Great location for what I needed, easy access to highway and interstate. Room was clean and exactly what I reserved. Staff was nice and seemed engaged in their work!

I have scheduled a lot of Holiday Inn Express Hotels and I was not really impressed by this one. The room was adequate. We had to call front desk because both of our phones had been messed with him was not working in the room and bath door would not stay shut and the safe would not open. Did not really enjoy the bath or the shower because the shower head was so high. It was close to the ceiling you had to stand on the edge of the bathtub to try to adjust it. The bath towels were very rough. The workout room was very small. The elevator seemed like it took forever to get to your floor. Breakfast was adequate that it seemed like it was the same thing everyday. The pool was small and not well-maintained and pool room was damp & hot for parents that had to observe their children because they're not allowed in there unsupervised under 18. There is no hot tub. We were supposed to stay 5 days but we only stayed two and checked out early.

Great beds, clean rooms, great breakfast selection, good coffee, kitchenettes in rooms, microwave, frig. Great service!

Clean. Beds are soft. Looks nice. But, the beds are on 2x6 raw wood pedestals, the refrigerator made a squealing sound whenever the compressor kicked on, the phone msg light kept blinking, and the shower head was clogged.

We stayed in a two queen beds room. The room was fine, it was clean. The pillows made my nose stuffy a little so maybe they needed to be cleaned better? The breakfast was good. Check-in was quick and easy, same with check-out. We did not use the pool or exercise room.

The place is nice for an overnight stay and the rooms are very clean. The main reason this only gets three stars is because we booked this hotel to sit in a hottub after a very long day of driving, only to find out they permanently cemented it over because too many people were "doing it" in the hottub. This is a first for any holiday inn express that I've stayed at. There were also a few bugs crawling around the room and pool area. Overall pretty good place to crash at but if you're here for an extended period I'd suggest staying somewhere else.

Very clean, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Was VERY impressed upon this, my first, stay at a Holiday Inn Express. Will definitely stay again if this is any indication of the quality and value throughout the chain.

It was a very clean and nice area only downside of it was the room was a little small for the meeting we were having.

Super nice staff nice clean rooms. Bed was comfortable. They had complementary beer and snacks in the evening. Everything you need as far as stores and restaurants are right acoss the road. Safe area.

Friendly staff a good Continental breakfast clean rooms.

Location seems safe. Pool was nice and fairly large. Breakfast was good and varied, but the breakfast employee is very hostile. The internet only worked for half of our stay. There were quite a few roaches and large ants in the kitchenette of our room and in the bathroom. The stay was decent but I feel minor improvements all around are needed to justify the cost or choosing this location over pretty much anywhere else. Disappointing compared to other Holiday Inn stays.

Just like any other comfort inn I've stayed in, very comfortable rooms, and great shower. The fitness center was somewhat lacking, however, with only a couple pieces of equipment.

Beautiful room! Great service at breakfast, server at beakfast went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Staff was always helpfull and easy to find. Rooms, lobby, and pool were all very well kept. Would definitely recommend.

Nice room, except it needs updating. Only one outlet for charging devices and it would only accept a small plug.

The suites inn in lincoln was ok the service was good but my room had a door look that was torn out and there was dogs barking to doors down and the door next to us but and the TV sucked but the bed was comfy.

The beds are very comfortable. Each person gets two large fluffy pillows — they're wonderful. And the blankets are so warm! You can adjust your own thermostat in the room, too. I showered with the provided bar soap and loved how soft it left my skin. Didn't dry my skin out like lots of soaps do! The breakfast bar was also good. The cinnamon rolls were the best part — but they also have cereal, biscuits and gravy, bacon, a pancake maker, and more. If I ever need to stay in Lincoln again, this is definitely the place I'll come to!

Room was clean, service was acceptable. Location was good for the wedding I attended. Breakfast was good, but could have had more places to sit.

Very accommodating. Spoke to Sawyer at the front desk upon check-in. We requested a room on the top floor since we are very light sleeper. Even though they were all booked he put us on the first floor and said he would not put anyone above us. Thanks Sawyer!

Really nice beds. Clean comfy rooms. Rates are extremely high unless you are military. Plenty to do and eat as long as it is early. Everything closes pretty early. Over. Nice stay. Bed was great. Good breakfast too.

By far my favorite hotel I've stayed in in a long time! I was so so impressed. The staff were extremely friendly, I even met a fellow Brit working there! My husband and I were amazed at the extras — free beer, wine and snacks in the lobby! Room was very clean and quiet and the bed was soo comfortable! If we pass through again, we will 100% stay again.

I was a little tentative after reading the negative reviews but this is an awesome hotel with awesome service! Not sure what everyone else is talking about but we loved it here. Other hotels in the area "ran out" of military discounts but they gave us a great discount no problems. They also didn't mind that we couldn't arrive until almost midnight. Our room was much larger than expected and the beds were soooo comfortable. Never seen another hotel with 2 king beds or one that is so nice that also allows pets. We were surprised that breakfast was so delicious as most complimentary breakfasts are limited; but not here! DEFINITELY staying here when I return to the area!

Our stay at this Holiday Express Inn & Suites was very good, enjoyable, comfortable along with outstanding customer service from Daniel. He gave us great service from the moment we walked in to the next morning when we departed. The coffee was surprising tasty also. Thanks & kudos to Daniel for great customer service & care which you just don't find in many service companies anymore. We recommend you stop & stay here for a great & comfortable night's rest. There is no other place to stay when you come to Lincoln. The only downfall was breakfast was free but biscuits were hard or overcooked.
