Amenities missing. Ironing board yet no iron, coffee supplies yet no coffee maker and the real kicker was a promise of hot breakfast only to wake up and find out it's not available today. Extremely disappointed.

The rooms are updated and super clean!

They have crack heads staying at their hotel knowing they are breaking into customer's car's. Manager laughed at the customer telling her good luck with everything going on the cops won't do anything about it.

Online it says that the room cost $55 I called to make reservation for this evening and she qoutes me price of $139 because they had an extra busy weekend that is gouging and it's illegal I learned that on September 11th.

There were no washcloths, no ice bucket and the water for shower was barely lukewarm and no water pressure. No help when we complained. They gave the excuse that they were lost because of renovations. Really?

The rooms are as expected. House keeping always kind and helpful and even took time with me today to help find husbands wallet. The house bar and bartenders very friendly and always fun. Wedding reception that was going on over the weekend had plenty good times and laughs. Management met our needs when needing a microwave. Over all nice stay and good people. I would come back and stay again! Oh yeah… indoor pool and hot tub also nice. — с Aerial Turner.

I reserved my room 3 months ago. Got there to be told they’re behind on rooms and I can’t check in yet. So I wait then finally get a room. I live 13 hours from here so I had never seen the place, only online. Online it looked super nice so I booked the room for 5 nights. Once I get checked in finally and make it to the room I am taken back by what I walked into. The room immediately did not look anything like advertised. Sheets where stained, pillows where stained (all unde…finable as to what the stains where. ) Carpet was ripped and severely stained, literally looked like a murder had happened there. The heat/ac unit was broken and rattling when it was not even on. And best of all THE WALL WAS BROKEN! I was able to move the wall back and fourth a good 3 inches! The people at the front desk where very kind despite my aggravation and they worked with me and refunded my money. I don’t remember the girls name but I thank her for her help. And I thank the GM for working with me without fuss despite the website saying no refunds. I thank them for that but the hotel itself is in complete dismay and in my opinion shouldn’t even be open seeing the condition of the place. 2/10 and only because the workers where nice.

Heat set on 78… 60 was as warm as it got… cold room, POOL was not usable as in way too cold (60 degrees maybe…) Needs a remodel just looks nasty. Stinks as in smell. No extra towels.

David at check in on Monday wasn't friendly. Breakfast staff, particularly Joann was absolutely wonderful! Housekeeping staff had friendly smiles and were Afternoon/Evening maintenance crew was very helpful! And gentleman that worked Tuesday night went above and beyond what was required. David was also working Tuesday night and although his attitude seemed to improve he was still not very attentative nor did he show much concern to my guests or my needs. All in all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The kids loved spending time in the large swimming pool. Considering that this was such a busy time with the fair I am pleased with our experience at this hotel.

Two stars because the girl at the front desk was great. As for the hotel… this was a last minute last resort hotel and I'm grateful I found a room as every other hotel was sold out, but next time I'll stay in Springs and drive to events in Pueblo. The lobby smelled amazing with some sort of air freshener, but once walk down the halls and smell pee or you open your room you are completely consumed with the smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was not clean, there was hair on the shower walls still, dirt in the corners on the floor. The arm of the chair in the room was completely broken and could hurt someone. No towels at the pool. The pool was huge and cold which would be nice on a hot summer day in Pueblo, the hot tub was hot, but no jets and it looked pretty dirty. The railing to the hot tub was very unstable as was the railing to the steps of the pool. The side door to get into our rooms was propped open with a rock, which I removed because that's a little scary. Then my husband went down to the car and couldn't get back in because the side door didn't work with his key, that's something that should be fixed immediately for safety reasons as well. It's a very old hotel that could use some major upgrades, which I hear might be coming in the future but until then I am sorry but this is my honest review.

Marianna at the front desk was so helpful! She helped us change our reservation at the last minute, and we got the two perfect rooms we wanted! Side note: Do not stay at the Vista Inn — they'll tell you it's the same, but they're lying.

