This hotel had it all! Room divider, dish washer, sink, fridge, microwave/oven, dishes cookware! And complementary breakfast. Beautiful atmosphere, near lots of shopping an eating! This is my new go to whenever I visit Champagne!

This is my third time staying here and I love it here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Better breakfast and no bathroom barn door. A better breakfast and real bathroom doors would make it worth the high price.

Home2 are a great new brand by Hilton. The rooms are large at just the right cost. This hotel is close to a number of restaurants and a grocery store where you can get food for the provided kitchen in every room. Close to campus and easy assess to the highway. Check it out… You won't be disappointed.

Clean and super comfortable. A great place to stay with little kids (we have 2 years and 6 months). Great breakfast area and food… loved the healthy options and good coffee! Only complaint is we were told there would be a bath tub, and they do not have any rooms with tubs. Shower actually worked out really well with the kids though. We will definitely be staying here again!

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and well appointed hotel with many conveniences. Located near several restaurants and a nice grocery store. 5 minutes from the interstate. Complimentary beverages in the lobby (coffee, tea).

For anyone staying here who has the intention of visiting campus, this place is perfect. It's in a super convenient location near a lot of restaurants. There are two outdoor patio areas, one situated more for adults and another where one could bring a family. There is also an indoor pool, but when I was a guest, the water was far too cold. The rooms are decently sized, and allow you to have a comfortable stay. Breakfast the following morning is just your typical hotel style breakfast.

Well, Hilton has done it again! Great stay for the no fuss business traveler with all the amenities of home. Wonderful friendly staff. Great location convenient to all your local business needs.

Hotel is close to U of I campus, as well as multiple bars and restaurants. Walking distance to grocery store and several eating establishments. Common areas and room were clean. Room had medium sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and dinnerware. A cooktop with frying pan were available free of charge. Also, 2 queen beds, a couch with pullout bed, 2 large chest-of-drawers, and a good sized in-room safe. Nice sized shower, but no tub, with ample water pressure and hot water. Good amount of outlets for electronics, including some next to bed. Breakfast was provided, but far from the "400 choices" advertised. Food was fair — cereal, bread options, waffles, fruit, and microwavable egg dishes were the primary choices. A small pool and workout room were also available for use.

Clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast. Hotel very clean and modern look. Only things I wasn't crazy about? The bathroom door in the guest rooms is a sliding type and when it's closed not only is there hardly any sound barrier but if you stand at the right angle outside the door you can see right in through the gap on either side. Not a huge deal for me but I'm sure in certain situations you might like more privacy. Also there was no Whirlpool/hot tub in the pool area even though there was plenty of room for one if they had wanted to install one back when they were building this place. Oh well, the pool water was warm anyways.

Great atmosphere and excellent staff willing to assist in any way they can. Rooms are very clean and gym is a little small but very clean. Definitely will return.

Hotel is clean and nice. Great quality for the price. Service is nice/personable… especially the gentleman working the breakfast bar on 2/23/18. He had every surface cleaned, stocked and continually checked and wiped surfaces over and over again for the nearly hour timeframe I sat in the lobby — exceptional service.

Positives Great employees. Very friendly and helpful. Lots of counter and storage space in rooms. Hbo. Privacy curtain between sleeping area and sitting area of room. Negatives Breakfast was horrible. Frozen sandwiches or make your own waffles. On day 3 of our stay they ran out of all but 2 of the types of sandwiches, which of course were the ones no one wanted. Bathroom doors in rooms are barn style sliding doors, so they don't close and don't lock. Not great if you have kids and want privacy. No bathtub. Again, for families this isn't acceptable. My family and I will be exploring other options when we visit the area in the future.

It's kind stand out compared to what you paid. $99 for a night with breakfast. You can looks at the pictures from other reviewers to have a better idea. This is probably the best $99 I have ever spent on hotels in this C-U area.

Nice hotel. Free shuttle to the airport and free breakfast. The sheets on the beds are amazing. I would recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay, but an even better place for the long-staying business traveler.

As a pilot who stays in a lot of places, let me be very clear. This place is GREAT! Super comfortable. Great location. And somehow, every time I'm here, it's great weather.

Total class act. Kitchen, comfortable beds, nice little pool, great, helpful friendly staff AND you can bring dogs and cats. Canned breakfast not great but with a full kitchen who needs it. I like to make my own tea and brought a kettle and pot but coffee and tea are available at all times. Nice fire pit where we met fun people and hung out every night. I am totally coming back here with my husband and Chihuahua mix.

