Love staying here! Have been before and will come again. Elizabeth that does the breakfast is very friendly and helpful. Keeps everything clean and organized.

New paint, nice staff, can walk to a few restaurants, but a ridiculously small breakfast area. We had to wait in line for breakfast with only a few tables. Also air conditioning was REALLY loud and the room smelled musty without the air. All was clean though.

Don’t make “choice” I did and stay here. Room smelled like smoke upon arrival, toilet was plugged we found out later, and there was what looked to be a hair ball hidden in the towels. Breakfast was good though, great cereal and milk. Staff was nice though, I think they just need to some some work on the facility.

We needed a room in Pueblo unexpectedly and all the hotels on the north end of town were booked, so we took a chance on the Econo Lodge and got their last non-suite room. The young woman who checked us in was extremely busy, balancing a line of guests and the phone, but she handled it all professionally and with a smile. The room wasn't fancy, but everything was clean, the TV worked properly (and had HBO! ), and the bed was comfortable. They also offered a breakfast in the morning — which was surprising given the price of the very affordable room! All in all, I'd highly recommend the Econo Lodge!

Room was very nice and clean. Was updated nicely. Loved the hardwood floors. Had a jacuzzi tub in our king suite. Was very relaxing after a long drive.

Stayed here twice in last few months and I have no complaints. Price, cleanliness, and friendliness of employees are all above average. Will stay again in the future. I travel quite a bit and this is probably the nicest Econo Lodge I ever stayed in. Keep up the good work.

Okay, it’s not a 5-star like a Hyatt but value-wise this is ridiculous. I usually run the other way when I see a sub-$80 hotel but the place had nice reviews so I gave it a shot. It’s clean, feels safe, the breakfast is good enough. If you’re looking for a clean place to stay on a budget, this is it.

Simple and clean and greeted with a super nice and helpful front desk lady. Breakfast is what you would expect of a hotel breakfast. Nothing fancy. Starbucks is next door and the Riverwalk is close by. Right off the highway.

Good value for the money. Very clean and quiet. Staff was efficient and courteous. .

They always have friendly staff who are willing to point you to good places to eat and local things to do. They do have a pool and hot tub on site, and the breakfast offers hot items as well as cold and fresh fruit. The rooms are nice and are kept clean. I enjoy my stay here each time!

Pretty decent hotel. Do not believe the staff when they tell you that you can smoke in the rooms… anything but cigarettes… thankfully we didn't get kicked out on the first night! Other than that it was a great stay.

The management at this hotel is some of the rudest most offensive management I have ever encountered. After reserving a week at their hotel at check in I was offhandedly accused of credit card fraud in front of my children. And even though I had paid for my room with a credit card I was made to pay $100 cash deposit. I am in Pueblo spending spring break here with my children and that $100 deposit has taken away from the activities that we could do on our stay here. I attempted to speak with the management and he became very aggressive continuing to treat me like he thought I was scum and made me want to get away from him immediately. No customer should ever be made to feel this way ever. I recommend you stay away from this terrible hotel unless you prefer to be treated like a criminal in front of your children. After posting this review the management called my room and told me if I wanted to leave and forfiet the non refundable payment would be the only way I would be getting my deposit. This has been the most upsetting stay in a hotel I've ever experienced.

Rooms are all non smoking and clean. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. The pool is small and is only four feet deep all the way around. There are no elevators or workout rooms here. There is a starbucks in the same parking lot and plenty of restraunts near by that are with in walking distance. Rooms have a microwave and a mini fridge as well as hardwood flooring.

Very nice. Quick service. The bed is comfortable which is eating something for my bad back. Will come back again.

Nice room soft relaxing beds very clean and staff are great and answer any question you may have.

Very clean atmosphere. The beds were comfy. The people were friendly. Loved the salt-water pool.

The price was good and the room was really nice. There is no elevator here, not an issue for us but… our room was right above the check in desk which was sad Just because I'm a light sleeper and heard everyone coming and going from the hotel. The breakfast was good but there is no place to sit really so you must take it to your room. The staff was really nice.

Personnel of this motel was very friendly and the two ladies at the front Dest was very helpful they helped me out a lot. But more important to me is they had a real good Attitude. Very Important to ME.

Good deal! Great Stay other that the bush right in front of the side door. It's hard to get out the door when you have to squeeze between the bush and the door — especially when carrying luggage, etc.

Room was nice and clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have included hot food items. Was an enjoyable stay.

We have stayed here several times. As we travel this direction this is one of our destinations. Thanks for welcoming us. We will probably call you again next week.

Stayed 2 nights. Room was nice, hard floors throughout. Indoor pool was quite cold which meant plans for myself and my 2 year old to swim were cut quite short. I was able to connect to the Wi-Fi once on my phone from our room. After that, my phone would not connect. None of our other devices would connect at all.

