Here you are sure to be greeted by a friendly staffer. The facility is clearly well kept and clean. While it could use a few updates and there are few amenities it was quiet and quite comfortable. The were calming and the pricing reasonable. I would recommend this location every time you visit Lexington.

Save your money for a real deluxe hotel. Comfortable bed, clean room. Not walking distance to explore the area. No pool.

The hotel was great, but when we called and ask if they were close to the red mile, the guy at the desk said yes! Its like 500 feet away. NOPE! It was a mile and a half walk. Don't mind to walk, but we work outside, and really didn't want to walk in the heat that day! Other than that, the stay was awesome, nice people and very clean! Will be back, will just call uber! Lol.

This is our 3rd stay in a year at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge. It's so nice to have the sitting area separate from the bedroom and televisions in both spaces. And it's so quiet! We've never heard a peep from another room. We were next the the elevator this time and heard nothing all night. Breakfast was plenty for us. Microwave burritos and breakfast sandwiches, fruit, pastries and bagels and eggs. Short drive to Rupp Arena. Rite aid next door.

I booked through Expedia and got about what I expected for the price. Though, I must say, The Inn On Broadway is an interesting place. It seems like it's likely converted from an old folk's home or retirement place. All the rooms have a front living room, and handle bars in the tub. The good news is, it's incredibly wheelchair friendly! You could tell they've been working on updating the place as well. Some of the work was good, others. Well. Questionable. The paint looks great, but the carpet wasn't laidpropery, the curtains weren't in the best shape, and the cable management was poor. however. It's clean, it's quiet, and the staff was very friendly. Even with the issues I saw, I would stay here again.

This place will charge you for anything and everything. I went there with a fraternity for a formal and they weren't as friendly as I hoped. Obviously we are college students and yes there would be noise complaints. After the fact we left, most of the rooms were extra charged for ruining things. I know for a fact that our room did not ruin anything and made sure to pick up after ourselves but yet we got charged $71 for yellow stains on towels from makeup. Why give us towels if we can't wipe our hands off on them! Don't charge me that much for a $10 towel! All you have to do is wash them and they are fine because as a girl I get makeup on everything and it comes right off in the wash! The breakfast was awful had little to no food. They had microwavable sandwiches and cereal. The apple juice tasted like dirty water and the orange juice was sour! Rooms were musty and smelled dirty. The ceiling was peeling off in my room and when we tried to turn on heat or AC it smelled horrible. Completely disappointed with my experience here!

Easily one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms were dusty and not well kept. The price was also not cheap for the quality. Do not use their towels or they will fine you. Terrible experience.

By far and away the worst beds I have ever tried to sleep on! Worst night of “sleep” ever! The heater in the room was just ahead of keeping a campfire going all night. It was either way too hot or too cold. No thermostat to set. Just a dial. Save your money. Just sleep on the rite aid parking lot. It is the same firmness as their beds!

We love this little Inn! We have stayed here the last 2 years and have always enjoyed our rooms. The inn is a little outdated, but is always clean and always feels confortable and home like.

Whenever we come to Lexington, we stay here. A small, vintage hotel that has everything you need! The theme is retro, vintage but it’s right near downtown and I love it!

Nice, cozy place close to downtown. Rooms could use updating, but they were large. Breakfast was acceptable with son hot selections. Front desk was very nice and helpful.

Very quick check in and the room was very clean. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice and clean. Breakfast was okay, what I am used to, which is fine. A good stay for the price.

Good shower, also fridge and mirrors included in room. Carpet needs replaced along with wallpaper peeling off the wall. Bed, though at first very comfortable, sinks in the middle and needs replaced. Will not stay again.

Stayed at the Inn on Broadway 9/29 and 9/30. Staff was amazing, friendly, very helpful. Very clean place, easily accessible. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are spacious, you can tell it's old but extremely clean and no musty smell. Bathroom is nice and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nicer than most chain hotels. Definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and stay. They didn't have a room that we reserved clean when we arrived so we got a free upgrade to nicer accommodations! Only downside to the stay was it was right next to a small neighborhood and the neighbors had a dog who likes to bark, frequently in the mornings.

Absolutely a must stay place if you have a loved on at St. Joseph Hospital on Broadway and can't stay with them. Discount rates for family with loved ones in hospital. Very nice clean room and all the amenities like mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, living/luncheon area, and separate sleeping room. Very nice staff! Certainly happy to recommend!

It was a little damp and the carpet should be replaced. No scathing review, just could be updated.