Stayed one night. Check in was very slow due to many people trying to check in and only one woman to wait on all of us. Room was clean. Very noisy. Kept hearing doors slamming near by into the early morning hours and loud people in the hallways. People partying and drinking and smoking pot at the Vista right behind the Clarion. A lot of sketchy people hanging out in the back parking lot. Air conditioner didn’t work well, room was really hot. Locks on outside entrance doors didn’t work, so anyone could enter hotel. Last but not least my daughter and I woke up covered in bug bites the next morning. Not staying at this hotel again.

The accommodations are subject standard. The staff does a great job, they just have little to work with. There were homeless people staying in the stairwells overnight. The pool was closed in mid June. The AC took 24 hrs to cool the room, I had to clean the filters. Breakfast was not good, staff worked hard, just crappie. Won't be my choice in the future.

Outstanding customer service undergoing upgrades and can't wait to come back again next year! they go the extra mile. Makeing sure your stay is a good experience. Big thanks to Marianna M and Chris Crosier at the front desk and Paul and Joan for a wounderful breakfast.

Update: Don't go here. I found fruit loops by the bed, we never had any fruit loops, the curtains were actually falling off, the coffee maker SPIT WHITE GOOP THAT WAS IN THE WATER RESERVOIR, the only thing good was it had a nice pool and hot tub and they gave us a refund. So we checked in and the first room (see pictures) had mold and gross spots everywhere on the mattresses, in the floor and to say the least we switched rooms. Second room was better though has ripped curtains, few holes in the bed spread and is clean enough for one night but if I had to be there more would probably want to find another hotel. Overall it will do if your in a pinch otherwise spend your $103+ somewhere else.

Omgosh I don't know where to start! First we were put into Room 111. The mattresses were stained and moldy and totally disgusting. I immediately called to the front desk where they were accommodating about moving our room. The next room mattresses were acceptable so we agreed to stay in this room. However the carpet is stained, chairs are stained, dresser is from the 70s and curtains are torn. I am including pictures. I will be reviewing on Yelp as well but they need to close remodel and then reopen. The staff are exceptionally nice but I would say avoid avoid avoid! For over $100/night this is the worst place I've ever stayed!

The new owners are working hard to make this place awesome again. The breakfast is huge, the rooms are nice. Nice indoor pool. Really great food and an onsite bar.

A lot better this time. More breakfast choices your be better off thou having the coffee out for people to get themselves. No channel line up & had to punch in number on TV. Jo Ann works in restaurant in the hotel & was great husseling for a big group. Great JoAnn. The manager did a great with the men's baseball team for dinner.

My family and I like the huge 9ft pool they keep it and the hot tub very clean. We go to Pueblo every few months and we always stay here. The bar is cool with a pool table and little dance floor. You can be entertained here. It needs a bit of updating. But it’s a nice place. And the staff is awesome. Always very friendly and helpful.

The hotel over all is very small. They do not have elevators and the food could be so much better. The room we stayed in had a bathtub that wouldnt drain so we had water from someone else in our room. The customer service is helpful though and the pool is pretty great. Those are the only things bringing this up.

Excellent customer service. ANDREA was so helpful and professional. Entire staff was great. Would recommend for price and great service. The restaurant/ bar was very comfortable and REGINA was friendly, attentive and fun. Great experience and you can't beat the price.

Easy to locate from the road. Comfortable atmosphere excellent service at front desk. Breakfast was the only thing that needed improvement. Lounge had a nice quiet feel for relaxing after a long day. And they serve a nice variety for appetizers and entrees till 10 pm. Overall a good night. I think it's a very good price for all they offer. Free Wi-Fi worked great.

Easy to locate from interstate, room are perfect size. It has a large indoor pool, a lounge for a quiet drink after a long drive. You can also order food from the restaurant untill 10 pm if you don't want to go to one of the nearby places.

Awesome hotel. Our room was great. The staff was amazing too, specifically Jessica. She was super friendly and very accommodating. She really helped us out in a pinch and went above and beyond to help us. Would definitely come back in the future just because of her.

