Very clean and nice. A little pricey for one night and breakfast not included, but it was good.

Great location, pleasant staff. Good food at our conference.

It's obviously a newer establishment. Everything looks brand shiny new. The wait time on the food in their restaurant was a little long, but the food and the staff were awesome!

Foam overlay on bed was too warm. Sewer gas smell in hallway and bathrooms. Exterior doors were hard to use. My stay was at best just okay.

Stayed there for 4 days. Cleaning is done daily but they do the bare minimum! The fitness center smells like mold. The only real perk of this place is the indoor pool which was kept pretty clean. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

About what you would expect from holiday Inn. The rooms are clean, the pool is in good shape. All in all it is a very well kept holiday Inn.

Great place to stay. Staff is attentive without being obtrusive. It is a fair distance from downtown, and because of the car sales lot, nearly in the same parking lot, getting to the hotel can be daunting. Wonderful rooms, friendly staff and guests, and of course, the breakfast is fabulous.

Very neat and clean, plus double King size bed rooms are perfect for my family (way better than double queen! ). In fact, I think that might be the standard room, makes a big difference! Will stay again.

My first reaction was that it was a very pretty hotel! Looked very professional and made you feel lavish while staying there. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were nice as well. My only bad thing I have to say is that the internet is not very stable. The pool was decent as well. Overall I had an enjoyable stay and would recomend staying there if you can get a decently priced room.

Excellent location right off 27th St. And close to South Pointe. Very comfortable facilities and helpful, friendly staff. Fitness room was excellent.

The rooms were very nice and the folks working the desk were all great. The only thing I didn't like was that there is no complimentary breakfast. The restaurant, Aura, has decent food but you don't really get a lot for the price and there was only one guy working and it was pretty crowded in there so we waited for over an hour for our meal. If you just need a nice clean room for a few nights and you aren't concerned about the restaurant and lack of free breakfast, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and quiet plus the bed was large and comfy. We were separated from road noise and the curtains kept out all light. The thermostat was easy to control, quiet and exact.

Room was super comfortable and plenty of space for my family. Check in was easy and staff was friendly.

I wanna just start by saying ERIN WHITE is hands down the best customer services person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We got married this past weekend and she went above and beyond through the whole process to make sure we had everything we needed! ERIN thank you so much. I recommend this holiday inn to anyone. Rooms are clean and service is great!

If I could rate a 0 here I would. I have been trying to get ahold of the event coordinator at this hotel for three weeks to discuss booking rooms for a wedding, shuttle, etc, and have gotten no returned call. I have left 5 voicemails and sent 3 emails. Every time I call the front desk they send me to the lady's extension and I leave a voicemail but get no reply. Last time I called, I asked if the lady even works there anymore. Apparently she does so I requested that I speak with a manager instead. The weekend manager was supposed to call the following morning, and (surprise) no call. I will be using a different hotel and I am VERY disappointed with the service I have gotten here. I absolutely do not recommend.

Attended a social gaming event. The conference room is spacious, has a comfortable climate, and is well lit. Staff is very hard to come by during events though. This is the 2nd event I've attended at the Holiday Inn and both times I have mentioned that the bathroom needed to be tended to and trash needed to be emptied in the conference room but it was not taken care of either time. Great location, poor service.

Cozy place. I just stayed overnight after a long drive. Room was nice. No complaints.

Very nice and comfortable rooms. The only negative experience was while trying to reserve a room on a wedding block, but that was likely just one person not doing their job. Overall I would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Lincoln Southwest for 3 days while attending our Granddaughter's wedding. We were very pleased with this hotel. It is reasonably priced, exceptionally clean, new, quiet and comfortable. It is near a large shopping mall and has easy driving access to major business and sports centers in Lincoln. We had an excellent breakfast in the bar-grill one morning. The indoor pool and exercise center is very nice but we did not have an opportunity to use them. We would stay there again if we ever return to Lincoln.

Very nice Holiday inn. Safe, quiet, and clean. Only negative is that you have to pay for breakfast. Also, we wish it was a little closer to the the highway.

Room and lobby was nice. Didn't utilize any other of the facilities. I was disappointed they didn't have continental breakfast, only the restaurant.

Pricey but a great hotel for what we needed. The pool had way too much chemicals and burned my eyes all night and into the next day and I never went under the water. Love that the rooms came with keurigs, microwaves and a fridge. Beds were comfortable.

This hotel was quite nice. The rooms were clean and front desk service was efficient. I always appreciate a business center at hotels, so that was a plus. My only big issue was with the $11 breakfast. It was simply too expensive. Otherwise, it was a good stay at a relatively good hotel.

Would love to give you 5 stars. Your ladies upfront are very friendly and helpful. It's a pretty new facility. Good location. Nice big rooms with comfy beds and pillows. Shower has good pressure and water temperature gets nice and hot. But… The carpet in my rom was pretty torn up in spots. And the walls must be super thin. The room next door partied pretty hard and I could hear too much of it. Still, would be happy to stay here again.

Food and drinks at the restaurant were good. Service was great.

Kathryn was pleasant on check in and friendly and helpful when the remote to my TV needed reprogramming. The room was clean and odor free. Ordered from the restaurant and the food was good and delivered to my room timely by yet another pleasant person.

Quick and easy check. Hotel is doing some remodeling, but is not getting in the way of my stay. Everything is maintained as I have come to expect from Holiday Inn.

Attended a work related seminar. The slave was adequate. The catered lunch was very nice. The hotel is still under construction, but this did not interfere with our seminar. Would suggest unscented soap in the bathrooms, the soap was some artificial floral scent and triggered my allergies.

Fire alarm went of twice in one day one when I was fast asleep and one when I just got back from a long day, beds were horrible woke up many times in the night and with s horrible head ache, would never stay there again.

Bar was great. Would definitely go back.

Love the building and layout. And the indoor pool is amazing with the spa!

Very nice facility. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They have a nice restaurant on site and the staff are great. I will stay there again!