My wife and I spent a night here after getting bumped of a flight at CMI. We were pleasantly surprised how nice and clean the hotel was. The room was a small suite with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. We were most impressed with the extremely helpful and friendly staff. Good location with many restaurants and a market within walking distance. Had an airport shuttle though with somewhat limited hours. Cool fire pit.

Loved my stay. Such a comfortable bed, room feels like an apartment. Will definitely keep my eyes open for this style of hotel during my travels.

The rooms were clean the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. If your passing though I would recommend giving the place a try. Only things I didn't like but don't take away a star were the barn doors for bathroom doors in the rooms, the over use of the color green and the lack of vents in the bathrooms. Those are very small things. I would be happy to stay here again.

Electric car charging a plus, a short plumber was a minus (low shower head). It's new construction, so things look nice and shiney, but the walls are so thin, as is the case for all new construction. Noise wasn't an issue during my stay. The rooms are very big. A decent sized refrigerator was in the room, much bigger than the typical college dorm room sized one. Overall, I liked it, and would stay again.

The breakfast is okay. There are people packaged goods to eat, but it would be nice to have fresh breakfast. The fitness room is well stocked with equipment, so that is good. Rooms are great and have a nice size refrigerator to store food and drinks in. There is also a dishwasher to keep dishes clean.

Really enjoyable stay — clean, pleasant, and comfortable. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Everything was so clean and was a great experience for my family. We planned to drive all the way to Chicago from Memphis, but so glad we discovered this gem.

We asked to see a room as our son is getting married this fall. The room we saw we saw was clean and nice. Our only problem was with the pool as it was cloudy and needed attention. The staff was courteous and helpful.

This was a very nice hotel. The free breakfast was better then most other hotels I've stayed at. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a bit more then just a basic room.

Very pleased with our stay! Friendly, quite but available staff! Great breakfast, clean & enjoyable pool & gym. We enjoyed the bonfire at night while letting boys (age 6, 4, 1) run off some energy! Rooms were super spacious, loved the kitchen area as we were traveling & brought our food. Nice to have a good size fridge/freezer to keep our food fresh! Beds were very comfortable! LOTS of storage & drawers in rooms! Would definitely recommend! Great price b/c of the kitchen in room! W/o kitchen we might have went out to eat & easily spend an extra $30/$50, but instead ate in our room & enjoyed more pool time!

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast could be improved. The only things offered are waffles, English muffins, and granola or cereal. No eggs or breakfast meats, etc. We chose to eat at Merry Anne's Diner, instead, where the food is hearty and filling.

Fantastic hotel, the room was great, clean, and smelled wonderful. The staff was friendly and gave us good places to go eat. Also, the breakfast in the morning was wonderful and was unique. Lastly, was really close to the state farm center, definitely walkable. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious rooms, very clean hotel. We were in town for only a night and didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of the amenities, but the gym looked nice. Location is great and close to campus.

Great accommodation. Breakfast space can be a bit bigger I think. Rooms are great in size and enough to personalize your needs.

Booked room using points. Arrived late night room with a confirmed reservation. Rm type not available. 90 min wait in lobby. Happened to the next guest too. The staff while well intentioned does not have the tools to do the job. No one should wait 90 mins at 11pm.

We stayed 2 nights for a concert — the room was nice, clean, & looked well cared for. The night staff were very helpful & courteous.
The only issue we had at all was the room cleaners on the first morning we were there were in the hallway saying some pretty unprofessional & mean things about the guests in the rooms on our floor — while they were cleaning their rooms — loud enough that we could hear them complaining from our room — they had all the room doors open & not all of them seemed to have someone cleaning them at that time. I know that would have been a concern had we needed our room cleaned & our things would have been up for anyone walking by.
Otherwise it was a good place & we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing experience! The staff were all super friendly, everything was clean (even the pool! ) and comfortable, and the room was fantastic. It was quiet (even though we were right by the elevator), the shower had great water pressure, the dishes were clean and in good shape, the dishwasher worked well… I could go on and on. Literally no negatives I can think of.

The room contains plenty of useful amenities, like a fridge and kitchenwares. There's shampoo and shower gel pumps in the shower, which is convenient. It's extremely new and clean. Didn't request any service, but the breakfast was quite good.

Clean, comfortable room with a full sized fridge/freezer. The shower was adequate and there were plenty of towels. The shade, when lowered, kept out almost all of the light. The heater was quiet. The staff was super helpful, friendly, and quite attractive. They have maps of the area and offer recommendations on where to go. There is a small, clean gym and a pool. The location is great. It was an $8 Uber from the airport. I'd stay here again.

The hidden security deposit I did not like the pool was closed during the summer mind you the only thing positive was the room.
