When we arrived the room was hot and smelled funky. The staff did come right away to check the AC, change the filter and get it running. We couldn't call for assistance because the phone didn't work. The jack was hanging off the wall, the attendant wiggled it and got the phone working but it stopped again eventually. Beds, linens, bathroom and surfaces were clean, although there were multiple burn holes in one of the bedspreads. I was happy to see vinyl flooring instead of carpet because they can be cleaner. Not the case, my feet were black from walking around the room barefoot for 5 minutes. Disgusting — I washed my feet and wore socks when I touched the floor. The location seemed a bit dicey as proven by two incidents in the night; the first a women yelling to call the police because someone had a gun in her face, the second the police announcing their presence and banging on a door at 2:30 am. I didn't realize until after we left that we were charged more on checkout ($106.74) than our Motel 6 on line confirmation showed ($90.63). In addition, prices for the room nightly were posted on the bathroom door, specifically a rate of $65.99 for 2 adults. Why were we charged close to $100?! Under these circumstances I feel we are due a reimbursement for all or part of our cost. We've stayed at other Motel 6's with much better to excellent experiences.

The rooms were surprisingly very clean and tidy despite the seedy underbelly in which the motel seemed to reside. The staff was very friendly, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom clean. If it weren't for the surrounding area and customer base, I'd give this hotel four stars.

Super friendly staff during our stay while visiting on the weekend for a night while boating at the reservoir. Rooms were reasonably clean. Given 4 stars because the room could have been better but that's to be expected. Price was reasonable. Inescapably a motel, don't expect luxury.

This motel has potential to be a lot nicer. To start, house keeping needs to clean a hell of a lot more thoroughly. Like wash all the bedding every day. Mop and sweep the entire floor every day. Wipe down the walls and doors everyday. Management should demand that kind of quality. Then there's this pool. Why can't you keep the pool clean?

Omg gosh! Please think twice a out staying here! Let's see we rented two rooms and requested together since I was traveling with my disabled sister. And they have us a room at either end of hotel. The rooms had issues backed up toilets and t. V. And lights not working, with no offer to help from office. And now outside… wow… people walking around digging into trashcans with ankle monitor on. And a bunch of people walking around and walking up to a car that is circling the hotel. People asking for cigarettes and money. I was literally scared to leave my sister there while I took care of my business appointment. Bad place.

I can honestly say that after 24 years in the military Ive stayed in from Great to poor hotels/motels all over the world and this Motel 6 I25 Pueblo is the worst most discusting place I have EVER stayed at. I was quoted one price and charged a much higher price and the staff didn't care. I stayed two nights and was sick when I left do to the nasty smell of smoke inside the room and from all the "extended" stay smokers who hang out on the balconies at all hours not to mention the cleaning staff seem to think everyone in the rooms are awake at 8 am and make enough noise to make sure you cant sleep. Way to many negative things to say. Highly dissatisfied.

It was the worst place we have ever stayed at. We had to change rooms because the first room they gave us was dirty and there was a cat in it. The second room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom door was broken and people were up all night arguing in the parking lot. We told the front desk clerk about it and she said we would most likely get a refund and that the manager would give us a call, but they never called us back. I finally called after over a week of waiting and they gave me a $10 refund. The place sucks.

AC leaked water all over the floor huge puddle of water, they were booked full so only ground floor available, they clean the pool at 930 at night to include using a loud blower to clean the deck! Who does that? I would not recommend this place to anyone! If you can book it way in advance stay at the pueblo inn… So much better.

Look like a good hotel had laminate flooring in the room which was nice I was planning on staying longer but found bed bugs in the bed. Somebody probably came from the value stay to this hotel and brought them with them. I left immediately didn't even try to get my money back or complain it was not going to do a damn thing with a chain hotel. And if you own this hotel and you're reading this and you would like to refund me or get more info you can contact me anytime.

We reserved our stay online through expedia which made check-in fast and easy once we arrived. The room was very clean, air conditioner was on when we walked in so it felt great in the room. Parking was available on all sides of the building. We were able to get a smoking room on the ground floor to accommodate our needs.

Using the MOTEL 6 website to book a room was easy. The location was perfect and the room was clean and tidy! The best thing is the pet policy. We have a dog that is well mannered and other places charge. We will always come to MOTEL 6!

The gentleman who checked us in was outstanding-very accommodating and pleasant. The overall rating was due to no air conditioning in the room and very noisy outside st night when we were trying to sleep the 1st night — of course, the noise was not your fault. There was a lot of unsavory oryx people hanging around and no security cameras.

Stayed for 28 days at this location when I moved to the area. The best feature of this motel is its rate, it was the lowest around. The room was nice, I got a 2 bed with kitchenette. It did include pots and pans, dishes, utensils, and cutlery with the room which was nice. My three star rating comes mainly from my personal experience, our room was right by the supply closet so at 7:30 a. M. When the staff began work, it was impossible to sleep. One of the front desk clerks, Doreen was efficient enough, but often seemed annoyed by guests. The other clerk, Heather, I think, was much nicer. The internet is very overpriced.

