotel and its management! Great work, Robert!

I enjoyed the amenities at the hotel. It's in a good location with lots of food available. I would stay again.

Very nice and clean. Beds are comfy. But no hot water in the morning. Because pipes I guess had ice on them. No offer on any other room. No offer of any thing.

The hotel is clean and the staff are pleasant. We stayed 2 days and the water was only like warm in the shower the 2nd day. Want only paid 87.00 for the king sweet, so it wasn't 5 star pricing so I wasn't expecting 5 star amenities; but I do want hot water. The hotel is fairly new, but you can tell in the bathrooms that it was built quickly, poor joining on the ceiling and in the showers. The place is clean and that staff is friendly so we usually stay here when we visit family and will probably continue to do so due to location and pricing. The free hot and continental breakfast is also a plus.

They treated our family amazing. They had happy hour and a killer breakfast. We stayed here while my mom had a major heart surgery.

The service was outstanding especially in the breakfast area. The rooms were clean and neat although they seemed a little compact. The location was easy to find. The amenities in the room seemed nice.

We stayed at this hotel in July. The room was booked for us by the bride's family for a wedding my husband was officiating. They said they couldn't find the reservation when we got there, so we had to book our own room. Then the bride's mother called to fix it and pay for our room, and they still ended up charging us for the room and completely messing up that part of it. Then, I left my baby monitor in the room when we left that next morning. I called that same day, they found my monitor, and told me they'd leave it in the office for me to pick up. I came back a couple weeks later to get it, and they couldn't find it. After weeks now of back and forth, calling, sending pictures of the missing item, they still can't find it and are refusing to replace it. Even though multiple employees have said they remember seeing it in the office. So it was lost or stolen by an employee and they still will not replace it. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Stayed at the Fairfield Inn outside Lincoln for a few nights and was pleasantly surprised. The Studio room had a comfortable and spacious "living room" with couch and large TV. It even bucked the recent trend away from proper bedding by providing an actual sheet and blanket under the comfortor. With a Walmart and several restaurants nearby you had everything you would expect at a full service hotel at your fingertips without the higher price tag. As others have noted the parking situation isn't ideal with large vehicles/trailers taking up multiple spaces in the small lot. We really enjoyed the free breakfast. Omelettes and waffles were very popular with our group!

Room is very clean and bed is comfy. The staff is nice and helpful and will do what they can to make your stay comfortable. Parking can sometimes be hard to find and the pool is fairly small but overall it's a very nice looking hotel.

This was our first experience with a Fairield Inn, and it was wonderfully positive. As is expected, as a Marriott property, the service was terrific, but I wouldn't know if the size of our room was considered standard for the franchise. Our room was huge! It was a very pleasant stay with wonderful hospitality. We would recommend it very highly.

Excellent service. Clean, beautiful rooms. Breakfast was delicious. Yes to waffles, omelets, Canadian bacon, fresh fruit and more. Pool was clean and fun, a little small. Lots of restaurants nearby. (We tried and loved Fireworks).

I would have given this Marriott five stars if not for the parking situation. The hotel was spotless, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The service was outstanding. Everyone was personable. Good overall experience. Unfortunately, three large pick-up trucks with long trailers took up at least 20 spots. People were parked along the curbs, and there was literally nothing left. As an elite reward member, I find that unacceptable. I parked across the street at the Dairy Queen and hoped I wouldn't be towed (I wasn't). There's a Sam's Club across the street. Why not ask oversized vehicles to park over there? That, however, is my only complaint. It's a big one, but it's my only one.

Clean rooms. Paul Mitchell products. Wide assortment of hot and cold breakfast foods, healthy items too. Indoor pool. Business center. Great staff.

Very clean hotel, the rooms are very quiet and I didn't notice traffic noise. The breakfast was a good continental and there is a heated pool. I would highly recommend staying here.

Service was good. The front desk was very busy when we arrived but she stayed calm and got things done. The rooms were in good shape as well.

Great location just off highway 2 and 84th in Lincoln. Rooms are a good size with larger than normal TVs in the rooms. Pool was smallish but not many people when we were there so it was not a big deal. Breakfast had the usual Fairfield options, eggs and sausage, bread and cereal, fruit, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Complementary breakfast was very nice. Eating area was clean. Wife was disappointed no chocolate milk. Employees were very courteous and helpful. A+ for the employees. Rooms were clean. Unfortunately there was no fan in the bathroom so the mirror was fogged up and the swimming pool was super tiny. Overall, would stay there again.