The hotel is located next to another hotel, which made finding it somewhat difficult. Other than that thigh the stay was fine. No complaints, the staff was nice and the room was clean.

Drove from PA for a concert, stayed the night. For the price its a good bargin just a little hard to find at night. Only really weird thing is that a room with one bed has two tvs.

My friend and I were looking for an inexpensive room before a race. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which was by no means fancy, but was excellent for the price. The man at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant at check-in. Our room was clean and large, and even though some things in the hotel were older like the TVs, which some reviews complained about, everything was fine. The bed was comfortable and they had a large continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an older hotel so don't expect high class amenities. For the price, I couldn't have been more pleased. If you actually expect to pay less than $100 AND receive all the high class amenities, you probably need to lower your expectations/get a reality check. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the nicest gentleman (Sherman) and he could quite possibly be one of the most considerate and friendly people I've ever met in my life. Before checking us in, he was dealing with a situation where a guest had been overcharged due to a computer error. He was extremely apologetic and made sure the guest was completely satisfied before letting him walk away. While checking us in, he continued with his graciousness and made us feel like we were the most important people in the hotel. It became clear that he treated every guest in that hotel with the same respect and kindness. His attitude alone made our stay worth every single penny. The room was a king suite and although the amenities weren't brand new (OMG NO FLAT SCREEN TVS! How would I ever survive?!?!? ) there were 2 rooms (with tvs in both), the sitting room had a fridge, microwave, pull out couch and a table and chairs. The bed was comfortable enough and the biggest deal for me.? When I turned on the water in the bathroom, it was already warm. I didn't have to wait 5 mins for it to warm up, ever! That kinda blew my mind. Once we returned home, I realized I left my iPad there.

Tried to call this place directly today three times to book a room and was put on hold all 3 times. No one ever answered! Question is do they want business or not.

I must say it is a good hotel real clean and the staff was very nice. T. V are very old just needs some plasma TV n that's all.

This hotel is pretty nice considering the price. I liked the fact that our room had a Jet tub, a microwave, and a fridge. The only downside is the beds are a little firm and the tvs are a little small and out dated, fix that and i'd be extremely satisfied. However, for 70 $ a night i'll be staying here more often.

We had our wedding block of rooms here. The hotel management was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were great and everyone we talked to was pleased with both the price and quality. I used the conference room for my bridal shower. It was a great size and the wet bar made preparing and clean-up very easy. When we checked in for the wedding, they upgraded us to a huge suite. Overall, the experience was wonderful.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, from the most humble to the grandest. This tops the list. That is, the list of "Dirtiest, broken down, appalling" hotels. This probably was a nice place, once upon a time. Then, whoever owns it seemed to quit caring — too bad. So, relegated to unsuspecting travelers (like me), college kids and who-knows-who else, this property slowly settles into the dust they can't seem to keep up with. We asked to see another room; perhaps it was the one we were in. A kind night clerk showed us another which was modestly cleaner, but had the oddity of the outlet for the nightstand lamp and clock being behind a bolted on headboard — inaccessible. Since I like a lamp beside the bed and even an alarm clock, I passed on moving. Sigh. Rooms are worn out; huge dirt and dust issues, beds worn out (kinda goes with the place), linens with stains, hair and holes, a Continental breakfast from some small, sad continent other than our own. The website brags about recent renovation; don't know who did it, but there's construction shortcuts aplenty, and the place is falling apart. Upsides? Certainly cheap, some pretty friendly staff that seems to have boarded the same "Oh, well" bus that the owners and property managers are on. So, the room's under $70 a night, which is certainly lower than the nearby national hotel chains, and like others, I thought I'd save a few bucks after reading some reviews here on Yelp and elsewhere that were generally positive.

I had family in St Joseph hospital and this is real close to the hospital. We walked back and forth to the hospital and it was in early January. The rooms were nice but could have been a little cleaner. My wife is a "white glove" person and found dust in places. The carpets could be cleaner also. The rooms are big with two TV's and a door to seperate the bedroom from the sitting room. The bed was very clean, a king size Temperpedic. We slept like a log. The continental breakfast was adequate with cold cereal, bagels, danish, packaged oatmeal. Toaster was available. Coffee and apple/orange juice available all the time. We were more than pleased overall. It wasn't the Ritz but proximity and the low cost-I will stay there again if ever in Lexington again. Check the internet prices on their web site, they will honor on a phone reservation. Dan Patton, the general manager was very friendly and helpful.