I had the room at end of hall It was very noisy. Staff smokes rt outside the door. Construction was loud and trucks constantly back and forth and rattled over the speed bump rt outside my door. I came in early in morning after being up all night so needed sleep. The room itself was clean. Bed was very comfortable with nice comfortable and crisp clean white sheets. I enjoyed a nice hot bath. And shower pressure was good. There were some plumbing issues. Sink drained very slowly. I didn't complain to management. I would definitely stay again just ask to be on opposite side. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I left my wallet and paper work in room and was called immediately after I left. Convenient location to restaurants and gas.

Under new management and they are working hard to make it better. They have a bar but it is old and outdated. Only one pool table. Happy hour is only until 7 and it's not very happy. Just one dollar off a beer? That's not happy. Rooms are outdated and have a strange smell. I added pics of the outdoor patio and the alcohol choices.

The whole hotel smelled musty/moldy. It was so bad, we bought a scented candle and air freshener. The entrance light in our room wouldn't turn on… unless you turned the bathroom light OFF. We were told upon arrival that the hot tub was absolutely working. It wasn't. While the water temp was great, the jets merely turned in slow circles; no bubbles or pressure at all. VERY disappointing. The bed itself was AWFUL. It sloped towards the center and the bed springs were very pronounced and also very noisy. It was definitely the worst bed I've slept in.

Cris is amazing and very attentive to your needs and safety during your stay. Very perfessional and friendly, my personal experience during my stay was absolutely wonderful. If I could give him a Hundred stars I definitely would. Thumbs up for you Cris thank you for making our stay pleasant. And to the ladies that work hard cleaning the rooms and delivering outstanding customer service and professionalism thank you ladies!

Looks simple on the outside but the lobby and rooms are dressed to impress. Under new ownership because the last ones sucked so these people are trying to fix a good place. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The bar inside the hotel is awesome. They have a patio, pool table, dance floor, pick your own music, comfy lounge areas and excellent food! The cheese sticks are a must! Homemade, not boxed frozen. Lots of TV'S to watch your favorite game. I love it.

Excellent staff. Book directly & not through online booking service. Go to the lounge for a drink and get a burger from the restaurant. They have a good breakfast and Waffle Machine. You cant have a bad day if it starts with giant waffles. Dog Friendly!

We had drove over 6 hours. Came across this place and decided to check the rates! John, the front desk guy was so nice and helpful that he was able to get us a room with what money we had left. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy! I give it 2 thumbs up!

Husband Retired Military and they they gave us a discount, room was clean, air worked good once room cooled off, staff was friendly, pool was clean, continental breakfast good, for the price was good, right off the highway in a fairly decent area!

I'm actually very tired of these motels saying they are pet friendly just because they allow dogs in the rooms there's no grass there's no place to take him potty La Quinta motel six Clarion nobody has a damn poop station with bags or a place to put the poop so how can you be pet friendly if you don't have anywhere for them to be the bride was nice the lady at the front desk was a little shaken and needed some help but she was very nice probably would not stay there again.

Well our room the first night sucked cause it was so hot. They don't have a elevator so if ur in a wheelchair u can't get to the 2nd floor even if ur on crutches like me it's hard and they didnt have ketchup for pplz eggs this morning or there potatoes. Plus there hot water don't get hot. The plus side is that they fixed our air conditioner and the maintenence guy was really nice.

This place was the worst! The sheets, the blankets, and the curtains were broken. The door out to the parking lot didn't open. Listen to everything in a room to the other, including the alarm of the alarm clock. We woke up listening to a couple gritandose, hitting a car at 6 in the morning. The door of the bathroom would not open all of that attached with the toilet. I'm giving it 2 stars because the bed was comfortable. It is the worst experience in a hotel. If you find something a little more night, take it! This place is horrible.

The hotel in the front is decent. The back hotel falling apart. The staff has the worst ability to display quality service and literally stand around discussing their guests and seem to have more issues among them that it hinders their ability to do their jobs efficiently.

Very thankful for this place. Made our trip more affordable, clean rooms, great staff, breakfast is big and really really good & free. Bar there, huge clean pool, room service food is very economical, front desk extremely polite and warming. Great experience. Definitely give it a try.

