We LOVE this hotel! This was our 4th stay at this hotel and a holiday we should have gone on in 2020. We absolutely loved it, only got back 2 days ago and already looking to book for next august. Staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful. My daughter left her soft toy giraffe in her bed and our bed sheets were changed and he was bundle up and taking away by housekeeping by mistake. I went to reception with a picture of him, explained what had happened and they said he was probably in the laundry room and should be back within 2 days. I left our room number and they were going to speak to housekeeping. I got the impression this happens a lot with kids stuffed toys 🤣. Within 15 mins her giraffe was located and returned to our room — cue one very happy daughter! The food is also great, the best we’ve ever had in an all inclusive hotel, something for everyone including the fussy eaters. I would like to have used the gym and spa area but there is an additional charge for this which we didn’t realise before going but just a very minor thing. The kids had a great time (as did the adults), the entertainment team were great, water carpet was such fun, a foam party, water polo, aqua gym & dancing, discos and nightly entertainment.
Stayed at the Marylanza suites and spa hotel in Tenerife this August. Flights all on time, this hotel is lovely spotless the staff are all great amazing food we had 2 fussy eaters with us to. My son slipped in the toilet it was one used at the pool, and badly banged his elbow I went to reception her first words were is he ok does he need help someone to have a look. I explained he’s fine but a few hours later his elbow was very painful and swollen I went back to reception they arranged everything to and from hospital the lot using there own insurance payed for meds everything luckily it wasn’t broke but he had to keep elevated to reduce swelling ect. They checked on him every day really went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend this hotel it’s right next to a golf course as well we had rooms D211 little villas beautiful they were my boys had there own room walk in wardrobe and bathroom. Beautiful clean hotel staff from reception to the bar to mealtimes amazing 😊. Special mention to reception staff and to Sandra and the other lovely lady who worked at the entrance to meals who gave me a tray for josh the day he fell to eat lunch in the room these 2 ladies are extra special go above and beyond 🙌🥰

Wonderful stay here. Second visit here and it has only gotten better. The food has been amazing. Never had a dull visit to the restaurant. Always plenty of choice. The bacon at Breakfast is the same bacon we have back home in the UK, delicious. I had fillet of pork in creamy mushroom sauce for my dinner last night and it beat anything I've ever had in any restaurant. Same Went for the Sirloin steak I had at launch. The chilli chicken and rice was better than any chinese meal I've ever had. I could go on and on… The staff are all super friendly. They are all dressed smart and clean. Never an issue finding a sunbed. Poolside bar Never has long queues. All premium spirits like Bacardi, Smirnoff and Gordon's are all included in the all-inclusive range. Two pools, great entertainment. BBC, ITV, and Channel 4 on the television in the rooms. FREE Wi-Fi in the rooms and FREE outdoor Wi-Fi by the pools and bar. Rooms get cleaned every day 7 days a week. 15 min walk to the beach or just 5 euro for a taxi. Proper local supermarket just over the road. Now for the negative… Oh, there is none!