While the rooms and decor were modernized, you can still feel the old, dingy roots that they were built over. The wood floors in the rooms were nicer than carpet but were sticky and left your feet dirty very quickly. The pool was too cold to use, we tried but it was unbearable — don't plan on using it during your trip and avoid getting your kids excited as we did. Also, do not expect to get Wi-Fi — the signal is too weak for any device to connect and we were only a couple rooms away from the office. It's okay for a quick stop over but not for more than a night.

Great bed and facilities for the price. No elevator which caused a problem for some customers. Nice couch in room. Very friendly staff. Especially in breakfast room.

First I never thought it would take me this long to write you. My visit was May 2017. Your staff was the best I have ever seen! I was with you for a week. So I truely had time to see many things. The room clean, stocked and comfortable. The common areas clean well lit. The food fresh, clean fully supplied for many tastes. Thank all of you I will recommend you & return.

Very comfortable and nice room. The young lady at the front desk was very professional and helpful and quickly came to help when our TV quit working. Very nice staff.

Your housekeeping staff should be commended. The room was perfectly clean and neat. Also, the breakfast room was well stocked and kept very clean, all the time. Excellent stay, we will be back.

I am going to start by saying that Charlene is amazing on the front desk. Her manager and owners are not even close. Our welcome to Pueblo on the first day of our trip was our back glass smashed in and most of our camping supplies stolen. I was told the cameras in the parking lot do not work. When I asked for some assistance on staying another night due to having to wait for the glass to come in and replace camping equipment, I was told the manager said there is nothing he can do. Really? Not even a discounted night? Nope. Talked to Charlene at the desk and she hooked us up with a great rate in Pueblo West's Econolodge. I learned from the police officer that took our report that there has been a rash of thefts at the hotels along I25 on the north side of Pueblo. Use caution if you stay on the north side of Pueblo. This location's management is not helpful or caring when your trip takes a turn for the worst. I do not recommend staying here.

Brandon at the front desk was very friendly and patient. It was a friendly face and personality, after a hard day. The room was comfy and clean. Very nice hotel.

The location was convenient as it was close to restaurants, the mall, movie theater, and several other shops. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The boys had fun in the clean pool and hot tub. I was glad the pool wasn't freezing cold like some others we have been at.

Pleasantly surprised at cleanliness & quality for the price. Beds are not as comfy as the Hampton Inn but this was half the price. Did not care to see other amenities and I only stayed one night. Shower water was hot and loved the small micro & fridge in the room. I grabbed fruit & yogurt on the war out. Front desk allowed me to print document I needed. Both the night staff & morning staff were helpful & pleasant.

As a single woman traveling, my most important aspect is security and cleanliness. The service and attitude of personnel made my stay very enjoyable and comfortable the rates as well very reasonable. Yes I would recommend.

All really makes our stay the best to the front desk. Carliene is the best the ones that cleaned our room and the little girl taking care of the breakfast, love the pools.

Rooms were clean, but we were staying down the hall from rooms that allowed smoking and we could smell it. Food was decent, but when I called to inquire about a room and prices, the person who answered the phone was very short and rude with no people skills. I hope she was just having a bad day…

When you walk in the hotel it's really not bad the people are very nice and are very helpfull as we were walking to out rooms It all seemed nice besides the over baring smell of cleaning supplies. We went into out room with the new upgraded keys which was way cool. And it just wasn't exactly what we were expecting. When we looked out the window there was a huge dirt field next to Taco Bell drive thru. So location wasn't the best. And the showers had hair that wasn't ours in it so that was as well pretty gross. The floors in the hotel bathroom were slimy. Besides all of that the pillows on the bed were amazingly comfy just wasn't the nicest looking hotel.

I am a frequent traveller for business and pleasure and I have never had such a negative experience. The second night of our stay I came home from work to find my key deactivated. Over the phone, the gm Carson Om, proceeded to scream at me for leaving my dog (which I had on the premises legally) alone in the room (he was kenneled). They originally refused to let me in the room to gather my belongings, including my dog, after an argument the front desk girl let me in. Immediately as I entered the room Carson was calling the phone repeatedly and banging on the door telling me to get out immediately. He then said he was going to charge me an extra nights stay for every minute I was in the room. He continued to harass me and threaten me until PD arrived 3 hours later (I requested PD because he was legitimately out of his mind). After I left I contacted comfort hotels to tell them about my experience. They told me since it's a franchise he can do whatever he wants, they did not refund the remainder of my hotel stay and earlier in the day, prior to my eviction, he also charged an additional $50 to my credit card for damages that did not occur. The police were at the hotel every night I was there. Carson is one of the scariest guys I have ever met, seriously a psychopath.

The desk clerk was very helpful. We had a reservation in Pueblo west when we wanted to stay here. Thank you for your help.