Staff was rude. Hotel common areas are dingy and in need of repair. Our room door had a spike through the hinge to hold it together, which caused insanely loud noises whenever we opened the door (sorry other guests). The door knob was falling off the bathroom door, there was a brown stain on the door itself. Hair and food crumbs were in the bedding and towels. The security feature of the backdoor did not work, anyone could walk in and around without being noticed. Overal was a horrible experience. Good thing we had our own blankets, and passed on showering for the night. I highly recommend staying anywhere else, even driving another hour to Denver.

! MILITARY BE WARNED! I am absolutely disgusted with this hotel and it's staff. I am a military vet of 10 years and I served 3 tours in Iraq. I reached out to the management about staying there, with my dog that I served with in Iraq. I was told that I would have to pay for my dog, and I was told that I could only get a 4$ a night discount. I spoke to the sales office manager and he made a joke of it, saying he didn't understand why I was calling. I will never stay here and I advise military of any affiliation to not support this establishment. We take care of our own, very sad that this is their attitude toward us. To top it off, we were trying to stay 4th of July weekend.

The Clarion Inn on Elizabeth in Pueblo CO offers clean and comfortable rooms. They have a nice indoor pool, hot tub, small game room and patio. They have security going around grounds at night. They offer a great breakfast.

Horrible experience. Will never stay there again. We booked through Expedia; and the price was good. We arrived to early in the morning so we book another night. The price was good. Then they expected a $250 deposit … ridiculous. Then when we checked out we found we were chargered for an extra day instead of what we booked through Expedia and the room priced increased for each night … more than what was stated through Expedia. The hotel over charged us. The manager would not listen to us about the extra charge. She was very rude and hard to communicate with. We were charged another extra $90 on top of everthing else. I will never stay there again and I plan on telling others too! We are very unhappy with Expedia and the Clarion Inn. We will not be using Expedia again. Your quoted prices are very different from what the Hotel takes. I feel I was robbed.

Great place. Beautiful pool, nice hot tub. Breakfast is awesome. Full buffet with eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, etc. Room is nice. AC was lacking, might have just been our unit though. 24 hour fitness center. Just a treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike, but still was convenient. Deal through Expedia made the room 42 dollars. 5 stars for the price.

Location is convenient however hallways smelled of smoke and there were people constantly making noise all night long slamming doors and playing music. Would not recommend this place.

The only bad side to my visit was that the room cost more than they said in an ad online. Besides that, everything was clean and in good shape so I'm not that upset anymore about the price difference.

Not enjoying this hotel at all. Arrived a little early. They tried to bill me 25 Bucks unless I waited a few minutes. Clerks debated if they should charge me a $100 hold. Apparently they do it for some but not all. Twin bed in the small room. I did not know twin beds were still around. Old tv.

I only went to the bar to meat a friend for drinks the bar was poorly managed and not well stalked with basic things the bar tender needed, you could tell the cooling fridges were not working properly by the temp and taste of the beer witch was about all the bar had to offer, in spite of lacking supplies and pour management the working bartender went above and beyond to do her best to satisfy our request with what she had to work with she is the only reason I have given this a high review she was awesome.

Front desk person rude when asked if we could move to a room downstairs instead of upstairs due to medical reasons. The comforter had dry blood as though it was stained and had never been changed or washed, and there was cigarette burns. Called front desk to notify of the dirty comforter and she was rude wanted to change us to another room but it was to late, we were tired so we didn't use the comforter. She never once apologized. Asked to speak to a manager she stated there would be a manager in the morning. Before checking out, I showed one of the ladies in housekeeping, the comforter, she did apolagize. When checking out I asked for the manager, there was no manager, I was given a card to call her. I called manager left message and she has not yet to return my phone call. Will never stay there again.

Room had left over stuff from people before me (disgusting), heater wasn't much of a heat source (room was cold), housekeeping was very inconsistent and would wake me up at a different time every day for no reason (I told them no room service at all), the "hot" breakfast only ever had half, if that, of what they said would be available, then after I checked out and left the state they decided to try and add over 150$ to my credit card because they "had to close the room for two days because of smell" accusing me of smoking in their already shitty room. 0/5 Stars. Will never be back and I wouldn't even recommend this place to an enemy.

It was a place to sleep. The internet is horrible, very outdated Wi-Fi routers. Also the cable is basic.