I work here. We do strive to offer clean, comfortable rooms with a friendly smile. We offer varying degrees of rooms from basic, to fridge/ microwave, to full on kitchenette studio (for our long stays). Cheapest around and in the summer we even have a pool. (No I didn't get paid to say this, unfortunately) "We'll leave the light on for you"

The staff were friendly and helpful. The motel is close to alot of shopping centers and places to eat. It also has a set of washer and dryers, vending machine and ice machine. We would recommend this this place to everyone!

The lady that checked me in was friendly and courteous. She was extremely helpful. During the night, there was another patron that started singing at 2:30 am. When I called to the front desk, they were able to resolve this issue. When I went down to get coffee the next morning, the male behind the front desk looked at me but did not ask me if there was anything he could help me with and completely ignored me. The room looked like it needed to be mopped. Probably would not stay here again as overall was not satisfied. The survey is extremely unhelpful as it will not allow me to submit after completing all areas.

The room was OK we didn't stay long only in town for a funeral. Got there late to start with. The TV didn't have a signal called the front desk they had me check the cable it was loose tightened it up still they was gonna move us to a different room but Most of the family was a sleep already. So I just lived with out it for the night. Other then that great stay friendly staff. I will stay there again if in town.

I was awful, my daughter needed a place to stay of overnight while my father-in-law was in the hospital (he had a stroke). The day manager accused me of being deceitful because I had given the night manager my photo id and not hers. Then they accused her of having 3 other people stay there with her. One queen size bed. I tried to explain that my son and his fiance had went to check on her as we waited for news from the hospital. They notified me that they would not book another evening for me. I tried to explain what was occurring and you day manage was not only hateful and dismissive, she needs a class in people skills. She did not give me her name but her nastiness explained it all. I am saddened and disgusted and will never patronize one of your motels ever again.

Where do I start. The floor in my room was dirty. The door didn't close like it should. Had cold air coming in through the door. The heat is a joke. I didn't feel safe there at all. People walking around the place at all hours of the night. Police showed up at least twice while I was there. I will never stay at another motel 6 again. This is the second one I have stayed at and my Last. Steer clear of this place.

Didn't like how thin the walls and doors are. We could hear people walking and talking down the hall. Anytime someone would step heavy, we could feel the entire floor shake. And the shower was interesting…

Being a pet owner, it is sometimes difficult to find a place to spend a night while traveling between Wyoming and Texas. Motel 6 was very accommodating in providing me with a pet friendly, non smoking, room for me in Pueblo CO, Room was ground floor, very clean and pleasant. I am sorry I could not have stayed longer. Will stay at a Motel 6 on my way back home in a few weeks. I know I will be very satisfied. As, I stated above, I stayed at Motel 6 on my way home. I could not have been more pleased with the service, thoughtfulness, and courtesy of the staff at the same Pueblo Motel 6. I arrived early and a room was made ready immediately and it was a very comfortable room. I enjoyed a good night with a warm shower and comfortable bed. I do not know if it will be Pueblo next time I travel, but I will stay at Motel 6 whenever possible; I know I can count on a clean, comfortable, non-smoking room at a very affordable price. Thanks again and I hope the entire Motel 6 staff enjoy a Happy Busy Holiday Season!

We booked this stay for a dog show. We needed a dog friendly hotel to stay so we could keep our show dog in the room with us. I traveled 12 hours from TX to CO and couldn't wait to relax. The first non smoking room we were placed in smelled like really bad skunk like smoke smell, the AC wouldn't work either and we need it COLD for our huge coated show dog. I told the front desk who placed us in another room promptly. This was still a huge inconvenience as we had a big crate, all our show supplies, suitcases, and other things already unpacked in the original room. Exhausted and an hour later we were finally unpacked in another room. This room STILL didn't have AC! I was extremely tired at this point and decided to leave the window open as the night was in the 50s. So our room stayed cool enough for our dog. The next day I complained again about the AC not working and was told the older building can only have AC or heat but not both. This would have been helpful information the first night, but they tried to set us up in another room that had the option for either AC or heat. This room was upstairs and at the very opposite end of the hotel. After another hour of taking all our things from one end to the other we finally were setup in our third room. We immediately turned the AC unit on and turned it down as low as it would go. This room still stayed the same temperature as the other two!

The location was great. The price was a little too much for the room. It was really noisy and the smell in the room was of urine. They need to do a better job at cleaning. When we first arrived we were given a non-smoking room (which we asked for), but when we got int he room it smelled of smoke. Staff needs to do better at cleaning and reporting issues with rooms.

The first room I was given smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I was not aware that Motel 6 allowed smoking in any of their properties. The front desk clerk kindly assigned me to another room. The heat in the 2nd room did not work. I had already unpacked, but the front desk offered me me another room just 4 doors down. I wend to that room and it also reeked of cigarette smoke. I stayed in the room with no heat. The front desk did give me 2 extra blankets so I slept well after all; but it was all a big hassle after 10 hours of driving. Also — the parking lot was dirty. And, most of the other guests looked like they were long term tenants, were hanging out smoking in their doorways, most were heavily tattooed — like prison-style, and overall looked very sketchy. I did not feel safe. There was a homeless man begging for money — the police came but the man had run away. Overall, my stay was terrible; although the room and bathroom seemed clean. The front desk clerk (Phillip? ) did a great job — — working up front alone, with a line of people all arriving at the same time. He was very helpful and polite to everyone.

