The only complaint that I had was that the bed made my back hurt.

Great place very clean well lit parking wonderful staff.

Refrigerator barely cools, shower curtain barely hanging on, no chair in the room, 2 queen beds with only 2 pillows… when called front desk to not even complain about issues just wanted two more pillows to try and get a good nights rest. I was told no extra pillows available. The hotel is almost completely empty. Highly doubt I have the only pillows in the building… rude will not stay here again… we travel monthly… Stay Away!

This is my 2nd time and have enjoyed the roo. S and entire facility. Breakfast meals are filling. Just one disappointment, just found out the pool is NOT heated! That's a deal breaker for me. Reason being that's what I focus on is the pool to enjoy in winter especially. Of course water is frigid when temp outside is 25 degrees. The shower water was much better than the pool. Great service and all other but pool just has changed my mind about not returning.

This place is beautiful and very centrally located! We ended up with a handicap room as we booked on Expedia and I'm guessing they were just about all booked for students week. There were always cookies as you walk in the entrance to the hotel. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room key had to be reset every morning as we stayed for 4 days, but that was literally the only frustrating thing. We loved being able to use the pool and fitness room daily! Breakfast was good plentiful! Eggs, hash browns, cereals, fruit, and waffles! The breakfast room was very clean and kept stocked during breakfast! Will be staying here again!

We stayed one night at this location and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The front desk staff truly make you feel welcome. They had our room keys/paperwork printed and ready before we even arrived. The breakfast area was clean and kept well stocked throughout the entire period. The customer service provided by all the staff was absolutely exceptional.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect after a long drive. The room was a very nice size! Perfect for my family of 5. The breakfast was good too!

Check in was very fast. Lobby very nice. Room had microwave and mini fridge. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of tables in the breakfast area. Good variety of food. Friendly staff.

This place is a hidden gem, my family and I we're headed to Tennessee and got in around midnight. The staff were very accommodating and professional. Very clean and a great breakfast! Then again most are as you head south in the US. 10/10 would stay here again, great service overall! Staff even took the time to sit down and ask us how things were going and it was nice to feel appreciated!

Stayed while passing through, on the way back to Virginia. Clean, friendly staff, full breakfast. I would stay again!

The location was nice, but I was disappointed with the water pressure in the shower and bathroom faucet, not good. It took nearly 5 minutes for my shower to get hot, and when it did get hot, it only lasted a couple of minutes. The breakfast was horrible and the girl working the breakfast bar was too busy talking at the front desk instead of attending the bar. Overall the room was nice and very clean. I would give ot another try…

We were just driving through but this was excellent for one night. It's like about every other country inn out there but the staff was exceptional with our 20 month old. Particularly the kind and welcoming gentleman serving breakfast.

Was not what I expected from country inns. Traveling for work I suggest to my travel dept to book me at country inn if nearby. The Champaign spot was a bit disappointing. The carpeting in the room looked to have cigarette burns in it and the carpeting was "bubbled" in places. The pillows were smaller then the throw pillows on my couch. And the breakfast was a joke. The breads; bagels and english muffins were hard like rocks and after 20 minutes waiting for the eggs and sausage to be refilled I left. Sorry country inn, this hotel is not a good representative of who you are.

The room was great quality extremely comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast provided in the morning was greatly better than most hotels I've stayed in for work. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

The suite was really big for the price! The pool was nice and the breakfast was on part with most hotel chains.

The folks at Country Inn were like a life saver for me once. I needed to block off rooms for our wedding and after we had to change the date twice I didn't realize that the new date was on Homecoming Game Day! The people here were able to help me get enough rooms, and at a price that didn't screw me over. Great team and I'll send anyone I can to them.

It is a nice hotel with a good breakfast and quality beds. The rooms are reasonably nice for the price and it is situated next to many restaurants including panera, chilis, and subway. All of the staff are very nice and keep the room clean.

The location was very nice. The room was also really nice. The pool was a very nice pool. The breakfast also had a lot of options to it.

This is my second stay at country inn in Champaign. It's a well kept and quiet hotel near lots of shopping and restaurants. Bryan at the front desk is awesome!

I stay at many hotels for business and travel. My experience with the front desk and management exceeded my expectations. I was placed in a room across from from the pool (knowing it would be a busy weekend with kids playing) I kindly requested to be moved as I'm in town for work. They moved me without any problems to even a nicer room. The rooms are clean and the hotel is worth the money. I would stay again! Thanks for a warm travel experience.

Not terribly impressed with the water and bathroom, or the breakfast. There was pretty low water pressure (and/or the showerhead was half-calcified? ), the water wasn't hot when we went to take showers at 7am, and the toilet plugged (makes sense if the water pressure is low). Breakfast was kinda cheap (the fake eggs were gross, the oatmeal looked and tasted like it was cooked 2 days ago, and the fruit salad was from a can and kind of mushy), though there as a waffle maker which was good. The beds were quite comfortable though, and the TV was nice. So it's not all bad but it felt very cheap and we weren't impressed. I have to raise my eyebrow when I see other comments saying that the water pressure was good and that the breakfast was great, that wasn't my experience.

Very friendly, from check in to check out. The lobby and entryway are very welcoming. Nice couches and furnished place to relax out front. They have beers and soda, even snacks and pizzas up front to purchase for a midnight snack. The breakfast was very good. Hot breakfast, as well as the typical cereals and toasts. The room itself was very fresh and clean. We got a jacuzzi suite. Highly recommended. They even called right when we got up to our room to make sure everything was as we wanted. Very, very, very friendly. Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
