I had a great stay! The staff we're all very helpful. I wasn't happy with the first room they gave us, it was dirty in some areas. They quickly switched us to another that was what I expected and gave us vouchers for breakfast in their restaurant to make up for it. The restaurant has a great selection and very friendly employees. I plan to stay in this hotel with any trip to Lexington.

We arrived Friday evening on 6-1-18. We had to call the desk multiple times due to loud music and the party that they were having at midnight. The young man that was working Friday night stated he doesn’t know what to do that he has asked them to stop but they won’t finally at 1:00 am I called back down at the desk and asked so I need to call the police? Finally he had the party stop at 1:15am.

Modern and sleek hotel with the fastest check in time I have ever experienced. Staff was superb. Unfortunately, it looks as if they have deferred some maintenance with the massive paint problems in the front and other minor imperfections. Otherwise, I would give it five stars.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. After an 8 hour drive, we received a warm welcome from everyone, especially the amazing bartender, Bryce, who made us feel right at home.

Excellent place to stay. Clean and well suited for business stay. I suggest a king size bed.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The front desk staff have been friendly and I was quickly checked in. There were lots of people enjoying the lounge downstairs. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very poor internet connection. For the amount of money they charge, good wi fi is the super basic thing they need to have in place. Very disappointing wi fi. Aesthetics are great! Nice rooms.

The hotel is very nice. It's not a full service Marriott but for our trip the location was very nice.

Everything was as expected. Quick and friendly service, comfortable room, and great location (just off highway, close to shopping, gas station, and all types of restaurants). Only negative is small pool.

Staff was friendly. Heating/cooling system didn't seem to work properly, but I honestly wasn't there long enough to contact staff. Room 409

Updated rooms and lobby. The staff was friendly and kept the rooms immaculate. For those traveling with a trailer there is ample parking in the backside of the hotel even during peak holiday travel times.

I didn't stay here, but most of my family did. My review is just for the lobby and the workers, who were very polite and helpful in locting some of my cousin's rooms. The entire place was clean and very welcoming.

The hotel is very clean, neat and has nice meeting space. However, I am very unsatisfied with the service offered by management. I gave a credit card for incidental expenses while staying with a corporate group. The room was already pre paid on a corporate card and noted in the account that this was the case. After two phone calls I have yet to have a call returned by management with a resolution. I'm simply told to do more work myself to provide them information they already have. Very frustrating.

Rooms were excellent! Clean, and comfortable beds. Staff was hospitable and friendly. Absolutely recommend this hotel and it's franchise for anyone's stay!

A really nice hotel, great location. I like the layout of the room. It is within walking distance of a couple of nice restaurants and a 9 minutes from the airport.

Needs new house keeper assistant the one walking around with the clip board checking rooms is very lazy. I saw her check rooms while tryna sit down this what people get paid for right? def. A bad look.

Solid hotel that met expectations. Room was clean and comfortable. Great simple restaurant and bar downstairs. Pool area could use some upsetting, but nice outdoor area with gas fire pit. Overall happy with our stay!

The overall stay was pleasant and the employees professional. The sitting area to the back of the property is quiet and private for group gatherings. There is no coffee area but the bar in the lobby will provide free brewed coffee, they just don't advertise it.

We stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott at Christmas time. We enjoyed our stay and the suite was very nice and up to date complete with a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast the next morning. The Courtyard by Marriott we stayed at this time was just as awesome! We will be repeat customers in the future, so I signed up for Marriott Rewards.