Overall a good experience. Night clerks Phillip and Norma were very helpful. They were even able to move me to another room away from stairs and to the 2nd floor as I wanted. The room was clean and was one of the recently remodeled rooms with a soft lime green interior deco. The motel is right off Exit 101 and I-25 so extremely easy to get to and you can't miss it! I have stayed here many times before as it fits my budget. Although the rooms are "basic" (no refrigerators or microwaves), I don't usually stay long enough to need those anyway. Besides, the motel is very close to many restaurants, gas stations, etc. The only thing I don't like is the bathroom fan always comes on when you turn on the light. Wish there were two switches so you can put on your makeup without having a fan running!

The rooms are stylish and comfortable. Edit: I just stayed here shortly after the fair and they closed the pool for the season while it was still 90 degrees. Also, no fridge or microwaves in rooms. They also charge for toiletries like toothpaste. Actually, those are available in a vending machine. They also charged for laundry detergent and dryer sheets. If it wasn't so cheap, I would probably never go back. But being homeless requires me to occasionally stay there from time to time. So I don't have a choice.

I have had wonderful service while my stay. The front desk girl Cheyenne was superb at her job. She was always nice and answered all my questions. The maids were great never had any issues with anyone here. Just wish the pool was not closed now for the season.

Well, it was just a room, what else we were expecting? 1. Something like more than a bar of soap like shampoo? Beds were great, room was clean. You know, something other than just coffee available. Had to ask for hot water and furnish my own Tea bag. Were expecting a breakfast bar none there.

We got what we paid for. A basic room with good beds and bathroom. Parking was plentiful and there was a pool. The only complaint we registered twice was that the air conditioning was not working. The weather wasn't terrible hot but we were told someone would look at it and it seems that's all they did. There were bugs in my son's bed but I'm not sure if it was from the mattress or from us being outside. Next time I may spend a little more for another place but it wasn't so bad that I would rule out a return visit.

Clean and modern rooms, fast Wi-Fi (for a fee), friendly reception.

Room stunk like smoke and feces and guest were homeless people probably on a motel voucher they lived on the premise and treated it like it was there own home they were loud, noisy, arguing and disruptive kids were running around screaming up and down the stairs and the parents seemed to be big kids themselves with no thought for the courtesy to other guest they argued and were loud and smoking and partying.

Old decor, stained carpet, they still have tube television. But what seems odd is that they updated showers but not the bathroom or the room. I had the studio room for around $61 on a Sunday. There are much better hotels on this street for a few dollars more. Would never stay here again unless this was the only hotel with a vacancy; maybe a smarter decision would be too drive to Colorado Springs. Avoid this place btw I stayed here because I had a pet.

Room was best motel 6 iv been to but beds still suck to hardbut love wood floors.

It is what you get when you want the cheapest price. It was like staying in the barrio. Yelling, slamming doors, kids screaming till all hours. Then the clincher was the couple fighting outside on the balconies and parking lot at 1:00 in the morning. That went on for about an hour, why the police never showed I can't understand. More yelling at 3:30, and general foot traffic and door slamming. Mind you this is on a SUNDAY night, I was staying in town for work. It's going to be a long Monday. I believe sleeping in your car and taking a shower at the truck stop would be a better use of resources. That's what I'm going to do anyhoo.

Pueblo Colorado motel 6. Do not stay here. AC didn't work. Room was dirty and nasty. Toilet backed up and shower was just a trickle. Wifi also wasn't free and overall stay was unpleasant.

We had stayed here before and things were better. This time the exterior was filthy with animal excrement. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR OWN ANIMALS! The motel management obviously hadn't made any attempt to clean up the mess for at least a week. The door lock didn't operate properly, TV remote difficult to operate, heater took forever to warm up the room. The room itself was pretty good, comfortable bed, sufficient furnishings, and a very good, clean bathroom. Also, the front desk clerk Phillipo was magnificet in handling problems and making us feel welcome. With a little work, this motel could get 4 stars from us.

When door to "nonsmoking" room was opened from outside, it smelled of stale old smoke. Obviously it was a converted smoking room in which the smoke smell was not eradicated. Sounds from upstair rooms were easily heard most of the night. The heater appeared to be turned off at night, despite being turned up to high. It was chilly at night and needed in the morning when taking a shower. During the day, it would work (when not needed).

Worst experience ever. Smelly room, bad bed, non working TV & NO SECURITY AT ALL. At 2am, awakened by the loudest yelling in a far foreign tongue-none I could recognize-throwing each other against the inside room walls & then the balcony walls. Called 911. Called front desk-who said she could not do anything because she was alone. No one at Motel 6 cares about anyone's safety. They just want your money.
